Yolanda and Vanessa did a fantastic job on providing us with a couples massage. Both of them used great technique, checked in frequently to ask how the pressure was and how we were feeling, and helped to relax every muscle in our body. We both experience back pain, and these two did a wonderful job in relieving that pain and helping us to feel so much better. We will definitely be back!

I’ve never been treated so well! Love this place, its ambience, staff, and the lovely owner, Amanda. These folks truly care about your wellbeing and your satisfaction! They have a great variety of services offered. I come to Spavia for a regular massage and always leave feeling so much better. My last visit takes the cake though. I hesitantly booked with a male therapist for the first time and I will be coming back to see John as often as I can! John was so kind, funny and obviously knew his craft. I had a recent surgery on my cervical spine and would never have let a person stretch me the way he did but it was abundantly clear, he knew how to help in all the best ways. He educated me while he worked and I was blown away at how he knew my personal body mechanics based on what he felt in my muscles. I got a deep tissue massage yesterday and I don’t feel like someone beat me up today. In fact, I feel more loose and relaxed than I’ve felt in years! Thank you John! And thank you, Spavia for being a wonderful, safe, and welcoming establishment in our community!!!

I visited Spavia for the first time last Sunday to use a gift certificate for a massage. From the start, I was impressed: no reams of paperwork to fill out, just some questions to complete on an Ipad which is so much faster. Then I was shown to a change area where they have lockers to place your personal items, and you are given a nice robe and rubber sandals in your size to wear during the visit. My massage therapist was on time and phenomenal, both personally and professionally. I felt like a million dollars after my hour long deep tissue, in body and mind. The great thing is their membership options which greatly reduce the price of each service that carries over so youre not paying if you dont go every month. I am delighted that this spa has survived this pandemic and recommend it highly...I can only speak to the one massage I had, but I will definitely come back.

I booked a couples massage as a surprise for my boyfriend and I on a Friday evening. The service and spa were great! We had Passion and Vanessa as our technicians and they were both wonderful and very professional. I found the spa to be very clean and the massage tables were some of the most comfortable Ive experienced. We definitely enjoyed our visit and would return.

I was a first time customer. When I visited first time, after reaching to location I was told technician is not available. Tried to reschedule. I was told I can adjust kind of facial I get once I reach. But they put me on 40 min facial treatment and technician refused to perform any facial that will take more than 40 minutes and asked me to reschedule it. Since they messed up first time, front desk suggested that I would get a complimentary oil scalp massage. Technician refused to do that as well because of time limit.If technician has B2b appointments, why giving out wrong information in first place ?As a first time customer, this kind of treatment is unacceptable. There is no proper communication with front desk and technicians.I am not coming back again.

This place is super relaxing! Paul is one of the best massage therapists Ive ever been to. Not just relaxing, but therapeutic as well. The retreat room is one of my favorite parts. Go early so you can just sit and enjoy the peace for a while.

I cant say enough about how awesome my experience was here. The ladies up front are very soft toned and immediately address you. They had me in sandals and a warm pillow very quickly. Walked me back and explained how the process worked and where to wait. I enjoyed a lot of different teas, mints, books while waiting for a massage, facial, scalp treatment, and lunch. Every person I came into contact with was very knowledgeable, friendly, flexible, and were ALWAYS touching me! While I was waiting for my mask to finish they were massaging my hands and shoulders in between treatments. I asked many questions about this being my first experience at spavia. My only complaint is that the appointment notifications told me what times I would be doing what and it was out of order. Not a problem i just skipped breakfast and was starved by the time I finished. The average time for the escape package said 2.5 hrs. But by the time I received everything, my lunch, and then took a shower I was there for 4 hours!!! Im not even mad about it! I cant wait to come back! They are professionals here and even gave me recommendations on massage, skin care, etc. I told my husband to get me this as a gift every year!

I purchased a 3 month membership for my wife on mothers day. On her second month visit she purchased an additional treatment which per the membership should have been $79. They charged her $129. Also, they told her she has no remaining credits on her membership meaning they took away her third month.Upon reaching out to Spavia I was told several times they are looking into the issue and they have no record of her membership or my original purchase even though she had her second month membership visit the previous day. The manager has yet to contact me directly as she is never present when I call.So far they have blamed their system, but have done nothing to reconcile the situation. If nothing is done soon I will be addressing this with my credit card company.

From the front desk to the service, felt pampered. Dallas was great with facial. Customized treatment for me. Saw an improvement afterwards. Also appreciated the complimentary massage from yall. Dallas did that too and was relaxed the rest of the day. I may do the massage later in the afternoon next time!

