It is a nice place for basic crafting needs. I prefer Hobby Lobby as they have a better selection.This Michaels is nice, it is clean, easy to navigate as well. My only issue is that I cant find what I am looking for half of the time!

Arrived at this establishment walked around for an hour. Then was asked to leave due to me not having a mask on. I explained it was because i have a medical condition that makes wearing a mask dangerous for me. They told me i still had to leave. The 2 stars, is because they let me buy what i had, just didnt let us finished shopping.

It was very clean, the people were very nice inside it was my first visit at this locatioq. They asked if I needed any help finding anything and when I was finished shopping they asked if I had found everything I needed inside the store. It was a plesent visit.

I have never experienced such unprofessional customer service at a management level . I was approached by a young man selling candy to help his family prior to entering the store. I did not have change on me so I told him after my purchase at Michaels I’d get change and buy one. When paying for my items I asked the cashier to break a $5. He called over a supervisor to come open the drawer, as she approached the register she said they are not a bank . What kind of response is that ? So I told her find ring me up a candy so you can give me change. Then the manager came over and said they’d do it this time ! I never realized the trouble it’d be for them to break a $5, I wasn’t asking them to break $100, all because I wanted to help a young man selling candy . Michaels needs to improve the customer service training they give their employees . It’s shameful .

Love the attentiveness of the staff. But they let the computer order their products and so many important items are missing.No wood stains and no catalysts for the cast n clear resin. Makes the resin liquid useless with out it really.Effort is key to success. Bless.

Had what I need and I had a coupon! Plus my daughter found two shirts for school for only $1.99 each! So a great deal day there today! The clerk who checked us out could have had a smile and been friendlier, but everyone has an off day. This location doesnt carry as much as the N. Lakeland location, but it is still worth the visit.

I came to pick up flowers to try and attempt my own bouquet. I wasnt offered help, but realistically I guess it wasnt that hard of a task. My cashier wasnt super friendly, but there was another cashier- young man- who came over to tell me about the benefits of signing up for rewards and such. I would like to comment that HE was awesome, and I wish I would have gotten his name.

Stay away. Store is staffed 100% with social justice warriors and they would rather spend their time worrying about everything but being polite and respectful to customers. Even the manager is disrespectful and rude. America will wake up from the faux nightmare of the so called pandemic. Most of us will go back to ordering online to avoid dealing with snooty hourly employees. You work at Michaels, why are you so condescending to customers. Well my money will go to Hobby Lobby. I have yet to meet a rude person there. I also have learned to shop more on Etsy, eBay, and Amazon, because I would rather wait a few days than go back to a Michaels.

This is a smaller Michaels store so it seems very crowded, even when there are no other customers around. That being said, the employees are friendly and helpful, and overall, the place has a fun vibe. I think I would enjoy taking a class here with this bunch.

Michaels rarely has exactly what I need but almost always has something I can make work. The Plant City location is always clean, staff and the staff are friendly. The rewards app is fantastic. It pretty much always has at least a 40% off coupon but I have gotten a couple 70% off coupons. These are usually super limited time frame so I check the app regularly.

Put an order in to pick up at store last night only to receive an email this morning stating the item was out of stock. Confused, I called the 800# to get a better understanding. Come to find out when you do ship to store it is coming from THAT store, not the warehouse or another local store. I believe this point needs to be clearer on the app. The customer service person was very helpful & resolved my problem. I ended up saving another $2 but pick up was at a different location a little bit farther. Its Christmas. Im happy the product was available & I can continue on my merry way.
