Best party rental company EVER! Heather and Stacie have been providing excellent rentals and service to my clients for many as and every single event has been excellent! The best example of how great they are is last week when one of my clients tent rental (from another company) went south. I called Heater frantically looking for a tent, table and chairs for 200 people 5 days before my clients event and Heather and Stacie came to the rescue! Kudos and keep up the great work!

So let me start with saying she literally was the sweetest person I spoke to regarding the helium shortage that is currently taking place nationwide.... she was so helpful and eager to explain to me the process behind inflating and using helium for balloons and how she didn’t think that was what I needed for my event less than two days away. Although I made no purchase, I’ll definitely be using her in the future as she seems very educated and honest about the materials and I’m sure her work also speaks for itself!

I have used this company twice now, they have excellent customer service and the best prices around. We rented a bounce house along with a sno cone machine and a cotton candy machine, we also had a TMNT character visit. All the kids were thrilled with the character and they bounced all afternoon. They did all the set up and take down and the price was the best around and I checked a lot of companies before I settled on this one. I highly recommend and I plan on using them again.

Stacie and Heather did a wonderful job with a balloon arrangement for a corporate event I had to plan. I recommend Funtime and will use them again.

Wonder Woman and Captain America came to visit SD308 summer school for special education students! They did a great job! They were so natural with the kids, very personable!

Copied complaint I made to BBB: I contacted the company on 4/5 and left a message regarding helium rental. Stacie called me back and I advised her I would like to rent a helium tank for my sons birthday on 4/13. She let me know that she would need to check to verify the price (and provided me with a lot of valuable information regarding the tank and service). She verified that per the website the price for the size I needed would be $95 + $5 for the regulator - however, there may be a $10 or so difference depending on the price of the helium. She advised she would check exact pricing and availability (but there should not be an availability problem) and call me Monday for my credit card and to let me know when the helium tank would be at their facility so I can call to schedule a pick up time because someone is not always at the facility. I did not hear from her and called back on Wednesday to the warehouse. I spoke with (I believe Ryan) who told me that he was headed to Stacies house and would ask her to call me. I stressed that if they could not get it to just call me and I would find another supplier. Immediately after speaking with Ryan, I emailed the company stating the same thing. I never heard back. I think it is completely unprofessional and rude to let someone think they will be using their service and then leave them hanging the last minute with no courtesy call or email letting them know the product is not available or that they would be unable to fulfill their promises. I would not recommend this company to anyone for their lack of customer service & professionalism. (The Party Place in Palos Hills provided the same tank for $40 less and their service was great)