I started going here only because of the therapist. She was always so booked & hard to get into at Her previous location. My other half has seen her for a while now and she is highly recommended.Rebecca is great & really knows what she is doing. I have been having some major issues with my back muscles & headaches she has really helped within just two massages. I don’t trust many with working on my bones and muscles but I would trust her with myself or anyone I know. She’s amazing.

I love this place. Girls at the front are very nice and provide the best service. Also I love getting my facials from Christine, she knows all about how to relax a girl.. she always gave me a shoulder massage during the facial... and is always very sweet!!!... I am so sad that she will be leaving :( but she is my favorite girl for facials... Also Brandie is amazing for deep tissue massage!!! I just wish there was a little steam room in SPAVIA.... it wouldnt mind paying a bit for that for when i use it... but just love this place!

First time visit. My wife and went to check them out. We have been going to Massage Heights and wanted to compare services and staff. We are very pleased at what we experienced. Very friendly staff. The place was very clean as well. Biggest difference at Spavia was the massage was an entire hour not 50 mins like Massage Heights. We will revisit this place again.

We did a couples massage yesterday and the lady who worked with my wife did a great job on her deep tissue massage and Vanessa did a great job with me. The young lady who checked us in was nice, courteous, answered all of our questions and we ended up signing up for their membership before we left.

The massage was absolutely amazing, good pressure and Marcie was so warm and welcoming. She set the atmosphere perfectly. The facial was so relaxing and after the girls blessed me with a sweet little cupcake for my birthday. Its the little things that make a difference.

Alyssa is a fabulous masseuse! Trinity is terrific and welcoming at reception. (She makes a delightful cup of tea with your name on it...in glitter.) When I leave the front desk wearing a warm neck wrap, the clock stops and I enter the portal of relaxation.

This was my first ever professional massage. Facility was very nice. All of the staff u interacted with were very nice. Shelby was masseuse. She was very sweet and very good. I was very comfortable with her. I got a membership and will be going back to her monthly.

I had a the vita-c facial and it was a really great experience. I have never been to such a fancy place for a facial before. They made me feel comfortable and the environment was very soothing. I usually get really cold during these treatments but I didnt have to worry about that at all. Kept me warm during the whole thing without me having to tell them. Would definitely recommend!

This place is amazing! The staff at the front were very friendly and made me feel welcome. Changing into a robe and unwinding in the retreat area was a very nice touch and such a different experience than I was used to. Love this spa. Its located conveniently a few minutes away from home and work. I was initially referred here by a coworker a few years ago and went a few times. I decided to opt on the membership, since i frequent spas a lot. I do miss getting my deep tissue massage from Jeremy, but he is no longer with them. I was referred to Brandie and will say shes just as great. This place is always clean, they offer plenty of amenities and great customer service.

I had an awesome time, and I will definitely go back in the future for more pampering! First of all, Cherry at the front desk is so very friendly and super-sweet, and took time to explain all the services and answer our questions. We were both given a warm lavender neck wrap (husband went with) while we waited for our appointment time, and then we filled out a questionnaire about the type of services we wanted, which included type of music, lotion scent for our massage, and other questions to make sure we were well taken care of. Next they brought us to our retreat areas, which were so peaceful and relaxing. Nice super-comfortable seating, soft relaxing music, and a little bar to make yourself a cup of hot tea. My retreat area even had some of those adult coloring books, and some daily meditation-type books. Next came the massage itself. Samantha was very sweet, and did an amazing job getting me to relax. She was able to adjust the pressure perfectly wherever I needed her to, and just provided all-around superb care. After my massage was over, I went back to the retreat room just to have a few more minutes of calm and relaxation! The whole experience was so great, I did not want to leave! (My sign in name was Tracy Black, in case theres any confusion about that!)

I love this place! I came here twice already and from the start it was great, they put a warm neck pillow which is one of the best things. The extractions were tolerable not too painful. And they give you a mini hand massage as well. After your service they give you a warm tea and you get to unwind in a relaxing room. Definitely a great spa, if you know you will be coming often get the membership- worth it!

Spavia is a hidden gem in the rocks. Their environment is one of the most welcoming and clean that Ive seen in a while. Their prices are extremely competitive and the service is top notch. I had the pleasure of getting a facial by Christine and she is AMAZING. Ive gotten a few facials in the past and the others didnt even compare. I look forward to my next service at Spavia!

