Nice little gem of a course in SW Ohio. The course itself is well-cared for and manicured. It’s challenging but also scoreable if played strategically, with elevation changes, a creek that runs throughout the course and some ponds, it was necessary to take into consideration on shot selections. The only negative would be some noise from the nearby highway that is heard on the front nine.Paul and his golf operations staff were so friendly and welcoming! They all greeted us with a warm greeting and a smile. Southern Ohio hospitality at its best.
Nice maintained course. I usually play with a group of 4 around 26-27 year olds and you can really tell we are not welcomed there by the older members. We are very respectful with everyone but it seems like the workers and members have a problem with us being there.
Course is in great shape. Even though we arent members everyone made us feel extremely welcome. Great experience.
Get place to play. Very friendly staff and a beautiful course. Plenty of family friendly events. Would highly recommend becoming a member. It is a gem in West Central Ohio.
Very friendly members and helpful staff - course was in great shape!
We could not have asked for a better venue for our daughters wedding. Absolutely everything was perfect!! The staff attended to every need without hesitation, The food was wonderful! We had nothing but raving comments from our guests, and they are still talking about the food days later. Leanne was a pleasure to work with. I have and will continue to recommend This venue to any one having any type of event. They are extremely accommodating. There is not enough positive things I can say!! I will end with this not ONE thing negative came out of this night, venue, or staff! Great Job to all the staff at Piqua Country Club and thank you for helping us give our daughter the wedding of her dreams!!!
Excellent food! They even had a gluten free and dairy free brownie on the menu! Thanks PCC for catering to those with food allergies! What a wonderful evening out!
My husband and I got married at the country club a year ago and we are still thrilled with our experience!! We had a great time and every staff member was willing to help with any need any of us had. Leanne was a HUGE help when it came to questions needing answers. She was on top of responding back to me within the day of my email or call. We chose one entree for our guests and everyone said they were pleased with the meal. I was ecstatic knowing each plate was coming out hot and well plated. The wait staff were very professional and gracious. Everything ran very smoothly and timely. There is a great place for the bridal party to get ready in the womens bathroom. Leanne made sure to keep us comfortable respectfully checking in on us to see if we needed food or drink. The ballroom and Congressional Room were great for an open space and offered plenty of room for everyone to dance or mingle comfortably. We held our ceremony out on the patio overlooking the golf course (always had been my dream). The greens were well manicured - they were beautiful!! We were able to walk down to take a few photos on the greens. The club grounds were well kept and every one of our photos turned out great! Our bartender was fantastic and it truly felt like he was part of the reception.Everyone had a great time and I was recommend anyone to check out the club for any occasion!!! I look forward to holding another occasion here!
Connie Baker is the best person working here 100%.
Connie Baker is the best bartender around, very polite and friendly.
Quaint atmosphere and welcoming staff. Food was delicious!! Such a special place!
Our daughter had a picture-perfect wedding reception at the Piqua Country Club. The entire staff at the PCC went out of their way to make sure all of our expectations were met. The food was delicious, and the wait staff was very professional. The services of the PCC event coordinator are invaluable. She assisted with all of our planning prior to the wedding. She was there on the wedding day, working with all of our vendors, managing the details, and making sure everything was running smoothly. The Piqua Country Club is a beautiful setting, but its the personalized service and attentiveness to detail that makes the PCC a top-notch wedding venue.
My boyfriends son got married on the patio and had the reception inside. They paid $20-25 per plate for 3 diff entrees. 26 guests didnt show up and they we were told we could not have the food boxed up and taken out due to policy. But when the extremely dry wedding cake was left over they fell all over themselves to box it up for us to take that home. We gathered outside before we left and happened to watch the staff walk out with over $500 worth of boxed up filet mignon. I think this is pretty bad. We are not complaining that we still had to pay for the meals, but we should have been allowed to eat them while there or else take them home, and if not they should have went in the trash instead of the staff getting to walk out in front if us with our food when we were not allowed to!!!!! There were many other small things that we simply just ignored, attitude, dead flies, etc... simply put I wouldnt recommend them to anybody wanting to book their wedding there.
Dishonest. Fraudulent. They took our cash deposit of $1100, for hall and catering, for a wedding and subsequently gave Notice that the Club would close its doors before our scheduled event. On several occasions they promised to refund our deposit and falsely claimed on several occasions we would receive a refund -- the last time it was to be no later than January .6, 2015. Our calls to the cell phone of Leanne Smith, Event Coordinator are met with hostility and evasiveness. Calls to the clubhouse, Mark Robert and Jessica Noland are unanswered and messages left are not answered.
Never been there
