Usually the sound in theaters is way too loud for me. This time I could barely hear much of the dialog. Hope they find a happy medium before I return.

Awesome theater. The seats are very comfortable and recline. They serve beer, sodas and all the regular theater food. The Dolby theater was well worth the money. Best theater that I have been to in Indiana.

Saw a movie in the dolby theatre.Order ahead Chris is funny here and worked like a charm. Everything was super clean and the limited staff was very helpful.

I love this theatre however on a Friday or Saturday night they should have more than 2 cashiers the lines are ALWAYS long I feel thats the only area that needs improvement

The Dolby Cinema screen (Auditorium 3) is excellent at this location. Power recliners are in great condition and very comfortable. Great sound, loud, big not to the point of speakers beginning to crackle as Ive heard in other theaters. Fast admission if you pay ahead using AMC app which I highly recommend. Tix for Dolby run about $12 each on a weekend. Clean and safe place.

I decided to take me and my kids to see Spies in Disguise last night at 7:20 we show up the guy at the door checked our tickets and pointed us to our theater. I noticed that the marquee says a different movie, I decide to take my seat and the trailers aren’t PG at all and their aren’t any other kids in the theater. I address this with the guy at the door and he says he doesn’t know what is going on it was double booked. I bought my tickets on the AMC App so I don’t understand how this could happen. When the manager finally arrives he doesn’t do much at all to make it right. Giving me my money back isn’t making the situation better it’s a given that I would get a refund I didn’t receive the product I purchased, I go to a lot of movies and this AMC IS THE WORST IN THE INDIANAPOLIS AREA JUST AWFUL!!!!

The movie seating and experience itself was fine. However, we decided to treat the kids to Mac and cheese bowls during since they were hungry. The bowls cost almost $10. It was the most pathetic serving of Mac and cheese I’ve ever seen. Literally was just a single of layer of noodles across the bottom of the bowl. I wish this would allow me to post the photo I took. It looked nothing like the picture on the menu. It is supposed to be an adult serving and didn’t even come close to satisfying my children. I expect movie concessions to be a rip-off, but it was ridiculous. When we brought it to a manager’s attention, they just said the bowls come like that, and gave us a popcorn voucher that we probably won’t use because it expires in a month, and refused to refund or any other remedy. Do yourself a favor and skip the concessions here.

I have seen three movies here so far. The first time I got tickets the old fashion way, at the stand, but I highly recommend getting them online if youre not getting concessions. If you get them online you just have to scan the code in the confirmation email at one of the two kiosks in the front section.If youre going for a luxury experience be sure to get tickets for the Dolby Cinema. It has very comfortable reclining seats, superior projector, and superior sound that will literally shake the seats. Will gladly be shelling out the cash to see the new Star Wars here later this month.If you dont go for the Dolby cinema experience the other theater rooms are by no means bad. All rooms have adequate screen size, image quality, and sound quality. The seats arent uncomfortable in the other show rooms, but dont expect the same quality as the Dolby Cinema. Seating is also reserved, so as I stated above getting tickets early online usually gives you first pick of the seats.They have a wide range of concessions at this location. Dont expect it to be home made quality, it is a movie theater after all. Last time I went I took my mom, she got pretzel bites. The pretzel bites were acceptable, and what you would expect, salty with a cup of warm melted cheese.Everything seemed clean, and all my experiences were overall very pleasant.

I love this theater so much I bought the AMC A-list pass for $20 a month you can beat it AMC 18 is probably my favorite theater in the entire Indiana area I would recommend this to anyone and if you go to the movies as much as I do I would definitely recommend the AMC A-list pass

Fast ticket line. Didnt care for the fact that you now have to pick your seat at ticket counter. Overpriced snacks with popcorn so small it looked as if it was from the bottom of the barrel. Extremely loud for a kids movie. Picture was clear and seat very comfortable.

Walked up to our reserved seats and we had to brush food off the seats. Are they not cleaned between showings like every other theater Ive been to? Shame. Nice place otherwise.

Came to watch the 540 show for jumangi. theatre (11). Nothing had been cleaned popcorn and trash all over. We come here often and have never seen it in this condition

I am so upset with my experience here I wasted my time and money. There was mold in the theater. Not one employee had been in there to clean. Went to speak to management he said he had not been in theater 12 for days?!?! Also when I asked for a refund I only got the ticket price back, I bought my tickets online so they were more than buying them in the theater, also I had bought popcorn, drinks, and candy (which isn’t cheap)and didn’t even watch a movie. I will never go back here!!!!!

Has great seating and food. The drinks and butter are out so you can get what you want and how much you want. I would go again.

