My daughter and I are regular customers of this place at least a couple times a month because the staff are kind and fair when it comes to games that malfunction. Also, the prices are very affordable and worth it! 5 stars for sure!

Very unprofessional. I called ahead to make sure they were open and kids could play. I was quoted a price and everything. Got the kids all excited just to arrive and he tells me no not today because someone booked for a party. Still not understanding why he told he we could go over the phone

Depak was great working with us with the deal we bought. Our hostess was very helpful in setting up the party room and very accommodating. We bought the 16 kid party package and a couple extra pizzas. Everyone had a great time. The kids were able to run around to the many different bounce houses and play safely. We also enjoyed the laser maze they had. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good place for a child’s party.

Its hard to imagine that this much fun can fit in about 10,000 square feet! Great place, one of the best in the area. The laser maze is one of its kind. A truly thrilling time!

This place is not ready for business. We came for a birthday party, the place was empty. First thing I noticed was the smell. A lot of stuff was broken/not working. Bounce houses have seen better days. The place seems to be ran by teenagers, who didn’t seem to care what was going on. Really concerned about the cleanliness - do they sanitize the bounce houses?? Also there’s a big sign that says no outside food or beverage, yet there wasn’t much of anything you could buy there? They have a kitchen/concession with nothing to sell nor anyone working it, appears to be completely shut down. I only seen two people working in the entire place and it was a Saturday afternoon, that should tell you a lot! If you have toddlers there’s s not much for them at all beyond a couple of the bounce houses and there was a small ball pit thing for ages 5 and under but they would have to climb in and up to get to the ball pit and once they are in there you can’t really get them out or get to them if they need assistance, appeared dangerous to me. They should get rid of it completely. The party rooms are a good size but I didn’t like that there was princess decals on the walls, interferes with whatever theme you may have. I don’t know what they charge for parties but I’m sure it’s not worth it. I wouldn’t recommend this as a birthday party place. But it’s not bad if you just want to bring your kids to burn some energy.

Would have given 5 stars from our visit last July but the concession stand being closed was disappointing, however we did bring our own food for the kids and they allowed it which was fantastic! Bounce houses were such a blast!

The place itself is decent but its horribly ran. I had a party which ended up having 6 kids over the amount of the package. I spoke with the owner about how much extra I would owe. He answered and by party end was gone. My total had more than doubled by the time it was all said and done! They kept my deposit because of this and I still owed more. You are not allowed to bring food which is fine, most places operate that way BUT this place then orders pizza on your behalf from pizza hut charging $12 for a medium and like $14 for a large. Medium pizzas are $5 at pizza hut when you buy multiples! The biggest way you know thats a ripoff is that the party package with the least amount of kids gets a large pizza. The two larger packages come with medium pizzas. That doesnt even make sense! They just want to rip you off more. Also, my daughter had flowers sent there for her from someone who couldnt make it. The flowers were delayed 2 days which we let the facility know BEFORE we left that theyd be coming another day. We were told they could be picked up. I have the tracking info from the florist confirming deliver last night. I called today to verify they had them so I could pick them up and was told nothing was delivered but the first set of flowers we did receive at the party. I have proof of delivery so I believe they were thrown away because the party date already passed. Dont waste your time here or itll be money thrown away.

Under rated and surely under appreciated it’s cheap clean fun for the locals children and pool tables for the older kids some complained about a the AC ? it’s cool in here come early and you gotta give the time to cool the place down from the opening time guys!!! generate bathroom light goes out on a timer use your cell phone!!! it’s cheap clean fun and it’s cost effective because they are energy efficient!!! This place is a win in my book!! I know my kid isn’t getting trampled on it’s clean here and he will sleep good tonight! Thank you madzone!!! We keep coming back nay sayer only leave more room for the kids who come to rule and roam this big old kid bounce heaven!! I’m grateful to have such a place that’s accessible in our small town and the staff are friendly enough they don’t need to be to attentive they are busy cleaning and watching the kids enjoy them selves.... gotta pick your battles and this place is a winner winner for us!!!

We attended a birthday party here, it was awful. My almost 2 year old fell in a hole that was in one of the bounce houses. The party started at noon and it took them an hour and 45 minutes to get the pizza ( which we were all thinking it was being cooked there and it was delivered from pizza hut ) The ball pit is super dangerous the entrance is a 2 foot opening that most small adults cant fit in! There was no one working the concession area we had to go get a worker every time we wanted a drink. The list goes on, over priced and dirty!

The kids had a blast but I dont like it. Theres a lot of room to run for them and play on bouncy houses but the doors are automatic open wide doors so we had to chase them around so they didnt run out the doors. And you pay $10 to bounce all day but the games you have to pay for and most of them are a freaking $1 each and not even half off of them work. They dont supervise nothing, they have no food except for like a bag of chips and ice cream. Very limited and barely any drinks, and if you did want something to drink you had to go look for someone to get one. I wont be going back.

