We have enjoyed the $4.99 pizza deal and the wings, too! But, because we are senior citizens, we don’t want to order 4 items or spend the minimum order of $20.00We usually spend $10.-$15.00, but this new policy of it being a minimum order of $20.00, will probably finish off this business?!We pick up, our order, so this makes no sense! I could understand if it was for delivery, but to say, no one can walk in and order less than $20.00 worth of food, is ridiculous!Bye, bye Chuck E. Cheese! It’s been nice knowing you!

We came for a birthday party. I haven’t been to Chuck E. Cheese’s in a long time. Apparently they got rid of most of the coins so you don’t have to walk around with a bucket of coins. Now you get a play pass that comes with a wrist band you can put around your wrist and not loose it. You can put money on the card and either pay for time or per use. Our cards were for two hours and we could play as many games in that time as we wanted. It was great for our kids who wanted to play all the games but had no idea how to play them. I didn’t feel like it was a waste. You can pause the time on the card when you are done playing so the time doesn’t go bad.The food has gotten much better too! The pizza is a little on the greasy side but not too bad. They have a full salad bar and beer!All in all we had a great time at the birthday party! I think we will bring our kids back one day just to play the games.

Love coming here with my kiddos. I love that they offer a bracelet for $22 for about an 1 hour of free play. Salad bar is good always clean. The employees are all very helpful and nice.

They recently added new video games for the kids, the time and points for coin cards is clever. I have small kids so went with points rather then time, big kids is better to go with time. Of course ask before purchase. Its our local spot so we love it here.

It’s a nice place to go with kids. They have good arrangements for bday party too. There are lots of interactive games which keeps children busy. One thing I missed is that they don’t have much variety in food. Otherwise the place is good.

Great location that is taken care of. Not crowded and staff makes sure that the experience is top notch. Salad bar is clean and well stocked, pizza is cooked to order and loved by kids and adults. Games are taken care of so that no games are out of commission if possible and tickets are filled for the games when you play. The play card system is a great improvement to the games and makes your time there more enjoyable.

Went there for my grandsons b-day party and I must say this is one of the nicest and friendliest Chuck E Cheese locations I have ever been to. Everything from the eating area to the game area was in perfect condition, the salad bar items were all fresh and the pizza was great. But most of all the staff was outstanding. The young lady in charge of our b-day party was super friendly and took care of everything perfectly. I also really liked the full-time attendant at the door to make sure kids didnt leave without the adult they came with. One of the best kids parties I have been to (and with 4 kids and 4 grand kids I have been to a LOT!)

Definitely not what I remember from my childhood! Pizza, okay. Salad bar, slightly okay. Kids still had fun.

We had my sons birthday party there and it was great. The staff took care of everything. We didnt have to do anything. We were happy to enjoy the day and not worry about pretty much anything.

Actually, the pizza was very good. Havent been here since I was a kid, but it was generally good. Of course the kids like it. Other than that, same old same old. And the place still smells like old cheese. Bathrooms are clean though!

My husband and i decided to take our kids on a boring rainy day and we had so much fun i loved this location in a very nice area. Some games were out of tickets and when we asked one of the employees to fix this he said he would but never did so we missed out on a bonus of tickets. Other than that good place to take kids on a rainy day specially.

Chuck-E-Cheese is clean and well maintained. There are plenty of arcade games for all age levels. They even include a delicious gluten-free pizza on their menu that my son loves! Machines that count your tickets for you are a bit of a hassle. Usually one is not working so there will be a line to have your tickets counted by the machine. Its pretty intense as well for the machine sucking your tickets up, just make sure no little ones are doing it.

Good for little kids, the adults can sit on the chairs while the kids play with the arcade machines and hopefully not get mugged... Great for birthday parries

The staff was very friendly and helpful. All the games worked. Nothing was broken or out of tickets.

Chuck E Cheese has really fallen off, with its entire food, fun and service. Its really dirty inside, and the music is so loud (maybe thats to try and distract you from the rest of the inside?). The pizza tastes like socks smell, and the games all have a greasy film on it. We did not stay. Its not what it used to be sadly.

Good. The pizza was much better this time. Please upgrade the game rooms.. I remember at the best was when they had a huge play place.. I take my daughter every year with my family, just as my grandpa would do when i was a kid.. I have to say its really just geard on winning toys and not really the chance to be a kid as much. Bring back a good play place and keep the games up to date.. Then I will say this will still be my favorite chuckee e cheeses of all time. Jon.

My daughter loves this place! Good game selection although some were down. Came for a birthday party, what a good deal. Love the new unlimited play cards. Prize selection wasnt the greatest but pizza was delicious. Overall a wonderful place to spend the day with the family.

Very expensive to eat there, but the kids had a lot of fun. The pizza is not half bad either. But for the price do Little Caesars before going and save yourself some money.

Anything that makes my granddaughter happy is 5 stars.

