Love Skyzone. The kids can play and I can relax or do work. Safe, clean and reasonably priced food. The nachos are good. Sign up for emails and they send out special reduced price deals. Fill out waiver and pay online to save time. Do not like the small fee though.

I can see where those who love the jumping and chance to do flips would love this place. The climbing and dodging areas were well used. I think adding a competitive activity would draw more interaction.

Small place, rude staff waste of money. The jump park in Fishers is way better bigger and more activities to so. Staff is nice.

Pretty nice place!! Employees were nice and the manager was great. Even asked us how everything is going and if we enjoyed are time. They are keeping everything clean, I saw them sanitizing and wiping everything down about every 30 minutes or so and hand sanitizer is available for family use on walls.

This place is a fun place for children they would really enjoy all the activities... my daughter just wished there is longer trampolines like other skyzones so she can do multiple back handsprings but overall it was fun they’re happy when coming here

Hate to even write such a harsh review but I’m African American. I was enjoying my time here until the manager walked right past me as I was sitting at a table to ask the people sitting behind me (presumably white) is everything ok and how are thing’s going for them at Sky Zone. They said fine. He turns around and contines to walk past me as if I’m invisible. I felt so uncomfortable, I cut my time there short. The kids working there are extremely nice and helpful though. I won’t be patronizing this location ever again.

This is a great place to let your kids play for an hour, while you get some time to relax. There is an area where the parents can sit, next to the concession area. The staff is very friendly and they are always trying to keep the jumpers safe. The concessions are pretty expensive though.

Weve had a bday part here, jumped during open time, and attended their toddler time. All great experiences. Their staff seems to enjoy working with kids (nice for parents), and they offer different events for different ages. A workout included... worth jumping into!

My nephew had a lot of fun here. Its a cool place to go, its just not for me. I like my feet on level ground!

Nothing better than watching my daughter smile,laugh and wear herself out, the sky is the top zone and well definitely jump at the chance to come back again!

Fun but real expensive

I had mediocre expectations for this place having been to a few other ninja type places with my kids. But it was awesome. The game changer here: parents are able to participate. In fact, it would have been tough to adequately supervise my 3 and 5 year olds without getting in there myself. I had a blast on the warped wall, the foam pit, and the larger course. It was crowded but not overwhelming and the staff was all very friendly and helpful. One hour block was plenty for my kids. We can’t wait to go back.

My son absolutely loves sky zone . He leaves exhausted.

Great place to bring the kids, they love it.

Kids always have fun here. Great way to get them out of the house during rainy or cold days and be active. Place doesn’t smell the best but a lot of sweaty kids and stinky feet running around.

Overall was good, quite a bit of people though, very crowded. Staff were friendly.

We absolutely LOVE toddler time. Its rare to find a business that makes the family unit a priority. For the 1 hour of toddler jumping, you just pay for the child & both parents get to jump too. Its so great because our young one wouldnt last long enough to get the moneys worth during normal hours. Thank you for offering a little bit of practical family fun.(Also, the staff is so kind & friendly.)

Sky Zone is a fun and safe way for my daughter to get an hours worth of exercise. She loves it!

Groupon frequently has tickets for Sky Zone. We had a blast but I was reminded the following morning that Im not as young as I once was. You will need to purchase the special socks as it is not included. $3/pair.

Very nice staff. Prices arent too bad. My kids loved it. I notice that they have toddler only times. I was thinking they should time for older kids too. Its hard for older kids sometimes to do some of the activities because the younger kids that arent being watched get in front of everyone and cut and then wont move. Just a thought.

Darin did a FANTASTIC Job as a Party Host for the Grogan Party. Also, Darien at the Front counter also was very helpful and professional. Very much appreciated. We will definitely return for more parties.

Smaller than I imagined but the kids had a great time.

The service was terrible the facility was a mess, they quoted me a cheaper price over the phone. I traveled there and they wanted to charge me a more expensive price than what i was told over the phone. It was a bad experience manger didn’t even have empathy, I’d never spend my money at this sky zone.