I just went to Spavia and was so pleased decided to write a review. This is a lovely spa! The atmosphere and music are relaxing in themselves, and it is nice to choose what you would like to listen to. I have been to very nice others that I couldnt say that about, some being more on the clinical side. I loved the room you are first taken to after changing for a brief wait for the therapist. I had the age defining mask which felt wonderful and included a neck, shoulders, arm and hand massage with warm stones. To be honest, at the end I felt like I had had a full massage and was that relaxed. My skin looks great. It is obvious the staff are very concerned to make this the experience you want and come back, and my therapist, Christine, was perfect. I will definitely be coming back.

I save a ton with the membership and it has tons of perks. Also, I have been in tons of pain and Alyssa treated me perfectly and was helpful with all my needs in my back. They have tons of different treatments like facials, massages, spray tans, waxing and so much more. It is very clean and so relaxing. It’s very professional but your greeted personality and they are so kind and your also greeted with a heated neck pillow it’s amazing. I asked for a massage and facial for my birthday. On the website it made it sound like relax was a 2-in-1 package for $158 for a signature massage and facial, perhaps I read it wrong or it wasnt updated so *shrug* one less star for the confusion and disappointment that I wasnt getting a facial with it. I get to front desk with my gift card and told it was invalid. Thank goodness my boyfriend didnt leave yet because he was dropping me off, he had to come back in and verify the receipt. It was cleared up after a few minutes that a wrong number was issued, so not perfect or smooth service but at least the girls were nice and fixed it quickly.The place had great decor that set the mood for relaxation and I liked that they had robes and sandals to change into & lockers to secure your things. The group waiting area was peaceful but different (Im used to having my own private waiting room). I was called back promptly and the massage therapist, Jessica, did an awesome job. She listened to what was bothering me and as requested only spoke to instruct me (I like to nearly fall asleep during massages).After the 100 minute massage I was offered a delicious cupcake and mimosa when led back to the group waiting area (Im guessing it was because it was my birthday) and I felt that little surprise made up for not getting the facial. I will probably come back for another special occasion and recommend it to someone.

This was my first time at a spa and I went with my sister. We got the facial. It so so nice! Better than I could hope for the ladies were all nice and sweet. The facility was very clean and organized. My specialist Savannah was great and sweet, loved talking with her. I so can not wait to take my husband with me next time!!

Finding a place where you can have great customer service, a serene environment, and an amazing massage is not very easy, but Spavia is on a world of its own. The people who work there are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. The services they provide are very well done and you will come out of there feeling at least 10 years younger. My wife loved it and could not stop saying wonderful things about the place and the people. Dont even get her started on how good the massage was because it will take a minute. Check them out and as you can see from all of these reviews, you will not regret it.

Very disappointed in my airbrush tan. You cant even tell I had anything done. I have the monthly membership, and Id only previously gotten massages. I was told on the phone the airbrush was included. After the appointment, I found out it wasnt included. The airbrush with exfoliation would have been included (which was more expensive), but I had to pay out of pocket for a complete waste of time. Makes zero sense. Very frustrated that I paid for a sitter for that, and I have to go elsewhere now to get the spray tan I need for an event. Im cancelling my membership.

I came up for a girls weekend and had a wonderful time enjoying your spa. I loved sitting in the retreat room and felt relaxed from the start. I had the deep tissue massage with Darci who did a wonderful job. She was really able to demonstrate her expertise helping figure out the best areas to focus on and find areas I didnt even know needed work on. I had a great time and this is a wonderful spa.

Its been 12 years since Ive had a massage and a facial. The first experience was amazing but it wasnt anything like Spavia. I felt like a bull in a China shop but thats because its so quiet and relaxing. Im used to noise being a parent so this was definitely a nice change. Im pretty sure I started snoring on the massage table. She asked if I get frequent headaches because I have a ton of tension in my neck and upper back. I definitely felt it when she found the knots but I needed it! The facial was nice too. My skin is sensitive but the products used didnt burn & I didnt have a reaction. I was glad they had a shower so I could rinse off after my treatment. I even signed up for their membership. Im looking forward to going back every month!

My therapist Samantha was amazing! I hardly ever can sleep during a deep-tissue session. I felt so relaxed. The Strawberry tea was a perfect touch!

I love this place. It is definitely an upgrade from massage envy. The staff are wonderful, you can customize your music and lotion sent and the relaxation room and showers are great. Its a nice place to go when hotel spas are too pricey.

