We had so much fun. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The staff paid bert close attention to the children as they played. The obstacle course was closed which was disappointing but the staff member explained to me that it was open on the weekends only between 2 and 6 pm. We didnt play any games as my children are older and were not interested bit they fully enjoyed the dodge ball and volleyball game. We will return and I highly recommend this indoor park.

Very disappointed, went for glow night with my daughter. Glow night is supposed to be for two hours on Friday and Saturday. Went there at 8:45 pm paid for Glow night, shows on receipt Glow night is from 9 to 11. And the place closes at 10 pm. The manager sold me the ticket and took full payment for two hours, never mentioned they would close early. Deceptive business practice. Will definitely call corporate on them.

Very clean, and modern facility, with state of the art massage chairs. Friendly staff, one employee even changed out his face mask that read, I cant breathe when we came in. That was nice of him, because its just not appropriate around families IMO.

Always have had a great experience with the kids especially with the character events. They have decent food and drink options and their prices are fair compared to some other places I have taken the kids.

My son loves sky zone so much that we became members. Nicest staff and such an easy, fun, clean activity!

This is meant for preschoolers but my older children still have just as much fun here as they did when they were little. I wouldnt plan on eating here, although I had a descent latte once. Look for the hidden mickey in alices tunnel.

The kids had fun at glow night. They turned down the lights and the music was good.

Cant believe you have to purchase their brand socks in order to use the trampoline. What a rip off! Any other places let us in with anti slip socks.Times are difficult enough as it is witout having to force people to buy your socks!Will keep going to other places.

We had my sons birthday party here and it was excellent! Trampolines, dodge ball, basketball and the foam zone were awesome, and kept the kids engaged! From the first phone call (booked party site unseen), the staff was top notch, follow up, reminders in advance (and more) to the day of and afterward -- I highly recommend this place. Our day of event coordinator, Ariel, was AMAZING and left almost nothing for us to do but enjoy the day with our son. The staff in each zone were friendly and engaging with the kids and safety and fun were their priorities. Great experience - thank you for making my sons birthday an enjoyable and memorable one!

Sky zone was so much fun! We went for a friends birthday party with 18 people. Was a lot of fun playing 9 on 9 dodgeball. Sky slam was really fun too, great place for adults and kids. The food was alright and the customer service was really good.

My first time going to Sky Zone, I think it went pretty great! Its truly a great place to have so much fun while getting a full-body workout. My only complaint is the large amount of people that fill this place up the entire day, but thats expected from a great location.

Awsome place to go with the kids, not expensive for a whole day & u can go out to eat some where else and come back with no hassle. Great friendly staff and a very clean and organize place. Every attraction has 2 or 3 people watching the kids so its really a parent relax zone.

My son was there playing the other night and he lost his phone I called and left a message they got back to me the next morning I dealt with Chris and Alexa very nice people somebody had turn the phone in and they gave it back to me

Ordinarily, my family and I love the place and would provide a much higher rating. However, management prefers to overbook the facility on Saturdays and Sundays and are understaffed on the trampolines which allows the herds of party attendees to fly through the area unchecked. One person per trampoline... A number of weeks ago there were 4 or 5 parties going at once and I am sure the number of people in the facility exceeded the number allowed by the fire marshall. I would recommend you visit during the morning on weekends and in the afternoon during the week, provided the place isnt closed for a private party. Should you buy a membership and work within the issues stated above the people who work here and facilities are terrific!

I enjoyed sky zone but this is not a place for smaller children. We had our sons birthday party here and the young lady that hosted the party was extremely energetic and attentive. I would do it again for sure .

Clean and friendly. There are different time packages.. we opted for the unlisted 30 minutes.. thank goodness! My girl friend and I were much older than the other jumpers; we hada blast even though we only lasted 15 minutes. Its harder than it looks. But great nonetheless

Great place for families to have fun with their kids and teens(some adults too)! Would be nice if they had bar height tables for parents with a charging station. Could also use some tvs to keep us parents entertained a little bit for 90 minutes.

On one rainy day, my kids and I were feeling down because of the weather. Then, while watching my favorite hallmark movie (murder-mystery with Laurie) we saw a commercial for SkyZone. We had never been there before, but it seemed like a nice place for the kids to run around and exert some of their energy. So, we got up and made our way there. When we got there, the employees were so helpful and kind in directing us on what to do! the experience was delightful, and I will definitely be bringing my children back for their birthday parties in August! I loved the place and how clean it was, I wish I could give 10 stars!

It is fantastic! No odors. Super clean. Great for the kids. We bought a Groupon which they couldnt honour because there was an event. The manager kindly told me how to reverse the charges and gave us a great price and the kids enjoyed half an hour, which was more than enough

It was a very family friendly environment. All of the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The building was kept very clean; including the restrooms. They had a nice food court that was reasonably priced.

My 2 small kids loved the Toddler Time on Sunday morning. They both loved the trampolines and foam block pit. There is even a separate toddler zone with toys so we can come back any other time to play too. I will definitely be coming back for some adult bounce time too!

Andre was on ropes course and he was wonderful! Keira, the manager is fantastic! She fixed the waiver computer, cleaned floors, straightened chairs, managed the kiddos and did it all with a smile and awesome attitude! This is a great place to bring the kids.

It was our first time there, I was looking for a venue for my daughter’s birthday party. The Staff was very helpful, friendly, and explained all the options. I really appreciated that they offered military discount to our family. The place was clean, and has many options for the children. Highly recommend It!

Had a spectacular time with my son and his friends for his birthday bash!!! I would like to mention the SPECTACULAR customer service received by the Manager in staff, Ivan (Rodriguez?) he was spot on in getting everyone’s tickets and socks and was an exemplary employee who handled a VERY long line of incoming customers with grace and professionalism, all the while handling all my party late-comers. This is not where it ends... the entire staff was excellent and I Saw Mr. Rodriguez actively cover EVERY aspect of handling the front area and courteously assisting rope walkers in need all the while cleaning the floors and running concession... True soldier.. he was like a machine! Very impressive! Thank you for a great time SKYZONE and staff! I had a good experience here with my 4 yr old. The cafeteria was out of ketchup but the manager was able to find me some extras in the back. The line took forever and maybe could do a better job at organizing the line but overall it was okay.

This place is so much fun and im glad they have a tot time every weekend since i have an 18 month old

Considering the price I prefer Off the Wall. The foam pit here is fun but the employees look bored out of their minds. Not very many video games or prizes to pick from with the tickets you do win. On the plus side there are lockers so dont have to carry my purse everywhere.

Took my girlfriend and her son recently. Really cool place. My only issue is we bought the 2 hour pass for all activities only to find out that there was a private party using the dodgeball court for over 1 hour. Would have appreciated the heads up from the staff that this would not be available. Other than that, no issues.

Awesome place. A ton of fun for the younger crowd. Even as a 30 year old, I was jumping and having a blast with my son!! Makes me miss my trampoline growing up

Fun place however if the free jump zone they need to even out the older and younger kids section, Everytime Ive gone I see the kids barely using this huge area for them and the adults and older kids cramped in this tiny zone and having to wait turns sometimes. If they moved the net to the middle it would be perfectly fine since the kids arent trying to do the things adults are doing and dont need as much space anyway.

Just learned about the toddler time since baby shark would be there. It was an awesome experience to have toddlers enjoy themselves jumping and bouncing! My niece and nephew had an amazing time and it wore them out. I will definitely be back and look into 2nd birthday as well