Toddler time is great idea. I wish it was an hour later. Pretty early to get little one fed and dressed to take advantage.

Some of the most fun I have had in ages. All the staff were friendly and helpful. If you have thought about this place at all, go check it out.

Place was clean. Was way to busy for the size with big kids mixed with little kids. Several times my child was almost crushed by kids jumping into the square he his jumping in. I mean rules say 1 person to a spot and the people there do not enforce. If you have little ones I would take them on days they are least busy.

If you eve want to have fun with the kids, this is the place for the family. I took my 4 girls including the wife and everyone had fun there including myself. It was my first time there and I loved it. The feeling of being a kid again was a fun filled day for being and the family. Best place to take the kids to have fun.

I joined the elite plus membership and now take my granddaughter and niece as often as possible! Can’t wait til the virus scare is not a worry so we can come more!

Bears 10th birthday!He asked to go to Sky ZoneIt is a HUGE change that he asked to go to a public place like that!Being Autistic, and generally uncomfortable in public, it was pretty big deal.The place was clean,safe, and fun.The staff were wonderful.He even had a meltdown and everyone handled it perfectly...unfortunately they had to be involved in it.It was triggered by the fact he was STUCK in the foam block pit!And I mean stuck. Could NOT get out.I tried pushing him out.I tried pulling him out.I could not get him out.And to add to the drama, tiny pieces of blue and grey foam were shedding off the blocks and covering his clothes and hair.(Setting off his sensory issues.)So he panicked and melted down.The teenage employees there, calmly and sweetly spoke to him, and some of the boys literally lifted, from in the pit,while others pulled from the outside edge,until pulling him out!( He was no longer assisting. Just crying. So total dead weight.And he is not a small 10 year old!)They rescued him, then offered us waters and to stay right there and rest for a few minutes, and they would close that attraction temporarily!Then they simply went on about their business.No fanfare. No over attention.Just let him chill.Lovely young people!And because of their kindness and perfect handling of the situation, we were able to, and felt WELCOME to, stay for 45 more minutes of fun!**Thank you Sky Zone in Plainfield, Indiana!You made a boy very happy on his birthday.And your kind staff earned my respect and appreciation.We will be back!(Dont worry...NO foam pit this time!)

Its amazing and fun place for all ages. They have any different areas and things to jump and play. If your kids love to jimp on trampolines thwn this is the place to take them. And the pricing aint that bad either.

Kids love this place. Plainfield has added an obstacle course its not as big as the one in Greenwood . It didnt matter the kids still liked it .

This place was lots of fun, owner and staff was very friendly. They accommodated our entire cub scout pack needs! I was impressed and our scouts had tons of fun!

This is too much fun. Very well organized chaos, and it seems perfectly appropriate. I was invited by a friend, and brought my child along, and we went with a group of 6 on top of that. Check-in was pretty easy along with a waiver in case you are injured having fun, lol. You can be injured if not careful, but mostly the injuries are typical bumps and bruises. The night we were here, it was blacklight time, and it was very cool to see the children and adults enjoy themselves in this fun atmosphere. After check-in, you are welcomed by a live D. J., Who likes to interact with the guests and raise the happiness level before the people reach the trampoline section. You will be very surprised how everything is well thought out, and the main activity associated with Sky Zone is purely exercise and challenges for any takers to attempt. The trampolines never get boring, and they will wear you and your group out if you dont take breaks. I would suggest that to the most athletic person. Sky Zone is without a doubt the greatest place Ive been in quite some time, and I will go again and again. Check it out.

This place is awesome! Its just like Jump Highway in Vacaville, California! I went for a day with a child. We entered the building and saw the computer pre-registration area. After that was filled out it was over to the register to pay. You have to buy the socks so you can safely jump. The jumping was amazing! They had obstacles that you could jump over, a foam pit, dodge ball and basketball hoops! We had an amazing time there and I wouldnt be surprised to see myself going back soon

Kids loved the place. Special socks are required, but only, $3. Definitely looking into getting a membership.