Spavia is clearly the best massage spa that I have experienced in Dallas. They customize the experience for each client and offer a lot of benefits to members. My massage therapist was very careful with my requests and I was very pleased with my experience. There a lot of products available that one might find useful. I purchased a neck heat wrap that I have been using at home and is a blessing for my tense muscles.

Vanessa has given me two prenatal massages now. Both were amazing! Being pregnant is hard work on your body, especially if you have other children to chase around. I am so grateful to be visiting her monthly, and taking an hour to myself to become relaxed and have my body relax further. Plus Vanessa is awesome to chat with also!!! I am looking forward to my massage and talking with Vanessa next month!

Our experience at Spavia was probably one of the best, if not the best spa experience. Why would anyone splurge for Four Seasons when you can get the same experience here? The amenities are fabulous - hot shoulder wrap when you arrive, a retreat area with books, hot tea, mints, etc - the little details add up. We also loved that it felt like a personal retreat, right here in the suburbs. Well definitely come again!

Visited for the first time on my birthday last month. Was pleasantly surprised. The environment was very zen and relaxing.. The staff was really nice. I like that they ask before hand if you want your masseuse talking to you even meet with them. Theres nothing worse than when youre trying to unwind and the service provider keeps talking lol! Great service and an extremely warm staff. Message and facial experience was perfect but I wish I could say the same about waxing. The message therapists and aestheticians time their steps perfectly and spend exactly an hour taking care of you. The oils and products used are amazing.The waxing appointment on the other end was never ending. By the time I was done, I was too tired and bored to check and later realized that a whole patch of hair wasn’t taken off. A part of it is probably because of the poor lighting in the rooms which is alright cuz most of us like dark rooms for massages and spas but doesn’t help with waxing.I’d highly recommend this place for spa/massage but not for Wax.

My parents had a couples massage and my Dad has limited mobility. It takes a little bit more time and effort for him to get settled. The staff was so patient and attentive and really took care of both my parents. I made a late afternoon appointment (1st time Client) for a facial and was left a voicemail in the early afternoon that my appointment was cancelled due to illness and to call to schedule an appointment for another day. I was not given the option for another person to do my facial at my scheduled time.

I have been going to Spavia - West Plano for massages, which are divine, but I got my lashes done yesterday and they are just amazing!! Luz was so great, she is warm, welcoming, and makes sure you are comfortable. I would highly recommend her. I just wish my natural lashes were thicker so she could add even more. Ha

Upscale spa with excellent facilities. Brandie was very knowledgeable and focused on my upper back for much of the time. The ambiance and the music was soothing and relaxing. Have been to several other local spas and they were disappointing in at least one aspect such as facility being old, not having bathroom or enough privacy, but Spavia appears to have gotten all these factors well under control. I will be returning to this place for sure.

Todays facial at Spavia Day Spa in Plano was one of many Ive had this year, and I continue to rate them 5 star every time. Christine in particular gives the best experience ever, and the Vita-C facial is the best. I love the ocean sounds I select personally as well as the aromas of coconut, lavender, citrus and more. One of the best Spa experiences Ive had. The ambiance is amazing, very clean and quiet. I had the opportunity to choose the type of lotion I wanted, they actually listened when I told them I didnt want conversation during my massage, and best of all...they saved my preferences so I didnt have to repeat myself!!!

Before the massage, I changed into a soft cotton robe and massaging slippers. I was offered a comfortable settee in a quiet waiting area stocked with fresh cool water or herbal tea and interesting books rather than trashy magazines - a really nice touch. The masseuse was very professional and skilled at her craft. After the massage, I returned to the cozy waiting area to extend my relaxing visit, sipping cool water and reading -no rush to return to the outside world. My second visit was a girls day out with my daughter-in-law and her mother. All of us enjoyed a massage and spent nearly an hour afterward just relaxing in the waiting area sipping herbal tea and chatting. My third visit was for a hot stone massage. I attained a superb level of relaxation. Spavia is uber-quality relaxation, convenient, and reasonable. I would recommend going to find out for yourself just how much better you will feel after a visit.

I LOVE Spavia and Virginia. The atmosphere is so relaxing and inviting for the moment I walk in. I was given a warm neck wrap, flip flops and shown to the very peaceful relaxation area. My massage was amazing as always with Virginia. Thank you!

What a great place to go unwind! Loved the customized music and the super tranquil waiting area. I also loved that I got to pick the scent of lotion they would use on me! I got a mud wrap and just about fell asleep. I had a great experience and look forward to going back!