I thought it was 5 stars first time went to Dolby digital. The 2nd time my seats didnt recline. That was return of that night because I went through quite a few of the seats to see if they reclain nope only one that did was single seat and I needed two. One for me and one for her next to each other. If they fixed it would be 5 starts honestly. I never been to any other none Dolby digital so I am basing of that. Please fix.

Been to this places a million times. The most recent Ive seen was IT 2 and it was really good. I got multiple refills of the slushies! Prices are a bit high though.

Parking is hard for the handicapped. Sound was way to loud and it was giving my friend a migraine just thru the PreViews. She asked they did turn it down a little, they did. Otherwise nice place.

The seats are wide and nice, lots of leg room, variety of food including piss, chicken tenders, hotdogs, nachos, etc... They also sell alcohol (beers). My experience was absolutely wonderful.

The 330pm limited staff (the one and only one person) working on a Saturday was very rude to many customers standing in line for tickets, the greeters could care less to be there, the floors were sticky and nasty from the pop machine (I guess over flow), most selections from the pop machine were empty. The place actually had a weird smell but could be because it was on the warm side or old popcorn. We didnt even attempt to use the restrooms and made sure to clean our hands off at the car instead. Only good thing was the movie selection. Very disappointing for the price. Ill stick with our small town friendly theater.

Great theatre to catch a movie at. Food is always hot and the theatre rooms clean and cool. The staff is also very friendly.

This theater is kept in pretty good condition. I dont find a lot of squeaky chairs. The floors usually are not sticky. Ive always been satisfied with the sound and picture quality. I only have 2 complaints. 1) movies often start a few minutes late. 2) there was a fire alarm during a movie once and the whole theater was evacuated. I think it ended up being burned popcorn. While I think there staff appeared well trained and prepared to handle the situation, my complaint is that when we were allowed to go back in and finish the movie, I wish they had rewound it about 30-60 servings our so, but instead they restarted at the exact second where they left off, which cut in half a very important scene in the film and we ended up missing some of it. Aside from that, great place.

We love coming to the Dolby theater. We wont go see a movie in any other theater now. I think the sound is great but my husband thinks its way too loud and hurts his ears sometimes. The recliners are amazing though. We also love the nachos and slushies. The ticket attendant was friendly.

Its a chain movie theater. Typical concessions, clean, and friendly staff. The most important part of the movie-going experience is a good partner to share it with.

Movie selections were good. Thank goodness its $5.00 Tuesday and Im a Stub holder. Prices are outrageous including concessions. Screen 13 was extremely loud. The volume was lowered once they knew about it. The theater was clean and the employees were polite and respectful.

Great theater for the most part. Occasionally the floor will be sticky or you have a broken seat. Could use some TLC.

The movie was so good sound effects. In the movie you could feel the effects in your seat i give. It a 10.

Bathrooms needed stocked and cleaned but the movie was awesome and the theater area where we sat for the movie was clean. They were cleaning it just after the movie ended. Thats when we came in to get out seats.

Clean and modern theater. Dont care for the assigned seats prefer first come first serve. They have a good selection of food and beverage including alcohol. Parking is a bit of a hike including elderly and handicap. Overall I choose this theatre over others nearby.

Most comfortable theatre Ive ever been to. The seats recline back a bit, & the sodas and snacks are even of better quality and offer more options than most other theatres.

Wish the seats were better. They do let you butter your own popcorn and make your own drink which I love. Also they serve beer if you want

Love this movie theater! Wide array of food choices (go for the Bavarian pretzel and mozzarella sticks!). Its also a large theater with comfortable seats (which is a must for movies!).

Loved the area, but the movie seats were sooooo hard and uncomfortable.. & they didnt recline like so many other AMCs do. I was actually ready for the movie to be over just to get out of the seats. Also, there was a super long wait at the concession, & only 2 cashiers. & they were moving in slow motion. Overall, it wasnt terrible, but I wasnt impressed.

Unless you get a deluxe theater, the seating is NOT comfortable.

Love seeing movies here & they have made menu improvements.

I go for the Dolby theatre. Best theatre Ive ever been to, its better than Imax. We go weekly. Their food has above average options. Their restrooms are poor and falling apart. They do seat reservations online or at counter.

The AMC in Plainfield never has enough staff on hand. On a discount Tuesday there were two people handling the ticket sales and refreshments and seat choices for all the regular guests and one for the stubs guests. The lines were so long that some people were late getting to their movie. The idea of choosing seats might be good if you are attending an evening or weekend show but is quite unnecessary during the early shows. I think the corporation is squeezing out as much money as they can by cutting customer services.

