I admit I was a little skeptical of a home-run business at first, but I couldnt have been more wrong. The Cajun Gunsmith invited me right in and made me feel at home while he worked. We had a good conversation, and he even showed me some of his collection when he finished.Prices were very manageable, and the gunsmithing service was very detail-oriented. The Cajun Gunsmith knows his capabilities and limitations based on his experience and tools, so hell tell you if he cant help you with something rather than trying to bite off more than he can chew (as many other gunsmiths would do, only to end up breaking something).I had an awesome experience here, and Im very pleased that the Cajun Gunsmith will stay in touch with me to see if his work fixed my problem. Great find! Super nice guy, highly capable and very reasonable rates. I had Michael perform some upgrades to my AR and I couldnt be happier with both his capabilities as well as the pleasant conversation while I waited. The install threw him a couple of curve balls (gun and parts related, not his issue at all) and his experience allowed him to improvise and find a way to get the job done. Hanging out at his bench and watching him work was a real bonus as I learned a lot! Dont be intimidated by or concerned about this being an in-home business - hes the real deal!

This was an excellent experience! I brought my g26 to have Glock bold night sights installed and also my flash/laser light (tlr-6) adjusted. A really nice guy to chat with and he gave me even great tips and info for my gun. I highly recommend Michaels services.
