Intimate concert venue in Pomona right by the record store. Most recently came here to see flor perform (I made the trek all the way from Santa Monica on a Thursday night, so you know how eager I was to have a good time). There’s a good amount of street parking, and there’s metered parking right around the corner (two hours up until midnight). We picked up our tickets at will call to the left of the entrance and it was quick getting into the space since we arrived right as Flor was getting on-stage. Bathrooms are available up the stairs, and it’s a small venue so you’ll be pretty up close to the band. We were lucky enough to be right in the second row so we had a great view, and it was a really fun concert. I like how the Glass House showcases smaller acts and has a chill vibe.

I’ve seen a few shows here now and they’ve been an overall positive experience. The stage is nice and high so there’s great visibility. The only things I’d like to see improve are the beers available and the quality of the bathrooms.Parking is pretty terrible in the area but that’s no fault of the venue. There’s a cheap lot down the street.

This record store is good for REALLY hard to find and rare records. I mean like, impossible to find $$$ really cool ones that are on the wall. They usually have awesome collections of punk 45 records. Its so cool! I get better deals here than on Discogs so im always hooked. The manager Alex knows his stuff so well. I cant believe he always finds records like this, and hes always got really awesome stories about where he got them or how he found them. They know something special here, and thats what keeps me coming back. Really smart people who know their stuff. They also have a really good general selection and good picks they recommend of current or their favorite music. I love hearing what music they play in the store and usually end up getting what theyre playing. Thats smart! All and all, a really fun place to go and a great way to nerd out with fellow music fans!

I loved Alejandro Arandas performance, but the Glass House was hot and stuffy. No central air. I almost passed out. The poor woman upfront did pass out. She was given water. I supposed she stayed for the performance. He was fabulous ️ all I can say. Id do it again just to listen to his fabulous guitar playing.

Im not picky, but I like this venue. Well staffed, they get the lines in fast. I enjoy the lounge in the front, gets cold in there tho. Bathroom can get messed up, but its a small venue and people are hectic. They have the merch tables set up on the balcony, but people watch from up there. Most recently, I stayed in the back by the sound booth and could still see the stage well

Ive been to some of the best record stores in the world and this is easily one of my favorites. The staff are really friendly, and since they know so much about music, youll end up talking to them forever and will probably end up leaving with a new music friend. Most of them are local so theyll always recommend good shows to see or bands to check out. Theyre really knowledgable and super helpful and just fun people. There are staff picks in the front of the store that are all so good, most of the time, their selections are cleaned out once they put new choices in. Ive gone through Alex or Cams picks and gotten like 5 of the records. The store also has lots of snacks and its in an area that has AMAZING food for super cheap. I know that a lot of local kids come in on their lunch breaks or after school to grab food and look at all the cool records. You can also buy tickets without fees at the store so people come in all the time to do that while they browse for new releases. Parking is really easy too, which is great! Theres always spots around the entire building and area and I usually make a day of it, grab some food, check out the other stores in the area, and will go to The Glass House for a show.As for selection, the store is unparalleled. They have tons of new releases and Record Store Day stock, but WOW the records on the wall are INCREDIBLE! They also have really impossible to find collections and gems because the owner is always traveling the U.S. scoring amazing vinyl. Its great because you can go in grabbing some classic albums or ask to see the rare stuff and its like a museum. I never want to leave its always so fun there!

There has been plenty of shows that I had wished to attend at this venue over the past 15+ years but never had the chance until a week ago. Im glad I was able to experience my first time at the Glass House as a pleasant one. The venue is a good size. They have staff throughout which is especially helpful if you need them for any emergency. Security is adequate and get people in quickly. The restroom is easily accessible. The upper area was small but accommodating and provided a great view of the stage. There should be a limit on drinks, though, to prevent people from barfing all over the place and potentially ruining other peoples night.

I have been to this venue at least twice now . This venue is very organized for how small the building is. You order your ticket online and pick them up when you arrive you just need your name. (Sometimes you need your email) The tickets dont have your name on it.It does then to get hot in the venue when the last band of 3 is going on stage when I went they only had one ceiling mounted fan that was on the side of the entrance. So if you are going I recommend you dont bring a coat.I went to a festival hosted by this venue and they were also very organized 3 stages and food trucksParking is very abundant around the area and very affordable, you dont have to stress with this venue.

**Alejandro Aranda-Scarypoolparty Concert**️️We were told by a couple different security employees to get in a separate line up front. A line for the handicapped box.️ There was a very old man in front of me and a teen with a walker with severe CP behind us. My son has CP and uses a walker as well. We were all told the same. “At 7 when the doors open they would let us in first.” We waited for at least an hour in this line. Then the MAIN SECURITY GUY IN CHARGE who showed up later. Kicked all those with disabilities️ out of line. Told us to get in the main line. It was around the block! It was HOT too! We only wanted to be in the handicapped box.️ How can he have a heart to do that? There was only 3 with disabilities. He turned down a couple women in wheelchairs. It was so in-compassionate I was in tears. That POOR old man!! Luckily there were people there with hearts and let us (my disabled son) cut. The others weren’t so lucky. I also caught a young adult with autism sweating on the floor in the handicapped box. “Because they supposedly ran out of chairs.” Security did not have the heart to find him a chair.️ Like the chair next to him that only had a backpack on it. I got him that chair. (Thank you sound crew) It’s not my job! ** Yes, I’m thankful we got in the handicapped box️ and then moved to the front. Thank you to the male and female that made sure we were taken care of.** BUT THE OTHERS. There are ADA laws️ that all employees must learn. Have some humanity and heart at least!!!!! Your venue says it’s for all ages that should include all abilities.️ Alejandro’s fans are a wide variety of fans. He was on American Idol. That’s not anything NEW. Those with disabilities matter too. Come on people we can do BETTER!!!!!

This is a long review about poor ADA seating! I am at Alejandro Aranda’s concert right now. It’s July 18, 2019. The cover band is playing. The only reason I am giving The Glass House 1 Star is bc their ADA seating sucks!!! I’ve called The Glass House at least 4 times since I first bought 4 tickets the minute they went on sale! I inquired about their ADA seating each time I called, and I was never told that it is very small, and that I should get here especially early to get in line. I was in line 90 minutes early today in 90 degree heat! By the time I got to their ADA seating, I was told that there was no more room. I am in a wheelchair and I cannot stand or walk. I was put at the back wall of the venue. I cannot see anything on the stage! All I, and about 10 other handicap people by me can see, are wall to wall people standing in front of us! It is horrible!!! I will write another review about Alejandro later.
