Best babysitters pan down! I love Kids Quest and so do my kids. Single mom here are use them for everything the casino the grocery store whatever. Jessica is the best! Very friendly super helpful and so much fun. They know all my kids by name and are always so happy to see them. Love, love, love!!!
Kid quest is a nice to play with children but one thing I don’t like is that how they really take care of infant.Because they didn’t do their job properly. I went their for my first time and i leave my infant baby in their but they didn’t take good care of my baby. I can see his eyes that he always crying they didn’t even play with him or make him stop crying. And i told them that his milk is warm not cold but the babysitter put cold how can a baby drink a cold milk? Duh? Hello? Please teach them how to take good care an infant and do their job properly. It’s infant not a big kid. I think my baby blanket still their.
This is my first time leaving my baby (8 months old) with strangers. Just wanted to have a few hours to get some lunch and throw a few bucks in the slots. My first official break from him. The staff seem really nice. I have an 8 year old and almost 6 year old who arent with me today but I definitely plan on bringing them here too. So much stuff that I know they will love. I will keep it five stars as long as when I pick him up soon everything went good, which I have a feeling it will.
Just an update, when we picked my 8 month old up he was full of smiles. The director said how adorable and cuddly he is and that they all held him the entire time. I know he really loved that. Very happy and now am comfortable with using them again. And again and again, lol.
They dont open until 1pm... And theres only 1 person watching ALL these kids!
Its a real thing as kids quest
This is the best place ever. Jessica runs kids Quest like a well oiled machine. Just like family to us. Love her and her staff.
Love it its amazing
Best place ever. My child loves the staff ....
The people who work here listen to any problems and are very amazing and kinda people. having your kid in cyber quest lets them leave with a smile on there face. The games you can play are up to date and always fun.
The ladies here are amazing with my son! Theyve watched my son since he was an infant.
Some places are a little sticky (probably from soda). The staff could not be anymore kind to the children. There is a place where they get food and you can tell the staff what they can and cannot eat. There is ice-cream, pizza, nachos, a wide assortment of drinks, and plenty of snacks. And directly outside there is an arcade called cyber quest.
Love this place and the employees
I went here with my cousin 3 years ago! Beautiful play area and the food was great! Oh. And also, Do they have the racing simulator still, the xbox, and the ipads? Just wondering because those were my favorite!
This is awesome and my kid loves it. Gives him a sense of independent I can feel comfortable with. Staff is great
Lots of things for the kids to do, and lots of other kids running around to keep everyone entertained. I went to a birthday party for my daughters classmate here. They do a good job of security for the kids with double doors and a strong check-in check-out process. They also have an adult (who seemed quite capable) wandering about the play areas to make sure everything was okay. If my kids disappeared for long periods of time, I had no worries. There are video games, iPads, slides, climbing, balls, and many other things for the kids to play with. There is also a semi-closed off area that can be used to have a private party, but still have the kids play in the main area with kids not in the party.
So far so good. Cant wait to bring my kid here to get the full experience.
Had fun with my family
Do not leave your infant or tot with these people. They lack respect, theyre all clueless and run around without regard for the babies. When asked if I could see the infant room where my 11 month old son would be cared for...I was told no... literally just NO! No reason or apology just No. I politely asked for a supervisor and eventually through rolling eyes, loud sighs and even snooty smerks I was granted permission to be escorted to the area where my son was taken to. Yes he was already there... (because backing up a little)...when I first arrived I was greeted nicely by a warming lady with extended arms out to my little one...i was signing him in as that lady walked off with my little guy... prompting the can I see where he is going to be? question.Anyway Im not too sure about the other kids areas...Im pretty sure theyre more cautious with children who can verbalize any mistreatment by the staff.Just know that as a mom youre intuition is there for a reason. Listen to it!!!!Extremely disappointed...and I feel like an awful mom. I did wind up pulling him out and leaving due to the horrible feeling I had. Im glad I did because within the 10 minutes it took to speak with supervisor and also get no where by asking the providers a few underlying questions I had...he was bawling his eyes out. And hes not a clingy baby...hes one of three boys!Rant over!
My kids love this place. The staff is very friendly and make you want to go back. Lots of activities for the kids to do. From basketball to karaoke.
Drove 3 hours all the way from Burlingame with my 21 months old because I was invited for Henrys steakhouse special events. I didnt know I have to be in waiting list for daughter to get in. Missed my dinner at Henrys because of this I wish I have known ahead of time otherwise I wont drive this far for this. What a waste of time. Very disappointed.
Fun and friendly place
