Numerous wonderful experiences to be found here. My daughter has so much fun getting dirty & and having access to different types of materials and activities not found in a typical home or park these days. The instructor is wonderful and truly cares about the children, her enthusiasm is infectious, yet she absolutely lets the kids lead, which is so valuable. The new location in Plant City has an abundance of growing potential, more room, more nature, and more fun.

Timbernook offers amazing experiences for kids of all ages. My kids have attended multiple programs, tiny ones, little wild ones, night program and summer camp. Their nature connection grows each time along with their opportunity to develop through nature based play. Angela is a fantastic program provider, we’re so glad we get to play the Timbernook way! The new plant city site is like an enchanted forest with so much to explore and enjoy.

My children have the time of their lives in the Timbernook woods! We leave class every week with messy toes and happy souls. Angela does an amazing job guiding parents to say “yes” to their children’s play. Timbernook fits perfectly into my parenting style and we can’t wait to go back!

Timbernook is a magical place for all ages! Both my 8 & 5 year olds love to come here and never want to leave this enchanted forest. Its definitely become our favorite place for play groups and summer camps in Lakeland. The staff is highly qualified, creative, and trustworthy; I always feel confident leaving my children at their programs. The freedom to roam, explore, build & create in the wilderness isnt something you can find anywhere else in Lakeland and Im thankful my children have a place to go to disconnect from technology and their typically structured days. We love to play the Timbernook way!

Timbernook is amazing !!! My son has been attending programs at both the Lakeland and Plant City locations for over a year . My son leaves Timbernook asking me when he can come back. I love that he learns through play He loves getting messy. The new Plant City location has added so much room for more imagination for the kids.

Timbernook is an absolutely incredible program. Both myself and my two year old son love it. I plan on having him enrolled for years to come. There is something so special about allowing your kid to truly connect with nature, and it makes it even better to be able to enjoy the experience with friends. I signed my 2&1/2 year old up for the early fall program and I am so glad I did! We’ve gone a total of 3 times so far and I’ve already seen a major change in my daughter! She is a mommy’s girl, attached to my hip! We are together 24/7 and she’s an only child! We are never around other kids and hardly ever outdoor! This child is normally scared of other kids and HATES getting dirty! After just 2 visits to Timbernook she’s started warming up to other kids, not just there but at gymnastics too! She’s really coming out of her shell! The girl who had to have me right beside her 24/7 is now playing independently too! And on our last visit she played in the MUD!!!! She was filthy head to toe and she loved it!!! We will definitely be signing up for another program! Angela is amazing in helping them grow their imagination and helping mom and child Lear to detach a little bit! So extremely glad I found this program

Timbernook is unlike any other experience my child has had. This remarkable outdoor setting gives kids the freedom to innovate, create, lead, organize and collaborate while being 100% immersed in nature. We are thrilled to have a place like this in Lakeland and will continue to sign up!
