You wouldnt believe how cool it is in here... Ive lived right in the neighborhood for years and years and never went in...mind was blown when I did... They have bands come in and play, you can play the machines and theres thousands, they open up the garage doors in the summer, they have food etc ... Its incredible.... Would recommend stopping in.

This place is super cool! We went mid day Tuesday and were the only ones in there for awhile. It was odd at first honestly as we were led up stairs in a corner of the dark building and when we got upstairs to the machines none were on. BUT makes sense not to waste energy all day if no one is there playing! The woman working turned on sections of the games as we requested to play particular ones and checked on us to see if we needed any more turned on. On the weekday it was $10/hr per person then you can play any game as much as you like! There are also a few arcade games. As we were leaving we spoke to a man Ill assume was the owner because he was clearly a pinball game encyclopedia. He told us the weekends are cheaper and busier and a good place to have kids parties. I did see a concession area that probably runs on the weekends also. Definitely go check it out!

Super fun afternoon playing arcade games. Heaps to choose from and not just pinball machines! Slightly expensive but could spend a whole day there. Some of the pinball machines didn’t work but there were still so many options.Absolutely freezing in there though, set up in like a warehouse style venue. Got too cold so had to leave. Has huge potential if we were more prepared for the cold of the room.

A little musty and chaotic initially but pretty fun playing a variety of new and old games.

Went there for the first time with some friends and our two 7 year olds. The owners, Dan & Dan were great. Explained the rules, as they should with such valuable pieces, and were very helpful. Helped us find some games we were excited to locate. Incredible amount of games, from old to new. Excellent. We will be going back often.

Within moments of speaking to Dan, you feel his passion for his craft.It is not just pinball, he has so many items there.... Slot machines, arcade, mopeds, art, even his lighting, it all has a story, it is fascinating.

My friend who lives here wanted to check it out. It opens at 7 and closes at 10 pm according to what he said. Its 12 dollars a person to play as many games as you want. The only thing to keep in mind is that its cash only. We were there for 2.5 hours and only played Half of the games only once. Too many games to try anything twice. Good place for pinball games and a road down memory lane for lots of the some of the arcade games.

This place is great! I always go Friday for 3 hour free play @$12, you cannot beat the value. The games are in very good shape and mostly always playable, with as many as they have...yes sometimes youll have an issue but that is par for the course! Its BYOB cans which is great, and we love the relaxed atmosphere. Go support a long time cornerstone of PGH punball!

Amazing place. So many cool games and folks who volunteer or work have a ton of passion and knowledge.It is important to note, this isnt a barcade. It appears to be an extremely large private collection that lets in visitors to help defray costs. That said, you wont find a better place to kill a few hours.

Great selection of machines. Owner pretty cool and very accommodating. Play anything you like for an hour for 10 bucks. Both Ancient and newer machines. Biggest selection I have ever seen in one place.

It is a unique place, be ready to go back to the 80s and 90s. Many pinballs to play. It costs $12 on Saturdays and you can spend there the whole day if you want to. Also you can play to different classic arcade games! This place really worths it!

Incredible collection of pinball games!!! I spent over 20 hours here in 4 days during a recent vacation, and could easily spend that every week. Impossible to get bored if youre a pinballer. 283 at the time of my visit...WOW!!! The staff and owner were very friendly and helpful. The owner spent 30min+ with me after hours telling me all kinds of old pinball stories and specifics about certain games. I really enjoyed my visit, and worth every penny. This is a must see for any pinballer, a true mecca!

Great place. Pay an entrance fee and play classics all day. Great for introducing your kiddos to some of the video and pinball games you loved as a kid.

This place was a blast. Plenty of machines to play so theres no waiting. Its $12.00 to enter and all the machines are free to play. The building is in need of some attention and the heat wasnt the best. All in all this is worth a visit.

Awesome place to go to play pins, old bowling, air hockey, pool or video games. Have to come multiple times just to play everything. Even then there is more you didnt experience. Great for family or date night.

This is an amazing place with at least 100 pinball machines. The price is great. 10 dollars per person per hour, and you get unlimited playing for that hour.

Pinball Perfection was a lot of fun, and was a good way to spend an evening or day indoors. Be prepared its located in an old warehouse, and some of the machines are non functional but still very interesting. Also, be sure to bring cash or buy tickets on Pay Pal.

I love this place so much! The feel of it is just so right, no pretension or foolishness, no corporatism, just straightforward and so mighty awesome. There is an open feeling to it, like visitors just get to see everything and have a good time. Almost like a visit to someones pad. I cant wait to get to Pittsburgh again so I can go back!

