Neighborhood used to be quiet and now im lucky to get a full nights sleep. Manufactured homes unfortunately dont block out much noise from outside. From inside my home I can even hear the neighbors kids running in their house. Its like living in an apartment. In some ways worse because the kids are constantly playing in groups right outside your house. If you are sensitive to noise I wouldnt recommend living here.
The manager was very nice and personal she was amazing treating me like family!
Place is well maintained and quiet . Office personnel are very professional.
I stopped into Timber Ridge Manufactured Housing Community one day without an appointment and met a very welcoming young lady by the name of Milie who was exiting the office and was leaving for the day at 7pm. I asked if they had any homes available for sale and she took me to a brand new beautiful home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths that I absolutely loved. She was able to answer all of my questions and really made me want to move to this community. I am DEFINATELY considering this in the next year and am going to bring my husband back to this place. The community is beautiful and well kept. The gal who helped me even though her work day was over made me feel like she wasnt in a rush to get home. She educated me on living in manufactured homes and how well theyre built as well as answered my questions regarding purchasing and ordering a new home. As soon as our home is sold, Milie will be my GO TO person. Ive met other community office people in other communities... they were no where near as helpful or as friendly. Come to find out, shes actually a maintenance lady there but it appears she wears many many hats... Kudos to Timber Ridge for employing caring people like her. I did notice the residents waving happily to her... And also was told the management is outstanding... I feel this place is 5 stars and look forward to doing business this year with folks that made me feel comfortable, welcomed and extremely helpful...
Very pretty out there.
Timber Ridge is truly a community, not just a group of homes. The office staff go out of their way to provide a family feel to the community with events and activities year round. The property is well maintained and you can tell they take pride in the community. Ive lived here for years and love it!
Phenomenal Management, and a beautifully kept community, along with the amazing people at timber ridge and the opportunistic reality make for a great home.
Homey tho older mobile home park. Not well labeled. Just small sign that can only be seen when going in one direction because of landscaping. Very easy to miss whole park and no where to turn around. Roads tight in most of park. Yards small but empty lots. Need to make yards bigger as homes move out. Also no place for kids to play. See them on grassy hill by road and in the roads of the park playing. So many speed bumps feel like on a ride at great America. Could cut some down in height any cut some out.
Lived here for 10 years. It was a great place to live. Management took time putting together things for families and kids to do. And easy to work with. Still visit family and friends there!!
Quiet, clean, well-kept community with friendly, concerned neighbors. Community members are expected to keep their yards, sidewalks and parking area in good condition to keep the community near and nice looking. The streets are sealed annually and they keep up on snow removal. They often have events for community members and the manager is amazing. Its a really nice place to live!
Very well kept safe area
This is a wonderful place to live. We raised our son here and he is a great young man. We have great management and maintance here.

They are always very understanding and are very helpful with any issue...i hope to be living here for many years to come...Racheal Belter
Great place to live. Peaceful for the most part. Excellent maintenance staff. Always accommodating to needs. Been here over 23 years now.
I have lived here for, OMG, over three years. My German Shepherd, Rocky and I have traveled and lived all over the United States. I have to say we have never felt at home until we moved here. I have never felt so welcomed by so many in my life time. This community is exactly that. You are never alone here. If you need anything all you have to do is ask. The management team here are exemplary in all facets of there responsibilities. Plus, they are members of the community. Its not just a job for them, they also live here. What ever you have heard about trailer trash, is just that, TRASH. I have never met so many down to earth people and so friendly. If you are looking for a safe place to raise your family, look no further then Timber Ridge Mobile Home COMMUNITY.Reverend Brad J Rivelli
We have lived here for almost 25 years and have not had any major issues.Neighbors are friendly, streets well maintained, activities for kids like movie nights Halloween,Easter.Would recommend to people and already have.Management will try to work with you on any issues.
I have lived in the Timber Ridge Community for many years and it has been a great place to live and raise a family. The manager has always worked with me if I had any issue. They have events for the kids in the summer to keep them busy and entertained. I have great neighbors and we have a lot of cook outs in the summer. This winter my neighbor shoveled for me after I hurt my knee. Great place to live with great people!
Its a great spot to find stray cats and my neighbors like to shoot the coyotes.
Very (Quiet), Friendly, Fun place to live, been here for years.
Unpleasant, unprofessional and no respect for human rights.
As a Reverend, I will not attempt to hide the fact that everywhere you travel, you will find troubles of some kind. With that said, I found, or find this establishment a very peaceful, community based, friendly, outstanding, not always upstanding (already covered). I have made a great many a friends here and I know my dog Rocky has.
Ive lived here a few years now, have had nothing but issues. Ive had less complaints about my lawn when living in a HOA than here. The park is nice but god forbid your grass gets taller than two inches. The manager loses her temper a lot. Rather send passive aggressive texts and yell than talk to you like a human being and take your life into consideration.
THIS COMMUNITY IS NOT BUNCH OF TRAILER TRASH AS WHAT PEOPLE CALL MOBIL PARKS ...ITS A COMMUNITY WITH HARD WORKING FAMILIES AND THE MANGEMENT ARE ALL LIKE FAMILY I LIVED HERE AND I WAS PROUD TO OWN HOME THAT I LOVED AND I WILL NEVER FORGET THE KINDNESS EACH NEIGHBOR SHOW ONE ANOTHER ..U COULD GO KNOCK ON ANYONES DOOR IF U NEEDED HELP AND THEY WILL HELP ..I MISS ALL NICE NEIGHBORS I HAD AND IT WILL ALWAYS BE BEST YEARS I REMEMBER OF BEING AT MY BEST .GOD BLESS MANANGER JUDY AND FAMILIES I CARED FOR.. CHECK IT OUT U CAN SEE HOW NICE ITS TAKEN CARE OF ..YOU WONT BE SORRY
