Very nice theater! We were greeted by a friendly professional young man who sold us our ticket and refreshments. Theater was clean and modern. Unfortunately for the theater we only saw one other couple, but it was a sunday night.

Foods and drinks were overpriced and I was disappointed that popcorn was old. Seats were comfortable. You can put away arm rest. The theater needed to be cleaned more. Ticket price is pretty reasonable especially early bird $5.75. They are not crowded most of the time. Good place to take kids to watch movie. It is in the mall property and plenty of space for parking.

A little pricey but it is nice to have a theater to visit near home.

Every visit is made welcoming and puts the desire to most certainly return. This is due to the staff! They are magnificent! The family bathroom is a wonderful feature that we have found other, larger facilities do not have. The handicap access at this location is exceptional with the one fault being the front sidewalk ramps being rough and the handicap automatic door rather frequently acting glitchy.

I like the theatre. Been going since they opened. But I really dislike the reserved seating. Horrible idea. Get rid of that and Ill gladly give a 5 star rating.

I really like this movie theater but I do have to say the food and drinks are quite overpriced. But it presents their movies very well.

I take my grand children here to see movies!! They have a good selection of good movies! There screens are new and the movies are very clear. The movie theaters, bathrooms are very clean no matter when you go there!!

Very nice theatre. We rarely have any issues visiting here. The theatres are all kept fairly clean and we always are able to get good seats to see the screens. I know they make most of their money off of refreshments, but my only complaint would be the price of the refreshments. When the discounted price of the pops and a popcorn total more than the entrance tickets for the movie, its a little crazy. Wed go to this theatre a lot more often if it didnt cost over $50 for 2 people to see a movie with basic refreshments.

Beware they will change the times the day of showing. I checked on a Wednesday the times for the next day on their website. Had a 6:45 time I wanted to go to since it was a 2.5 hr movie. When I get there the guy at the ticket booth says there is only an 8:20 show and they have been having issues with times changing. The poster outside still shows 6:45 as an option.

The piqua cinemark is very good I go there often. Unfortunately recently they have started making you reserve your seats ahead of time making the experience more expensive and less enjoyable.

Seats are broken down so much hard to sit in. They need to replace and update theater. Theater are better in Huber Heights.

All was good. The movie Last Full Measure is a must see.

I have always enjoyed coming to this theater. Very rarely crowded and always clean. Not sure how it survives based on occupancy of the lot when get an opportunity to visit. Recommend this place for an enjoyable movie experience.

Always a lovely experience at this theatre. Everyone is always kind and helpful. Pricy, but it is the nicest theatre in this little area so it could be worse. The next best imo is Huber Beights 16, which is a bit of a drive. All in all, good place to go to catch a film in this area

The tickets are very reasonably priced but the consessesions are ridiculously expensive. Great place to see a movie if you dont mind not having anything to eat or drink while you watch it.

Definitely the nicest theatre in the immediate area. The staff is typically courteous and friendly; and, they can usually get people taken care of fairly quickly even if they are busy. The food is overpriced, but, it always is at theatres. The seating is comfortable and spacious and there is a small arcade for kids. I do wish the facility was a little cleaner at times though.

I stood in line to get tickets and food for 15 mins because there was only person working.

My mom was taking my brothers and sister to see joker. Their all 16 and 17. On the website it says you have to be 17 or older with idea OR have a parent buy your ticket. Well my mom went to buy their tickets and she said my mom had to sit with them. Then my one of brothers went up and told her what the website said and she still said no. Dont watch movies here they awful employees.

My coworker and I had an event for students in our school. Between us we spoke to 3 different managers (who clearly did not speak to each other). We were to buy popcorn for 150 people. They could not give us an estimate of how much popcorn we would need and proceeded to give us 3 different prices each time we asked for a general quote. This was for a budgeted school event and we really struggled with getting answers. When we called after the event to discuss what had happened, we were placed on hold for a long while, and then were told that once the product leaves the concession area there is nothing they could do and treated us like we were teenagers.

This place has the best seats, watch an entire movie and not even realize you didnt have to squirm around in your seat to stay comfortable. That is a great thing in my mind. Full service snack bar, and you can buy refillable popcorn buckets,,YAY !!

It lacks the moving, reclining seats of newer places, but its clean and the seats are mostly fine. Ive gone to the late night Thursday release of every Marvel movie for the past couple years here. Popcorn is fresh, which also rules.

Bad lobby layout, nice theatres & bathrooms. Decor draws on the 1920s: gold/burgundy color scheme with art deco light fixtures & classic movie posters in the hallways. Ushers & concessions all really nice.

Great ticket prices compared to most cinemas. Wish it was closer to home. Food prices are high like most cinemas but worth it if I want popcorn. Like the seats kinda wish theyd get the recliners though.

Man its cold in this theater. I never took my parka off. I am looking forward to getting my car started and the heater on.

I typically enjoy Cinemark theaters however there was no ease of doing anything at this theater. The lines were long and slow from purchasing the tickets to obtaining food. The managers never interacted with people except in attempt to sell merchandise. It would have been nice, not to mention the right thing to do, if they would have supported their staff maybe by grabbing drinks or food while the customers are being rung up. Finally, the theaters were not cleaned up in between showings resulting in food all over the floor, sticky floors and dirty seats.

Great place took the kids there to watch a cartoon movie there chairs are comfortable, the movie was great, the kids had fun!! The only thing is the popcorn and snacks is kinda expensive to buy but if you have the extra time and money I would recommend going there and watching a movie with the family and have fun!!

We took our 4 grand daughters to watch Peter Rabbit. Wonderful movie!! We all enjoyed it

Man at the counter was extremely slow and unaware of pricing. Made many mistakes when cashing us out glad we got there 30 mins early cause ot took him 20 mins to get our drinks and snacks even asked him if it was his first day. To our surprise he replied no ive been here a long time... Once we finished with him it was a great experience fro. The very polite usher that took our tickets we walked into one of the cleanest theaters i have ever been in hreat sound clear picture and very comfortable seating not recliners but very plush.

All Ive ever really know is Cinemark. Its always clean, the employees are cheerful, and typically if there is a line at the concession it goes quickly.

This is a nice theater with great seats, sound and picture is superb. They also have great deals on drinks and popcorn if you take advantage of them. Cinemark also has an app that offers deals too. Movies are shown in 2d as well as 3d. I have a great time whenever Im there.

Came here due to a cancelled race at Eldora. This town is full of awesome people, we were treated with the upmost respect at every business. Couldnt be happier with our stay here in this town.

The staff here are really cool. I went to the late showing of a movie one time and we got there a little late and these awesome people restarted the movie for us since we were the only ones there.

Parking is a little funny - having to park across the ring road for the theater. Other than the unconventional parking, the theater was nice; temperature was good.

The place is a little cooler even when its cold outside but otherwise nice seating

I was overcharged by accident by fandango and the manager personally sent me a letter personally. He also told me that I could either go through contacting fandango or he would send me a free admission to another movie to cover the charge. I was perfectly happy with this solution. When I got the personalized letter it had TWO free admissions. Great customer service here!
