As a donor and contributor to Brother’s Brother Foundation for more than 25 years, I am proud to provide a 5-star rating here. BBF has a proud history over 60 years, and is one of the top pharmaceutical and medical goods non-sectarian charitable institutions in the world, helping people in 149 countries with billions worth of donated items over the years. Their financials are sound and the expense ratios are historically exceptional. I hope all reading this will support and contribute to this very special organization.

Brothers Brother Foundation is the best charity to support if you want to be confident that your donation will be used in a responsible and efficient manner. BBF sends life-saving medical supplies/equipment and pharmaceuticals all over the world with a focus on sustainability.

Excellent organization in Pittsburgh. Recently helped with hurricane relief efforts and provides PPE donations to help fight COVID. Donate!

Excellent charity to donate or volunteer for! All effort and 99% of donations go straight to helping people. They keep their expense rate as low as possible unlike Red Cross and their massive salary’s and charging first responders for water in crisis.

If you don’t give this foundation 5 stars you haven’t done your homework. Read the book “Operation Brothers Brother” and judge for yourself. Among other things, Dr. Hingson invented a device called the peace gun that innoculated 1,000 people per hour and saved thousands of people’s lives. He eradicated smallpox in Liberia. No one in this charity gets rich-99% goes to those in need. I don’t know any other charity that is more streamlined for maximum impact.

My first engagement with BBF was after Hurricane Maria. Since then I’ve gone on 4 trips with them to see first hand the difference they are making in the lives of tens of thousands of people. From medical equipment and supplies to clinics and hospitals and solar power systems that ensure doctors nurses and clinical staff are able to provide medical care for years to come. Then there’s the schools that have better learning environments for students who have dreams and aspirations. And not only will these students benefit now but the investment will pay off for years to come. This is just a snap shot of what BBF has done for over 60 years in 130+ countries and right here in the United States. I encourage you to go to the website and learn more. The world is a better place because of BBF and worthy of your support. I believe in it so much, I joined their board . ~ Robert Mangino

Very worthy organization. Im not sure what one of the other reviewers meant with their extremely negative review. Ive reviewed Brothers Brother Foundations form 990 on Guidestar, which I always do before making a donation to an organization. I continue to be impressed by their low total expenses (operating, salaries, fundraising expenses) with regard to the overall income. I will continue to donate to this organization.
