A duffers paradise. Challenging but very forgiving course. Well kept and golf carts are crazy advanced. If you want to spend a day on the links and not get super frustrated losing balls, this is the place.

Stumbled across this course and was so happy to do so. From getting out of the car the experience was great with bar staff very friendly helpful to get us yummy sandwiches to take in the course.The course was in perfect condition with well kept fairways and tees. Green complexes interesting and rolled great.Design was generally quite wide off the tee so very manageable for bogey golf but a challenge when aiming for birdies and pars.Being public access there were a lot of people on course but the pro shop staff were managing pace of play from the shop via gps and a ranger on the course. I think this is something everyone can be thankful for as pace of play wasn’t too bad.I’ll be telling the hotel staff here at The Diplomat to make sure they put it on the recommendation list for guests.

What a great golf course! Pretty tough and long golf course. Post card beautiful with teeth. You will encounter island greens that can be super fast and dog leg left and right fairways. Will definitely be going back.

Well kept golf course, friendly staff, great service

Not a golfer, but I hear its beautiful from friends. Great place to romp with the dogs, go for walks or just get away to nature for a little while. Lots of wildlife.

This is a beautiful, challenging, and well maintained public course. The city of Plantation has done a great job with this public course.

Last Saturday, I had my daughter’s baby shower at this place and it turned out just perfect thanks to all the assistance of the wonderful staff at Plantation Preserve. It really shows how selective this place must be when hiring their staff at every level. Shannon, Director of Catering, was most professional, experienced, sensitive to our individualized needs and accommodating- during all the planning and throughout the event. Miguel and other staff assisting were observant and attentive to every guest’s need, on top of every detail... Needless to say the service and the food were beyond my expectation. So many of my close to 90 adult guests came afterwards to tell me how perfect and beautiful everything turned out. I’m so pleased my daughter chose this place. I highly recommend Plantation Preserve for the event of your dreams and would certainly love to host another gathering here.

The Preserve is a well kept secret!! The Sunday brunch buffet is excellent with omelet an waffle stations, fresh fruit and dessert stations!! Not to mention the beautiful view of the golf course!! With weather moderating the outdoor seating is an excellent choice!!

Course was in beautiful condition except for the greens doesn’t look like they have taken care of them since covid 19 divots everywhere just hit the putt and pray ball can miss some of the holes on the green green keeper must have quit

Just had my daughter’s Sweet 16 at Plantation Preserve last Saturday night. I cannot say enough about the staff at this place. Shannon, Tiffany, Miguel, Richard and Dan made sure that everything was perfect. As a mom who is throwing this party Shannon Miguel and Tiffany made sure I was taken care of from beginning to end. People from the party are still talking about the how incredible all the food and desserts were. Can’t wait to throw another party at this amazing facility!! If you are planning on throwing a quinceanera, sweet 16, wedding or birthday party look no further than Plantation Preserve.

Great buffet! Eggs Benedict were perfect. Omelet station was very good. Only negative we the dessert station, the cakes were very dry. Next time I will try the. bagels and lochs. I wish I had taken pictures, everthing was amazing. For 13.99 and it is all you can eat, coffee and orange juice, etc is included.

Great Sunday Brunch with beautiful views of a tropical golf course. Lots of flora and fauna, with an amazing walking and biking trail. Nice staff. A true gem in the heart of Plantation. Just wish they would stop selling drinks in styrofoam as it often winds up in surrounding canals. That is my only criticism.

Treasure of a nature preserve with wetlands and sacred Tequesta burial mound. The unnatural golf course around needs to go, so nature can spread and thrive on golf course as one it has been.

Very nice wildlife path through golf course with benches nicely spaced. Park well kept. Wide paved walkways that allow walkers, runners and bikers to comfortably enjoy.

The course is beautiful and was in great shape.

The course leaves a lot to be desire but it has wide open fairways, and some challenging shots. Dont expect much roll on the fairways but the greens will hold your ball. Downside is the greens are slow. If the greens ran faster it would be at least 4 stars.

Plantation Preserve Golf Course & Club is home to a generally well-regarded layout, which includes several attractive holes and features. This open parkland course will test most facets of your game, and should provide a round with plenty of enjoyable golfing challenges. Worth visiting if you are in the area.

I tried several courses in Feb, my 1st snow bird trip. This one was the best, great shape, well maintained, a little challenging (just right for me).

Beautiful challenging but not to difficult

For the past few years we have held our annual non-profit golf tournament each October at the Preserve. We thoroughly enjoy the quality of the course as well as the banquet experience. The staff is excellent, meeting all expectations while maintaining a positive attitude.IMO, reviews that recommend better places, instead of staying on topic, are not reliable.

Course conditions have greatly improved over the past year. Course is in great shape and I absolutely love the layout - lots of risk/reward holes, but also playable for everyone. Practice range/facility is one of the best in South Florida. PGA Tour is having a Stage 2 qualifier here and its well deserved.

Even though we are eating, the worker start carpet cleaning. So noisy. We asked him to stop. The waitress was not good and looked unhappy.We dont want to give tips, but tips were included in the check.Not prepared, dont open. There are lots of restaurants with nice workers and cleanness.

While South Florida favorite sported typically near-pristine fairways, tee boxes and bunkers, the majority of greens were very pokey due to numerous ball marks. Course staff was predictably friendly, but cart service was sorely lacking. Tiffany in the bar was the bomb, which took most of the sting out of a discounted, yet still pricey, round.

Very well maintained course. Its always easy to get on the course. The club house and cart staff are very friendly and take care of you as soon as you arrive. It makes playing 9 or 18 holes very easy.

Great golf experience, perfect layout. The course has some very challenging holes and windy sometimes (remember youre in FL). Staff is pretty helpful. Cartgirl could visit you 2-3 times during the round. Prohop has good prices for apparel. Tee-times are mid $$. A post round Hamburger or Turkey Club on Swiss is perfect to finish.

Course is superb. Friendly staff. Prices go up during the winter. Evenings are more affordable.

Well it was pouring down rain and Im looking for a medical building and they told me it was inside so I went inside and I met some really gorgeous men there but we couldnt go off because it was pouring down rain so they sent me on my way and I found my medical plaza

Usually in great shape, seems maintenance is slipping lately. Starter is a pain in the arse... one in particular is always a pain.... very annoying, possibly go full divets instead of starting fir your free play.... .

We had our wedding at this Golf Club, and could not be happier with the professional service, awesome food, beautiful view and great people making that place unique.Shannon, catering manager, is a pleasure to work with. She makes sure everything is under her supervision from the beginning to the end.

Training at the Academy at plantation preserve was awesome! Barry Fitzpatrick is the director and he uses a video system to show me everything I need to know. Since I began training with him Ive gone from shooting 92 to 81 in 4 months! You got to go see him .

Course is challenging and kept in very good shape for a city-run course. Joe in the pro shop is always helpful.