My kids love love love this place! There are benches & tables for parents to watch and wait while the kiddos expel all that energy theyve taken from us. You can buy snacks & drinks here too! By the time our jump-time is up, my kiddos are actually tired! They always have such a great time & look forward to going back as soon as we leave!

So much fun for kids, its my sons new favorite place to go and I really cant be mad about that as its not terribly expensive for an occasional outing (21$ at most). Get the skyzone translucent cup, its color changing, offers free refills for the rest of the day, and makes a great souvenir.

We love skyzone however not the staff on this specific day. The boys were too busy talking to actually do their jobs. Their was a couple rough housing and cuddling on 1 trampoline and nothing was ever said to them amongst numerous other complaints. My husband and I were very put off by the entire situation.

The staff person involved with our b-day party was excellent. She was very accommodating. Our only incident was we lost a cell phone there and it seems it was never found.

It was very clean and nice ...no real Co.plants but my only thing is I wishI feel like the onlookers not only need to be more attentive but also more interactive.But again I was keeping in mind that these are high school kids and the parents are required to be there (certain ages) and their not baby sitters but still then what exactly is the point of them being there... I guess to enforce rules when needed and they were fine for the most part

Horrible experience with my sons birthday party. Spent way too much money for it to be very disorganized. I was missing 3 pizzas and went to ask manager and see what the problem was and she said well all I can do is give you a free pizza. Unreal.. missing 3 pizzas the partys almost over and she offers a free pizza. My party wasnt set up right when I went to tell the party host she got mad and didnt help set up the correct theme. Just all in all a terrible experience. I filled out a survey asking for a phone call.. a month later and still no call. Horrible experience.

Horrible birthday party experience. Very disorganized and I spent way to much money to have a bunch of teenagers be rude to my family. Also dont go early like they tell you because there is no where to wait and they make you check in and wait forever. The 1 star is for being close to my house and that is the only thing positive about that experience.

Kids left with back injuries from being knocked around by that idiotic Wipe Out machine. 7 year old was knocked by a kid twice her size when his entire body was thrown at her by the bar. I watched as kids heads and necks were getting jarred around. One kid was in pain for a week, 3 chiropractor visits. I expressed my concern to an attendant and with a smug smile he said, well you signed the waiver. Perfect.

Kids had a great time. Pricing was perfect even though I had a coupon. Employees were great. I just wished they had more seats for adults while the children release that burst of overdrive energy!

It was my sons first time and he had a great time. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. By the end of the 60 minutes of jumping my son was tired but he made sure to tell me he wants to go back again soon.

The kids LOVE jumping around and it burns off loads of energy. Also fun for athletic adults. Shoots some hoops off a trampoline for extreme slam dunk action. Do flips into the foam pit. Play Dodge ball. Or just jump off the walls (and floor) in the free jump areas.

Man this place is so cool. Foam pit is awesome. Dodgeball is cool. Basketball is a slam dunk. Free jump is so cool. I like the concession stands. I am definitely going here more times. Plus, trampolines are nice and sturdy.

Tons of fun! There was supervision everywhere &.it was easy to schedule my childs bday party there... only reason for 4stars is that I use a cane & there wasnt anywhere for me to sit so that I could watch my child. I sat on the edge on the FLOOR even tho its dangerous to me & those jumping

Expensive...paying for a 1 year old the same as my 14 year old?! Really?

I tried calling this business several times and no-one ever answered the phone.I attempted to contact them through messenger a couple times and no-one has ever replied.This suggests to me that this is not a very well managed or run business.Be aware of what youre signing when you sign the online waiver on their website. I cant believe enough people are willing to sign an agreement waiving an establishments responsibility due to negligence, that this place is even in business.
