Speed bumps here are excessive.The.management will steal your car if its nice.Dogs run around free.

I have rented my mobilehome space here for 38 years. I call it home!

If it werent a maze and I wasnt doin DOOR DASH itll been more fun to explore.....

1. The manager does not pay attention to people concerns leaving in the park2. Security guard sucks....they will come at their convenience3. Lots of missing packages and mails4. Neighbors house not maintained, dirty outside5. Too noisy even it is past 10 in the evening6. Safety an issue because of drugs and cannabis users

Really nice place. Some places need adjustments (or fines) but I guess thats anywhere.

Decent and fairly cleanThe pool doesnt open until May 1 and the residents let their dogs run loose and they poop in our yard. Otherwise, the pools are kept clean.

Not to great of a place to live unless you fall into that certain category of folks. A lot of rif raff goes on there. But I guess some people like it, and call it home.

Let cars park in fire lanes, cars park in street, residents play musical car parking so if youre a guest to bad! Mail stolen from mailbox, drugs. But they do manage to keep it quite except on Sundays when its party day.
