Excellent place for the kids. I will say the claw machines are rigged to loose, but what claw machine isnt. My kids love this place

Was great but a couple of games needed a little work.

Not good. My husband and I love to go to the arcade while on vacation in Newport. They are wonderful there. Staff is always helpful. We were excited for the arcade to be so close to home for more frequent visits with our son. We took into consideration they were renovating during the 3 visits we have made thus far. Lets just say the staff is miserable. We have encountered 3 to 4 staff members during our visits, all unhelpful and act as if we are bothering them. We over looked it at first because they are younger and we were the only people there each time we have visited. We figured they must just be used to doing nothing at work while under construction. Although not okay with me, we were cutting them some slack and figured attitudes would change once renovations were done. However our last visit will probably be our last to the Plymouth location. There is a game that involves ping pong balls and sometimes they end up elsewhere in the game room. My husband and I noticed at least 4 under the machine itself. When we told the 2 staff members on duty, the staff said there were plenty of balls in the machine. We explained the balls do not cycle through and the balls all drop at once and when they are gone your turn is done so it makes the bonus less achievable. They said thanks and that they would get them later and again not to worry as plenty of balls were in the machine. We were the only people there, they couldnt grab a broom and sweep them out. Heck I would have done it if they supplied the broom. They made us feel uncomfortable to even ask, and cringe a worthy response to the explanation. Not okay with me at all. We just left altogether. In Newport all staff are great, helpful, and friendly. Not here! They need a staff overhaul after the renovations to make us want to come back. Very disappointing.

My grandkids had the time pf their lives..loved it!!!

The place is in remodel, so there was not a lot of games to play. But my four kids still had a great time! The only employee on tonight Taty, was friendly and engaging. She helped the kids pick out all there prizes, helping them add up points and suggest items to fit their budgets.

Once the renovations are complete and the entire arcade is open then it will be awesome. Fantastic location

A little bit on the smaller size compared to Newport and Oak Bluffs, but the renovations have come out amazing! They have a good variety of games and the staff is amazing. Its definitely worth checking out some of their other locations if you want more games or bowling.

Not many games but theyre undergoing renovation so itll be alot better when its done. There was 1 game that kept my friend and I occupied for awhile

Air hockey!!

Not as good as the other Ryans locations. Many games priced higher than at other locations. Very limited prizes and very few non-ticket games. Take the drive to Wareham (Buzzards Bay) and youll get the added feature of candlepin.

My granddaughter gives it 2 thumbs up