I enjoyed the place. Lots of old school machines. No shortage of games to play. Admittedly it was a little chilly and not every machine worked perfectly but considering the age of many of the machines I think its a tremendous feat to have that wide a selection and have that many up and running (and they were working on others as well). Could have handled a far bigger crowd than was there when I went and the pricing to me was very reasonable. I would certainly go back again. Think they have done a very nice job overall in giving you a true old school pinball experience.

Awesome place! Super friendly owner, with a sweet puppers helping out on occasion.Lots of great pinball tables, some old West view park games, some video game as well. A great way to have a fun Friday night with friends, and family. New tables coming online all the time.

If you like old games, this is the place. Dress warmer when its cold outside and the place I noisy from the games.

Most of the machines dont work. Alot are lit up but dont work. Its $10 for an hour to play. If your not playing you still must pay $10 because its a museum. Attendant was rude. Time was almost up, in the middle of a game. Instead of saying after that game your time is up. Would you like to buy another hour? No she pulled the plug in the middle of the game. Really that makes someone want to come back. Dont recommend!!

Has an impressive collection of pinball machines. Its a good place to go if you have a lot of free time on your hands. The owners also repair pinball machines, a plus for anyone who collects them.

An unbelievable collection of pinball and other arcade and coin-operated mechanical games. number of pinball hovers close to 300. heavy emphasis on pre-1980s machines with a lot of 1950s era rarities. on weekdays the owner will only turn on banks of the games actually being played. this would be such a problem but because of the lighting and crowding in there it can give the feel of a dungeon. fresh coat of white paint on every wall and some better lighting would go a long way. weekends are the big megillah. everything is turned on, bright and lovely. owner has a deep seated passion for the work of american art. most games run from fair to great. a few minor problems with the few machines i personally selected to play but nothing that ruins the play its self and my sample size and choice of games may not reflect the health of the overall collection. definitely worth going... repeatedly.

I love pinball and with arcades being mostly extinct, its a rare treat to find an establishment dedicated to restoring and displaying old pinball machines for you to play. Thats why it pains me to tell you that you should avoid Pinball Perfection if you want a positive experience. I cannot stress enough how rude the owner was to my wife and me.When we first arrived, we found the door locked and the open sign off. The hours indicated they were open and a sign said to call. The sign should have indicated that there was a lower entrance and that may have solved the problem. Regardless, I called and when the owner answered he was incredibly irritated by my questions on if they were open. I asked if he would open the door. Im not sure if he was mad because we were just players and not buyers (side note, I do own one pinball machine and would love to get a few more, but after dealing with him, Im not sure Id ever buy one from them). We waited and waited and no one came. Eventually, a man across the street at an auto mechanics shop told us the door downstairs around the other side should be open. So, we went down there and a woman eventually led us upstairs.The man behind the counter scolded us about not waiting longer. It was crazy to see someone treat his customers with so much disdain and disrespect. It was cold and raining outside. He shouldve instructed us to go to the bottom door. I paid the $10 each per hour and decided to make the most of it.They have a really great selection of machines, but about half of them were turned off. I didnt want to talk to him anymore after the way he treated us, so I dont know if they would turn on the rest. It was a mild February day (low 40s), and it felt just as cold inside the building. Im not sure if there was any heat on at all. The other important info to note was the restroom. The toilet would not flush and there was no running water. I stood there with soap on my hands and no water to wash them. I went to get paper towels and the dispenser was empty. I had to wipe the soap off with toilet paper. Thankfully, my wife had hand sanitizer in her purse.The pinball machines were fun and $10 for an hour is pretty fair, but the customer service was awful, the building was cold, and the restroom was unacceptable. I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone.

Went for the open play session. The selection of machines was awesome, but there were too many that were turned off or broken.

Tons of old and new machines to play at a great entrance fee. Pinball, video and more.Have to amend my original rating though. Over the holidays I had 14 guests visiting. We planned a day activity to visit PP. I even called ahead a couple of hours to make certain they were open. Got there and all machines were off. Found the owner in basement shop and said we were there to play. Told me it was too cold and he would only turn on a few machines. I explained my confusion since I had called ahead. He said his shop was open but not the machines upstairs to play. Would it have been that difficult to clarify that when someone is specifically calling to ask if youre open? Seemed like he relished catching me in a subtle nuance. Others in the pinball community warned me that the owner is extremely eccentric which I can accept but this is just bad business. If you decide to go, be prepared for a good time or oddness and disappointment. Better yet, explore more reliable, professional establishments.