Good place obviously for the kids. Not too expensive and for just a little they can have a great night. Food is OK but they do have beer so, makes for a good Friday night treat. This particular location has been remodeled and is very clean and updated. Staff is great and super helpful considering what they deal with on the daily.

We usually have such a great time with the kids. But this last time was far the worst experience we had. I standed at the counter to purchase food and drinks and literally stood there for 10 minutes and no one came to the counter. My son was screaming and 3 employees walked by and no one came to help us. I finally got fed up and left. Will be reporting those employees to corporate.

Please do yourself a favor and go during the week. My daughter celebrated her Fifth birthday there last weekend and it was chaotic and noisy but the kids enjoyed it.

We had a birthday party here. They really take the stress out of planning a party. Our party hostess was great! The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The kids had a memorable experience!

Id recommend doing the play pass by time rather than points, especially if you have young kids. Youre allowed to pause it one time, so kids can eat when the food comes out.

I really like this place. My kids are able to run around, cause their own trouble for themselves. Unfortunately sometimes theres the occasional brat or pack of brats. But we all get through it. This particular location has a much higher ceiling then other locations Ive been to period when you have more than one kid you have a tendency of restaurant hopping just to keep things fresh for them. The staff seemed friendly and accommodating considering they were closing. Other than that theres nothing else I can add to the fact that this particular location is tidy comfortable and the staff is pretty well mannered. Ill be coming back, of course I am, as long as my kids are still under 18 Im going to be back here!

I take my grandsons to Chuck E. Cheese in Yorba Linda. They are 7 year old twin boys and they absolutely LOVE IT! The place is always clean inside and the food is GREAT! Its a safe place to bring your kids and have lots of fun. The employees are so helpful and good with kids. Ive been taking my grandsons to this location for years.

Johns pizza is 100 times better!!!

Lines to order food are very long. Waited 15 minutes to order some pizzas. The cashiers often dont know how to do everything so they have to ask others for help. A lot of older games, newer arcades have much better games.

Although the sky tubes are gone, al arcade games appear to be running and up in good working condition. I was so surprised at the amazing friendly attitude of all the workers that went above and beyond what was required of their jobs.Just to highlight, Kaitlyn Scarlet and another female hard worker who was on duty were extremely attentive and friendly. My daughter kept hugging them and we had an overall blast!Extremely attentive and surprisingly now clean that the sky tubes are removed. One major reason for the removal was due to the sky tubing cleaning was often time ignored or impossible to clean properly after they had been in place for over 20 years. Its interior required an update according to corporate so it will stick with times.The animatronics will be leaving eventually for a remodel of an open kitchen for a fresh modern look.With the removal of the sky tubes comes a fresh more hygienic establishment.I grew up going to this Chuck E Cheese, so its no wonder that I love it so much! I drive super far just to go to this one, I miss it!Every time Ive ever entered this Chuck E Cheese Im always amazed at the incredible service at this location.The workers here are always so pleasant and quick to assist with purchases at the front counter.Dont be expecting hand crafted artisanal stuff here.Its very basic but children love basic so thats what makes Chuck E Cheese so perfect for children.This Chuck e cheeses location really has kicked it up a notch! The tables are literally sparkling compared to other Chuck E Cheese locations Ive been to.Although the cotton candy machine Ive yet to see them actually use. Regardless of this all the workers are very friendly and always happy to help!The machines here are well maintained, Ive been a client of this Chuck E Cheese since I was a child, they have definitely updated the inside quite a bit with tons of new updated floor machines for the kids to play with.The playpen is your standard Chuck E cheese tubes with your slide and play area, no shoes allowed.This location is just off of Rose in Placentia.The people here are always very friendly!

It was so nice to see the kids play with so many games to choose from.The employee where so great making sure we where having a good time. Sandra the manager she was awesome she made sure nobody was waiting in line ..she always had the line moving. I would definitely go there again!!

This location is rarely overcrowded like the Fullerton one. Music is always loud in all of them. They have special needs hours that have quieter sounds if needed on Sundays!

If I could give this establishment no stars that would be great because every time I come here I always get the pepperoni medium pizza but it gives my diarrhea even though I not allergic to anything! Yesterday when we went my mom got her salad like always and when she was eating she smelled something was wrong. The bell pepper was so sticky it was making bubbles. When I reported it the lady told me they change the food every 5 hours!! It wasn’t just the bell pepper it was the melon,bell pepper, salad, and ranch dressing! Never coming here again

Lately Ive been to three chuckey cheeses...the Placentia one takes the ...orange and diamond bar ones need allot of improvement on customer service...it was a breath of fresh air...going to the Placentia one

Its nice to play. But its not good for getting there. Its behind Arco, but entering space is little tight.

Sucks theres no playground for kids to play on after they use up their money like other locations. Most of the staff was pretty nice, but the manager seemed pretty annoyed anytime she was asked a question or for help.

Its not the same anymore, the staff wasnt the nicest but wasnt rude either. They took out a lot of things and it seems empty now. All the games that are left are okay and they switched tokens to coins now.
