This theater group puts tickets on Groupon to bring in new people but then has no flexibility with them. Ill never come back

Recently had the pleasure of seeing Oklahoma for a girls night out. The Benedum is a gem in the city... absolutely beautiful theatre. Staff was great and the show was outstanding!!

Great organization who produces Broadway level musicals each and every year entertaining the Pittsburgh area.

Shows are to notch! The quality for your dollar is absolutely unbeatable. The service goes over the top to make your experience great. The cocktails fit the theme of the play and the food is good too.

I spoke to 5 different people on the phone about tickets to an upcoming show I had and each one was so rude and unhelpful. The shows are great, hopefully you don’t have to speak with their rude staff ever.

The worst theater in Pittsburgh. Staff is so unwelcoming, rude, and snobby. Actors are good, but they cant handle pressure from audience and ask them to be quiet, quit getting up so often, ect... If you cant deal with distraction, then you should probably switch your career. I have never been to a theater where staff and actors acted so superior to its audience. This place needs to change or it will not be in business in 20 years. Very ashamed and disappointed

While the education may be good the people are quite unwelcoming. If you want to get any good roles it doesnt matter if you have talent, they wont recognize it unless you A. Have money B. Have been there since you were a fetus or C. Are INSANELY likable. You can get just as good an arts education or even better at PMT with people that will actually talk to you.

My friend as wellas my best vocal coach, Tom Helm is the musical directer there. I wish I could go see their musicals someday. Love, Saho
