Took a boating class here. Instructor was great, I learned a lot and had fun on the water. Look forward to advanced classes in the future. The only negative was the training boat wasnt in the best condition.

Rented a 26 deck boat last October and had a great day on the water around the everglades inlet area, unfortunately a small craft advisory kept us inside the inlet. This rental was booked from my home in the Pocono Mountains of PA so it was all online and over the phone sight unseen. The staff was fantastic and the boat was immaculate. I can not wait to get back down there and check out one of the smaller fishing boats!

Do NOT rent anything from this place. Would give 0 stars if I could. Rented a minimally functioning boat for 4.5 hours with my family. When we returned they told us they were keeping 1,000 dollars for a damage that we were not responsible for and could have been there long before us being that being that the damage was unnoticeable. Have been boating my entire life. Even if we did break it, it is a matter of a 25 dollar fix. Place is an complete rip off. Extremely unprofessional. STAY FAR AWAY!!

After being a member for a year I figured I leave a review based on my experiences. First of all the guys are amazing at the company. Theyre always nice and accomodating. They have a lot of vessels for beginners and experienced boaters as well. Every boat is in very good condition. I only dont like their training boat but that is for beginners anyways. I got 2 brand new ones this year to try. Keep it up!! I definitely recommend this club for everyone who is looking to get into boating! Good customer service and wide selection of well kept boats, what else you need?! Sea ya on the water!!

Had the best trip anyone could ask for. I hired best boat to put my mothers ashes in the ocean and it was just perfect. Ive been boating for 45 years so I know a good captain from a bad captain ours was great!!!!! We even had enough time to relax and fish. We caught dinner! I will be back for another ride.

We had scheduled the rental but unfortunately we had to cancel due to Covid. Cancellation was no problem and plan to rent in the future.

Last year I took a powerboat safe rider course. It was a two full days course. I learned a ton and most importantly how to ride a boat in all sorts of situations. The instructor was very detailed and knowledgeable. We spent half of the time on theory and the rest on the boat. The last 1 hour I took the exam and got certified. All in all A+ experience. Recommend!

Stay far away. Got a horrible boat with a makeshift engine set up then when we returned it they said that they are keeping the $1000 security deposit because they claimed the bimini top was broke

Best Boat Rental is the best!

If you are looking for a GREAT boat rental company and club this is it. I have rented several times from this club and have had a an awesome experience. Patrick is so easy to work with, very helpful and knowledgeable as well. The boats are very nice and well taken care of. We just rented a 24 hurricane sun deck boat and the boat was awesome, which is not usual when it comes to boat rental. I recommend giving Patrick a call you wont be disappointed!

The service from the Best Boat Club personnel when you check in is great, very detailed as to use of the boat, equipment on board, and everything you need to add to your boating experience that day. Further, they are there to fully assist you when you return. There are a variety of boats to choose from, depending on your intent that day. In our 8 weeks of membership, we have been boating 6 fabulous times and cant wait to go the next time! We checked various boat clubs in the area before deciding to join Best Boat Club, and we are so glad we did!

I was a member of Best Boat Club for a little over a year, and truly enjoyed the club. The staff (Patrick especially…since i go out of Pompano most of the time), selection of boats, and over all service have been great. I will greatly miss being a member (since i moved) and if i make back to South Florida will be a member again some day. Great club and highly recommend!!

Ive rented boats from the BBC(Bahia Mar) twice in the last month and Earnest and the crew are the absolute best. They provide the highest level of customer service and they have boats of all sizes to fit any number of people in your party. Earnest made great efforts to provide information on all the hot spots and great restaurants to go to in the intercostal waterway. If youre renting a boat in South Florida you will not regret renting from the BBC.

Best Boat Club is a great company to rent from. There are a lot of options when it comes to finding a rental company for a boat. But in my experience there isnt another company in South Florida that cares about its customers and their experience as much as the boat club does. They really take their time to make sure the customers needs are met and not just throwing people on a boat without taking the experience into account. In my opinion there isnt another choice.

I have been a member for 2 years now, and I can only say good things about best boat club. By now, I have a feeling that I am part of the family. It took me sometime to understand the rules and understand the people that work there, but I can only say thank you to everyone on the staff team. They are always patient and understandable, even when I was wrong. :). Beside the staff 5 stars, the fact that one day you can cruise in Fort Lauderdale and another day you can cruise in Captiva, it is priceless.

We had a great experience here over the 4th of July holiday weekend and will definitely be back when were in town again. They were one of the few places that actually answered their phones to talk with us and it was a Sunday morning. Max was great to work with, very, very knowledgeable about boating and interesting things in the area. It was just us 2, so he hooked us up with the right size boat and spent a good amount of time making sure we were familiar with it before we left. Its really obvious that having an experienced boat operator in your group helps, which my boyfriend was, so no problems there. We had a blast out on the ocean and at Lake Boca. The half day (4 hours) was perfect, prices seemed fair and comparable to everything else we looked at. Insurance was extra, just like renting a car, but worth it for my peace of mind. Security deposit dropped off my credit card quickly. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

We have had great experiences with Best Boat Club. So far, we have been boating with Best Boat Club at Pompano and Captiva. Both locations have extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff who assist boaters with any needs. Thanks to Max for all his help each time we have been boating, and especially for helping to get us out early for our most recent boating experience on the opening day of lobster season...Excellent!!!Also thanks to Michelle and Jose in Captiva who took great care of us a few weeks ago on our vacation there.
