We tried the 1st room a couple years ago and we were blown away. The new room was even better! The host(Brad) was the icing on the cake. I must do in Pocatello!

Made the escape!!

They make a bold claim on their website, quoting “Pocatello’s only Escape Room”. This could be farther from the truth. The escape rooms in the mall have a friendlier and cleaner environment. Booking with them is easy and it is always recorded.

We did the Dead Man Walking room. Our group of 12 put clues together to figure parts out. That was the fun part. However, the staff had forgot to place one of the keys into the cell and then just came into the room and basically handed it to us. One of the levers to the electric chair was not properly locked down either, so we skipped over that part because it was done for us. And we skipped over another part because a key fell out when it shouldnt have. We got out in about 35 minutes and most of us felt like we only got half the experience.Compared to other escape rooms I have done, this experience was not as good because the staff just didnt set the room up properly. If the room was set up right, it would have been a great experience.

No show. No communication. I hope to update this review when they contact me back and refund my $100. EDIT: Received the whole amount back via PayPal within a couple days. No communication from the company at all. From their great reviews I see I hope Im able to try their escape room some day and update further.

If your looking for something different to do this place is a lot of fun for a large group activity.

Weve been through 2 escape rooms at 13 Locks and loved it! Always hidden surprises along the way and authentic atmospheres. Well be back!

Booked a room, showed up 15 minutes early and the lights were off. No response to their phone or Facebook page. Waited an extra 30 minutes but nobody ever showed up. Dont go here.

Really good atmosphere, the puzzles were interesting and original and the stories behind the rooms were engaging. Very good escape rooms.

Would give 0 stars if possible! Our kids booked this 2-3 weeks in advance as a Fathers Day surprise for my husband. It was booked for Saturday June 8th at 1:30pm, as our daughter would be out of town Fathers Day weekend. We arrived 15 minutes early and sat for an additional 45 minutes after the appointment time, waiting. No on ever showed. The owner of the consignment store next door tried to help contact the owner with no luck. And now my son cant get ahold of anyone to get his $132.50 refund that is owed him. No answer on the phone and voicemail is full. Disappointed that people do business in this manner and angry that my kids surprise for their father was ruined! Will not be recommending this place to anyone.

An awesome location for an escape game - down in the deep basement below an early-1900s building in “downtown” Pocatello. We did two games back-to-back and found some great challenging puzzles and really great theming!

Ive played more escape games than I can count and this is hands down the best Ive ever played. Cant wait until I have time to make another trip down from Canada to play another one. Great job guys! Sorry it took me so long to write this review.

The room itself was pretty good and the puzzles were challenging while still fun. However, the operator showed up more than 15 minutes after our starting time. In addition, the clues themselves had some issues,like the keys wouldnt unlock locks easily and it was too dark to read the papers. In our groups opinion, it was too expensive for what we got.

This is one of the most unique experiences that my kids and I have been able to do. Even my 4 year old daughter got into the fun! I highly recommend checking out 13 Locks!

Fun night with friends! We definitely enjoyed the Lab room over the Prison Walk room, but both were fun and I hope when they open another room that we will be able to check it out as well. Thank you 13 locks!

Scheduled almost a month ahead of time for a 1:30pm. Showed up, waited for 45 minutes and still no one was there. They never answer the phone when you call, and their voicemail is too full to leave one. Now its impossible to get a hold of them to get our money back. Honestly the worst experience I have ever had with an escape room business.

The lab was extremely well done. Plenty of secrets to keep things interesting the entire time. Well worth it.

Went with family and we all had a blast! The guy who we met with before going in was super nice and helpful. The room was challenging but very fun. I plan and going back with friends to do the other room.

It was very fun and challenging made me work hard to escape and just had a blast with my group cant wait to go back and try it again and different escape room!!!!!

Well we didnt get to try it out. The website says they open at 10 am. We got there at 10:30 am and it was closed. No sign explaining. Not a good way to run a business.

Hands down one of the best escape rooms Ive been to in this area. Cannot wait for their 2nd room to open soon!