I went for the first time when they first opened, and it was okay. Half the arcade games don’t work, and the ones that work take your $.I’m not sure how sanitized these inflatables are.In my opinion, there needs to be better management. Maybe some Music, better games, more food options, maybe more options for toddlers etc.My kids are 4 & 2 and they don’t care how well this place is ran but as a parent I see a lot of potential, they just need the right resources and the right people to point them in a better direction. The kids love jumping around having lots of fun, i just wish there was more. This place isn’t the best, but it’s something for the kiddos, especially with these rainy days. We usually stay for a hour or so, and that’s enough time because then it just becomes boring with very little activities other than jumping around. I will give this place another shot today, and that’s only because it’s been raining and my kids have been stuck In doors and they can at least burn some energy. Other wise, I rather take them to the kids museum in Lakeland that has a variety of activities with a lot of toddler friendly entertainment..

Just ok. One time visit was enough. 7 inflatables. This includes 2 large bounce slides, 4 smaller bounce houses and one ring to run around in, one tiny ball pit. Cost for 2 children was $17.00 and some change. My 8 year old grandson only cared about the 2 big slides. The rest were too kiddish for him. Beyond that theres games (think Chuck E Cheese but on a much smaller scale) that you can win tickets to buy cheesy prizes with. Several of the games were out of order. Snack bar was closed when we were there so I cant speak to that. Theres a reason the parking lot is virtually almost empty whenever we drive by. Now- had they turned that space into a roller rink it might be a different story! Was not impressed at all.

They have quite a few jump houses but I would not come back. $10 for 2 hours, they just opened for the day yet the floor is dirty, no kind of security, no food, we had to go behind abandoned food counter to get our own drinks and the games are priced outrageous. Staff is friendly though.

These suckers are the most money grubbin’ people...they wanted to charge us $25 to bring ice cream to go with my nephew’s birthday cake. $4 for a 2 liter...25 to bring us pizza that they didn’t even make...avoid this place like the plague...they’ll nickel and dime you into the poor house!

Honestly I dont see the hype. This place was clearly not ready to open in any sense of the way. Nearly a quarter of the games were out of order and even when you get tickets there is nothing to use them on. You pay for two hours but I can only see the value in that if youre there for a birthday party. Maybe it will improve with time since its so early on. Were were there max forty five minutes and already covered everything. I wouldnt say not to go, just not something Id put any effort spending money for.

6 big inflatables, a couple dozen video games. Kids seem to like it. Admission covers the inflatables, laser maze isnt open yet and the video games are a dollar each.Good place to let your tweens and younger run around in the A/C for a couple hours.

I took my kids for a family fun day and was truly disappointed. You never know about a place until you try it. Most of the games were out of order and a couple of them stole my money. The prize counter items are way over priced. Ive been to a couple arcades before that the prizes were better and cheaper. ( they wanted 5 tickets for 1 toosie roll it should be 1 ticket ) The woman bathroom was disgusting. There was no toilet paper. The only thing they have going for this place is the inflatables. I wish I had something positive to say but sadly no. I will take my business some place else.

Still not ready to open. Video games are very old and either not working or not working properly. The 4 skeetball machines were all out of order. The main bounce/obstcale bouncy was down. The other slides and bounces were mainly for toddlers. The was only one other slide/obstacle for older kids.Employees were not very knowledgeable on when or if new changes would be coming.

Definitely not ready to be open was here maybe 20 mins and already bored. Not much to do for 2 hours also the food was stale the nachos were cold couldn’t get pizza because their kitchen isn’t even set up yet if you want pizza they will call Marcos pizza and you’ll have to wait 45 minutes to an hour. A small drink is 1.25 which is the only size they have and a “refill” for the same small cup is .99. Also their games are mostly out of order. And the prizes for the game tickets and not worth it they are all small. Nothing is like that they advertise online and their “grand opening” is Saturday. Probably not ready for that either. I’ll take my money else where

This place is so awesome AND so needed in Plant City! Ok, the cost for 2 hours is only 7.95. We did the 9.95 band which is good for all day. We actually left to run some errands then came back later in the afternoon to evening. My daughter had all day fun. The games are great, looked brand new, and worked fine so not sure about these other comments. I say go try it out for yourself. Definitely, do not go just by neg. reviews only or your child will be missing out. There’s all size slides with the really high big one not to mention a slew of different jumping gyms, a walking maze, and other miscellaneous play areas for kids. The place is huge, wide open, lots of walk room so not tight and clustered when walking around. There’s a laser room that is opening soon, it was still in the making when we went so we’ll try that out next time. This MadZone being in Plant City saves me having to deal with crazy I-4 drivers and relentless Brandon traffic!!! I love this place for my kids.. it finally gives us a fun spot locally for them to go to in any weather to have fun and get some healthy exercise! And, there are several commercial massage chairs in there for us adults who want to relax and do something ourselves! That idea of placing massage chairs in a kids fun place was brilliant I thought! My husband actually fell asleep in one, lol! He loves it there and he’s usually the last person to want to go to places like this. Kudos to the owners of the MadZone. Thank you!
