My friend and I love this store has so many best ideas for romance and fun for my man the workers are so friendly and helpful I would recommend this place to all my friends

Tried to shop there. Was discriminated upon because of medical conditions the are worsened by wearing a mask. Will never shop there again. Was told my the store manager that it was a corporate rule that if I didnt wear a mask that I had to curbside shop. When I called corporate the customer service person told me that they couldnt do anything about it because all the stores are independently owned and operated. What a joke.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, but they constantly follow you and do not allow personal space. I feel like a child or criminal being monitored each time I have went in there. Today I slightly stepped behind the counter (not like I went for the register) to read the label on a package and was scolded by an employee in another section while the lady at the register didn’t seem to care and was answering my questions. Prices and selection are better online and you don’t have to feel the eyes on you constantly as you browse!

Workers followed us around in every section. We were being watched constantly. We wanted to talk about items we saw but the workers were literally standing right behind us so we had no privacy. Definitely didn’t want to support them after that experience.

My husband brought me in today to buy me a toy for while he’s at work. I told the girl that was working what I was looking for and she found exactly what I needed. The product is called The Satisfyer and omg does it satisfy. We tried it out as soon as we got home and I’m telling you...on the highest speed...I climaxed in 4 seconds.

Great experience took the time to help me find something that fit. The ladies working answered all our questions and ha great product knowledge.

Was returning from a trip to Michigan and decided to stop by the Piqua store on our return trip home. Employee inside did not greet any customers as we walked into the store and was very rude while in the store. My wife looked in the toy area and was stared at by the employee from near the entrance the entire time. Guess we wont bother with frequenting this establishment again in the future

I live this place. Its always clean and Ive never had anyone be rude. I do agree with others tho that there should be discounts available in store

Lies about return policy, and most items are very over prices. I wouldn’t recommend even walking in.

Very friendly and helpful staff. No pressure and they have an awesome selection. They test everything that is mechanical before you buy it and if its not up to standards they wont sell it to you. Will be shipping there again. .....
