My wife and I were greeted right upon our arrival and our visit was very pleasant. The help deck at the front had a nice woman that told us the displays are upstairs. During our visit we were able to see a very nice display of Kurt Cobain photos displayed (13 piece photo set is being sold by a talented photographer, Bruce Pavitt). Also, thank you very much for the nice employee who greeted us upstairs. She gave us reading literature about more upcoming events. She also told us about another awesome building called Baca (Bailey Contemporary Arts). This was just around the corner and was a must see art studio. We look forward to coming back to the Pompano Beach Cultural Center.

Brand new cultural center across the street for the city hall.They have a very nice small live theater on the 2nd floor with an art gallery in the lobby featuring local artists.We saw Hedwig & the angry inch.

I do miss the old library. Mostly just because of memories of going there as a kid. The new library is a huge step up though and is much better.

Great local events! This includes a monthly street fair with food trucks, local art, FREE BEER TASTING, not to mention two stages of live music!And best of all many events are free as in vendor fees/taxes!

Saw The Anne Frank one woman show. Incredible. Bravo

Unfortunately, theres no events now because of the virus, but it is kept clean, and theres plenty of literature to help you discover what events they were having (before the virus.)

Saw the Kurt Cobain photo exhibit last night, pleasantly surprised what a lovely job they did with displaying the photos. The event was free, there was food and beverages served as well. A must for all Cobain Fans!

Absolutely incredible and inspiring venue. Every one there was very sweet compassionate and helpful. A beautiful place to be !!

9/11 celebration. Wonderful remembrance

Outstanding facilities, highs parking lot, friendly smiling faces staff, and great organization for the events. We attended a dancing event last weekend with a live puerto Rican band, and it was sardine, the dancing floor, the space, the sound, the people.

Nice Multi-Purpose Facility. Been to 2 events and the set-up for each was dramatically different, yet accommodating.

Lots of dancing space. The Salsa band was phenomenal.

Saw Rickey Smileys comedy show Las it was fantastic.

First we came in first but had to sit on the ground, 15 minutes later a other came in but they got the seat. Then we come in the place sneels like feet, shoes, and butt!

Had a great time at the Woodstock 50th year celebration.

The facility is incredible. On one side is the public library and the other side is a nice performance facility and also art gallery.

What a nice spot to take in the arts! Some great performances and a good spot for a special event!

I performed there on a Saturday afternoon. The building is nice because its new, but from a performance perspective, the offset stage is strange, and the dressing rooms are very far from the stage and not at all accessible. It makes scene changes really hard.

Beautiful facilities. Attended fund raising event. Only complaint is the long walk from the handicap parking to the entrance or lack of a drop off at the entrance.

The sound system in here is so distorted, it ruins the performance. Some of this may owe to a bad sound man. In the perf we saw, they were using headphone mics with transmitters, and that didnt help.
