Woodland trace is a great place to live. Close community, great people, awsome management.

I have seen a lot of improvement since the change in management but still needs to be improved and cleaned up. I can say I am glad that they ousted the last park manager Tina Tate she was a nasty two faced person and quite frankly a repugnant individual.

They want more & more from residents as they go,they need to repair that ugly fence in the south side next to the apartments, by city ordinances, its facing backwards,my neighbors yard is filled up with dog poop,3 children and a mom live there with a huge dog.no reason those kids cant clean up after their dog 2-3 times a week. I really would hate to see them lose the dog,I own 2 dogs myself and its not difficult to clean up after them.

Nice little neighborhood. You do have to drive really slow because they have homemade speed bumps that will catch the underside of the car even at a crawl. I guess it depends on the car tho. My vehicle doesnt sit extra low or anything so Im sure someone with sports car would have more problems getting through. They should get the ones that are premade they do slow traffic and wont damage most cars

Cant get anything fixed when need it.... Unless emergency. when u have company they have no place to park .

The Park Manager Lady Tina she is the most superfical two faced stuck up park manager I have encountered I know that there are only like two Mobile Home parks in Plainfield steer clear from here some people in here are nasty and their kids have head lice I had a hell of a time getting rid of it and some of the trailers have BLACK MOLD !!!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE
