Place was nice to bring the kids for their first time bowling. Lanes have updated tech that makes it easy for everyone. Bumpers for the kids can be set so they are up for their turn and go down for others in the group. Lots of lanes, very clean, and a large arcade area. Would come back and would recommend to others!

Always a fun place to bowl. We finally tried the escape room and it is a hard one but thats what makes it fun! We escaped with 23 seconds left! Our party of four ranged in ages from 12 to 51. We all had fun!

It’s a good place, with covid we asked to be placed away from other players. There are only 2 other families here. We came here twice and were placed right next to the other families. The second time we cane I asked to not be next to them and they said they’ll do their best and still put us right next to the other families.

This place is amazing for birthday parties. They have literally thought of everything. My husband and I actually got to enjoy the company of our guests because our host was amazing and took care of all the little details for us.

Awesome place to have a party!!! My kids loved it also all of the adults including me. Loved having nothing to worry about in regards of entertaining the kids. Emily was the best party host we could have asked for. She was so attentive in every detail and on some things we didnt even think of. Hands down the best place to have your kids party!!!!! Had a great time with the family there. Its been many years since I have been there last. I used to hangout there as a teenager and its even nicer then it was before. With lots more to do for the kids. Our delicious food was brought to us by Justin and he was so nice and professional. Great service all around 5/5

Haven’t bowled in at least 20 years. Really a nice place. Lived just up the block for 6 years and didn’t know this was here. Looking forward to bringing the family when they visit. Lots of games for kids andddd good food and drinks! Will definitely be back!!!!!

Friendly staff and a great family atmosphere. They have plenty of arcade games and Im feeling the escape room. All in all I found the place okay and I would definitely recommend Plainfield Lanes if youre looking for quite family night of bowling.

Awesome experience here and always will. I lost my wallet here 2 weeks ago and called today, and they have kept it for that long. It was returned to me with all the money, and six flags membership cards. This is the best bowling in all of the Chicago Suburbs. I will definiltly go again.

Nice little place to go for a unique escape room experience. The objective is easy to understand but still challenging. Some of the equipment is on the older side but not enough to take away from the fun.The staff seem to be really into it and definitely make the challenge more interesting. Its kind of pricey at $30 per person, but they do offer a free bowling ticket afterword. Overall would recommend.

This was my first time here with my family. The place is really nice I loved the escape room when we did it. Even though we didnt win the game it was so much fun. I love the atmosphere there the staff seemed nice and they had a lot of different things you can do besides bowling. Ive never seen that before or was different. I would return again it was just a very long drive for me. Its an hour away from me but Ill travel to have a good time.

Had a birthday party today for my daughter who is turning 9 . The party planner EMILY was amazing she interacted with all the kids and went above and beyond to make the birthday girls day amazing. I am 100% amazed by how much fun the girls all had and how fun and energetic EMILY was. Well worth the money and will definitely be back . My daughter has already said she wants to do her part here again next year and she wants EMILY to be her host . She had such a connection with my little girl. And with that being said I will definitely be recommending this place and EMILY to all my friends.

ESCAPE ROOM: my third escape room. I really enjoyed it. Definitely needed clues & hints. I like the theme and enjoyed feeling like I was robbing a bank and had to get away before the cops came. Went with a 10 year old and 7 year old as well as two other adults. Go and enjoy the fun. Would have been interesting to see what happens if you dont get the money before the cops arrive. Do the cops arrive?

We had a great time celebrating our sons birthday in the Escape Room. Six of us worked as a team to collect all but one clue. We may have failed but enjoyed every minute trying to collect the million.

We went here for my sons 7th birthday party. We went with one of their packages and I was honestly blown away. It was so well handled by their amazing staff that we had virtually no worries the entire time. We had Emily and Tess helping us and all the kids absolutely loved them. Their staff was super helpful and attentive throughout the entire time. We will definitely be having parties here in the future.

Wow! Love this place! Fun for the whole family and the owners are the best- so friendly and easy to work with. This is definitely a great place to plan a party or event! The open events they offer are very organized and well staffed. I have been impressed time and time again with them.

We visited today for my 9-year-old twins birthday party. Let me just tell you, it was amazing! Ive never had an easier time scheduling and planning a party. First and foremost, I was able to book everything right on the website. The party included everything, so walking in empty handed today felt a bit strange... It was anything but! When we arrived, the girls were greeted with a personalized sign by their party hosts, Emily and Kate. It was like first class treatment! They accompanied us over to the lanes and from there literally did everything! From getting all the guests their shoes, setting up the lanes, playing games, getting all the food and drinks, moving all the gifts and coats (they provided a wagon and they transported everything to make things as easy as possible), and the list goes on and on. I didnt have to do a single thing. Emily even made fancy balloon hats for the birthday girls, which they are obsessed with. They made an announcement for their birthday, played their favorite music, and just really made them feel special. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Emily and Kate. They were so bubbly, so nice and so attentive to all the kids. If you are considering booking a party here, you shouldnt have any hesitation! Thank you Plainfield Lanes and again, especially to Emily and Kate. You two were so awesome!

My 7 year old son had a birthday party here over the weekend and it went great. He had such a great time. Millie and Kate were our party coordinators and they did an unbelievable job. They were so helpful, organized. They really knew how to relate to the kids and keep them involved and having fun. My wife and I literally didnt have to lift a finger. The first thing my son asked when the party was over is if he could have his party there next year. So, I am sure we will be back again!

The bowling alley is great! Great food, bowling and arcade games! It gives off a 90s to early to mid 2000s vibe. Although the escape room was easy (On expert) it was still fun. Great experience!

We had started doing family bowling dates over the summer and decided to have our daughter’s 7th birthday here. From the moment we walked in Milly made our daughter’s day so special! As the mom of the birthday kid, was great to not have the pressure of entertaining the kids and trying to entertain the adults at the same time. All the adults got to sit back and relax and talk and Milly took care of the kids! Best decision ever! And our daughter keeps asking if we can do her party at the bowling alley again because it was “so much fun”!

We had our daughter’s birthday party there Sunday and it was amazing. Everything was taken care of for us and our party planner, Kaitlyn, was wonderful. We definitely got our money’s worth.

It was a lot of fun I went with some friends and we bowled it had good food and the arcade was enjoyable too.

Bowling was fun, but cosmic bowling at ten got a bit distasteful with the music videos they were showing. Our whole group was surprised that they could even show those with little kids around. Distracting and disappointing.

Nice, little 25 lane bowling alley. Well maintained, updated and modern. We only bowled, but there were many arcades, air hockey and other games to play. Menu looked great for a bowling alley and the few things we tried were great.

The escape room was fun. It was well designed. My husband and I enjoyed Bank Heist. Josh, our game master, was great.

Went here some friends. We had a lot of fun. We didnt go into the escape room because we had some other plans. The music was good but a lot of PG13 songs. Arcade was nice. And there wasnt many people there so it pretty relaxed.

We booked a birthday party for our 6 year old online and everything went wonderfully. They gave us 2 party planners who did a fantastic job setting everything up and making sure everything went off without a hitch. They even were by the door waiting for us when we got there with a welcome sign for our daughter. We would definitely recommend our friends to have a party there as well.

I was trying to plan a combined party for my 5 year old and 8 year old. I asked if I could pay for two parties...one for my 5 year old and one for my 8 year old. The lady helping me insisted that I could not book two separate parties. I wanted to book two at $259. She said I had to book one party at $259 and had to pay $30 per each additional kid over the 10. Which would make it $300 for the 10 additional kids. She was being very rude. The customer service was horrible she was not offering any suggestions or solutions. It was as if she simply did not want the business. It was by far the rudest I have ever been treated. I then asked if she was a manager and she said she was the owner Definitley needs work on customer service and how you talk to people. I will never go back.

We purchased the fast lane...it was perfect! Lanes were ready when we got there and kids loved the unlimited drinks. We will definitely be back.

Nice and clean. When I first arrived I was impressed with how clean and bright the bowling alley is. They also have a nice arcade area right by the entrance. Everything about the place says its fun which is what you expect from a good bowling alley. You can tell the owners care about the business and have invested wisely in it.

A very nice bowling alley. Clean and well maintained. Great for parties with a huge bar/lounge/party room and a separate arcade including ski ball and lazer maze! Good food too! Easy to find as its one turn and thirty seconds drive off route 59. Highly recommended!

Most of the service was good, though I didnt like the way they shut down our lane cause we had to prepay. Maybe its common in that area but I never heard of it. Great atmosphere and the kids loved the arcade area as well. Only went there since it was a Saturday and everyone else had leagues. Not bad but prefer other places

I went there to get a new ball. The pro shop is a bit crowded but the pro was very nice. He even drove to the north side to pickup the ball. After that I got 2 free games to check out the new ball for any adjustments. I certainly would recommend that you get your new ball at this pro shop, but look at there web site his days and hours are limited.

I had my sons 12th birthday party here. It was a great experience. It was a great friendship and team builder as they all worked together to find clues. The realistic atmosphere made us feel like we were in a Bank Haley our leader was awesome! Definitely recommended .

Showed up with 3 adults and 3 kids. Would only give us 1 lane for all. By the time it came back to me I fell asleep. If they were smart tgey would give us 2 lanes. Kids wouldve bowled 1 game and tge adults 3 or 4. Kids would have spent a lot of money in arcades snd adults on food and beer. Instead we played almost one game and will never go back. Bad experience.

Visited for the escape room for a birthday present. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was challenging and (unlike some escape rooms) the puzzles made sense! It was an enjoyable experience and the rooms theme was family friendly.

Super friendly staff and great atmosphere. Plenty of arcade games and the lanes are meant for family or league bowlers alike. You have to try the escape room!

My two brothers, my dad, and i went there on Saturday night. Had a really good atmosphere for saturday night open bowling, however we had done the Fast Lanes. I felt like this was a little over priced. You get only an hour and a half and it is $80. We were bowling pretty quickly and didnt even get half way through the third game. My dad even dropped out after 2 games and we didnt finish. At least figure out a way to let us finish our games, i thought that was kinda bogus. The lanes were also very dirty and oily. There are no leagues during the weekend though, i am not sure what the lanes are like during the week.

Great place for families and individuals looking for some bowling fun. Good staff, good food with good prices. Overall, great experience.

Our family recently went here for a party and were so amazed at the staff, the food, the arcade and cleanliness of this place. The staff were great with the kids. The food was delicious (their pizza is to die for!). We will definitely be going back and booking our parties here!!

Great staff and owner! Lanes kept up well! Private ownership not a corporate business and theyre all about the customers that come through their doors! Difficult to see and locate if youve never been there.