Nice theater. The time for the movie listed on website did not match the time posted at theater. Which made us miss the start of the movie. When movie ended around midnight the entire theater was closed and no employees were around. Lights were off, concessions were closed and all the exits were locked and blocked off with ropes. We had to disconnect the rope to get to the exit. Very bizarre experience.

I have better surround sound at my house (and its 16 years old!)... Took my daughter to see Bohemian Rhapsody it sounded like the only speaker that was on was connected to the screen. Incredibly disappointing, the entire reason I go to the movie theater is for an amazing experience (high definition, Dolby Digital Surround Sound, etc.). Personally I feel I would have had a better experience at home. I will also remark that I first saw Bohemian Rhapsody at Regal Theater in Greenwood which was an amazing experience, just like you pay for.We love Queen & you should be able to experience their epic music in Dolby Digital loud & amazing. I have 2 more tickets left to AMC I will never pay for a movie there again. Regal will get my business from now on. They have incredibly comfortable seating along with excellent surround sound. For shame AMC, for shame.

Not all theater rooms are updated with the reclining seats. Parking is also a little inconvenient. Otherwise, its a great theater.

Great movie i could do with a little less previews

This was my first time ever visiting. Theatre was old and cold. Very spacious but long over due for a remodel. One of the staff said the only theatre thats modern is the Dolby theatre. If comfort is part of the experience, they get low marks. The redemptive factors are the free beverage refills and clean bathroom during a busy time.

Who knew that you could catch a movie here on a weekend early evening for 5.99?! Nice theaters. Coca cola freestyle machines to customize your drink. Friendly employees. Visible security present. Good location with ample parking. Party room spaces available.

My son and his girlfriend treated me to a movie with them and I loved it so much also this place is a Very very nice place to relax and enjoy a great movie a little expensive but well worth it! I will be returning to this place soon hopefully with my son and his girlfriend i love them both very much God gave me wonderful children thank you Jesus amen and amen my advice is GO TO THIS PLACE YOULL LOVE IT!

The theaters are large. They have alot of good food options that are tasty and reasonably priced. The only drawback is the seats arent as comfortable as some theaters Ive been in recently (mainly regal). Over all if you are in Plainfield and want to see a movie I recommend this theater.

We always enjoy visiting Perry Crossing. We are movie-loving people, and we visit often.

Nice well maintained theater with very reasonable prices, especially on tuesday.

Crowded and hard to get into, we only got into the movie theater halfway quick because we had the prepaid for the tickets but they only have one person to scan the tickets. And the concessions were understaffed for a weekend operation. The restrooms were dirty and not stocked. The soda machines were running out of syrup and ice. This location is probably better when it was Carmike but since it was bought its not maintained in the same level as it was.

The Dolby Theater (#3) is astounding in its ability to surround you with amazing high definition sound..... There are dozens of speakers placed perfectly around the room..... And the seats absorb and penetrate you with the lowest ranges of sounds. Id love to see Jurassic Park in there.... It would make you believe.

Movie theater is not organized to get your tickets, you just walk in? There are ropes that just lead you in to the main concession area, we didn’t even check in with our tickets, we just walked in to the movie. The temperature was hot and sticky, it was very dirty and smelled. They don’t enforce the seating, people were in our seats and it was blown off. Not very impressed with this movie trip, at all. The movie started almost 27 minutes later than the advertised time. The concession stand was dirty and unorganized. The only good thing about this visit was the nice young man at the candy counter that helped us.We usually go to the southern plaza amc, this is exactly why.

I loved the movie the food was good and the drink was good but when I got my drink I kept hitting the wrong drink so I had aix of drinks

#1.Well my boyfriend and I before even sitting, there was people cutting in line for the snack bars, and nothing about it was happening. #2. The theater is hot. #3. There was no butter considering the total that we spent on snack was $16.00 (large popcorn and drink) plus there was no ice on some of the machines, and syrups. #4 I went to the restroom before the movie and there was toilet paper in most stalls or paper towels. I would spend extra few dollars and more of my time and even gas to go to Regal, quality atmosphere, reclining seats and had always enjoyed my experience and time there. I have been waiting to see Jurassic World for over a year now and thought this would be a nice turn of theaters. I told my bf before we sat down we are going toRegal next time. I never leave a comment anywhere, never. I was so disappointed with my experience.... Even the movie was late. Are you kidding me?

We went to the very first movie for that day. The floors were sticky everywhere! The bathrooms were discusting and the movie theatre we were in still had trash from the night before. Will not be going back to this one
