Michaels

Everyone of the workers had their mask on and looks clean. One worker Jocelyn was really helpful props to her!!!

Very well organized store. Clean and tidy. Customer service is lacking a bit. People arent as friendly as other Michaels and getting help is hard at times but if you know what you need and can manage by yourself, this store is perfect for you. Its a little odd that you have to call for help from the framing department to get a code to use the restroom.

Not crowded at all.... everyone had on masks....had everything I needed and more...

Came for some art supplies to entertain the kids during their distance learning adventure and the store was clean and everything we needed in stock. The clearance section has alot of normally high dollars items for less than a few dollars. Definitely worth the visit.

Clean and fast shopping experience. Great coupon deals and overall great place to buy art supplies.

Clean, well-lit & teacher friendly (discount!) :)

The cashier was friendly & applied BOTH Teacher discount and a coupon for $12 off - even though I didnt show it. The store is well-lit & very organized. At 7:40 p.m. not crowded. The orange t-shirt was reduced to just $1.99. Pleased with our purchases & smart value!

So many things on sale and theyre still well stocked. If youre into arts and crafts, be sure to stop in there!

Very clean And kind employees and super helpful.

Well organized, fast checkout, decent choices

Clean. Friendly and knowledgeable staff

This location had more in sock than a few other locations. The staff was very helpful and kind. They had sanitizer at the entrance and exit. It was so convenient. I was very impressed and glad I made the 40 minute drive to this location.

Before you go, make a list, check to see what sales they have online and sign up to be a member, they have generous coupons. This Michaels is cool, clean the staff was light in the evening, but helpful. Always make a list of needs before entering this craters Paradis or else duh duh $$$ you will overspend.

Just found the love of Micheals lol. It’s in a nice shopping center with other stores. Staff is nice and items are usually in stock. In store pick up is quick and easy as well. They also offer fun stuff for the kids to build or make on the weekends.

Nice quiet place to go to during the day. Not a lot of people around 1pm. One of the rare Michaels place thats not super crowded during the day.

Michaels store was amazing and full of cute stuff. Theyve got tons of cool diy stuff here. And a nice selection of everything you need.

I asked one employee where to find 2 different things and she knew exactly which aisles to find them

I came here the other day to walk around and see what there was to offer and, as per usual, I ended up picking something up. Michaels is really good for a little bit of everything related to art. The staff there are super sweet! Shoutout to Alex and Ryan! Thanks a bunch!

One of my favorite Michaels stores, its just so far away now I dont drive in that area much anymore. But when I am in the area - Im definitely there. Store is well organized, great deals and helpful staff!

This is my closest crafting store, I would go elsewhere if I could. The selection and sales are great but the place is always a wreak and theres boxes everywhere.Biggest turnoff is the older employees are super unhelpful and rude, the younger employees are great.

Very good selection of things for crafts. I picked up some paint supplies for my nephews and I was surprised at how cheap it all came to. There are some really high quality supplies and some for just messing around, so plenty of options for everyone.

Great service stocked well

Love the place and like always great deals/sales.

Found what I needed & saw some great ideas. The cashier was friendly with a nice sense of humor.

Clean and safe to shop

Love to shop here. Normally has everything I need. And they always have coupons that you can find online.

Great place to create something out of items found in store and make money.

Great store big and clean this African American lady with stocking the shelves and she went over and beyond to help me only problem is when I got home both packs of jewels I purchase was missing jewels so I have to return them both

Very knowledgeable people here. Called them up to see if they had liquid nitrogen. They didn’t but took the time and helped me find potential locations where they could have it. Also is a great place to get science fair supplies

Michaels is a great Arts and Crafts Store.

All you can imagine for hand craft and more.

Has a decent selection of arts items.

They have everything you can pretty much think of when it comes to crafting and things of the art world! If you can think of something they dont have then maybe you could make it and sell it to the store!?!?

Very crafty place clerks very knowledgeable

Always has what I need.

They sell slime, amazin

Bought looms and yarns for crafting needs. Many options to choose in yarn section

A large art supply and arts and crafts store... That doesnt have mechanical pencils, graph paper or clipboards. Also was looking for rulers and found them Im 3 different locations they got there stuff mixed up hard to find anything co related near one another.

So many beautiful things.

The store was clean but honestly the candle section was huge let down, it was like an end cap that wasnt even nice. The section by the register was better but yeah Ill go to target instead.

Never had a dry moment. Crew has always been warm

Lots of crafty projects to keep busy. Always have good deals with coupon. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Amazing helpful staff made my visit so easy!

Good service

Theyve got tons of cool diy stuff here. And a nice selection of paints and brushes. The employees here are really nice and helpful and this place has a lot of good crafting stuff

Employees were friendly and helpful. Was able to access 60% off coupon on my phone for purchase. Will be back.

Customer service was excellent

Need to work on their customer service. Cashier and manager both sassed me over exchanging some $3 gift bags. I got 4 packs of the same bags and 1 pack had a quality issue - it was a different color and had a coating on it. But apparently that is not Michaels fault, it is my fault. I guess I missed the call to show up for quality control at the manufacturing plant in China that day.

My daughter are doing some crafting gifts for friends and starting her little business at school.Sale Price is depends what they wanted

Easy to find anything youre looking for. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. In store classes offered for both children and adults.

Always a good deal. Coupons are available for you to save some cash every trip!

Has everything you need to keep your kids positively busy

Reasonably priced frames and a lot to choose from

Ran in for a quick pick up of Crayons for Granchildren. Friendly Check Out Staff, Very Neat Organized Store. Well Stocked.

Lots of protects

Well stocked. Great selection. Framing department is professional and provided great frame work at reasonable prices and usually if there are coupons available you can save an adiioaddit 50-70% off.

Its your one stop cfrat shop. Fabric, foams, fillings, threads, bobbins, needle and embelishments galore.

Not for the disabled...no place to sit and chairs dont fit ...also the rewards some how werent in the computer ..so barley a 3 star

We shopped for about half an hour to decide what we needed for our project. Get to the register. And their atm/ credit card machine was down. If course we didnt have cash. Disappointing. Will get iur stuff at Party city.

The staff was helpful! They were getting ready for change of season. Very busy!

So many wonderful and fun things that can be found in this store. Michaels has a little to a lot of everything!! Everything you can think of and even what you cant. So many ideas can come out from this store. From being on a budget to high end stuff. Its great in there. I found some cheap water based paint and brushes for my little girls just for fun volcano project and i still left with some goodies for another time.

Always have what you need and always has great sales for whatever niche your into or want to get into

The only reason why I’m giving this place one star is because of one of the managers. She belittles and does not respect her staff as well as the customers. I was being helped by a great staff member who explained the process of using a coupon, meanwhile, her manager, Kathryn, kept looking our way. She kept starring even though she had her own customer to help. I asked the cashier why she was starring and said most likely it’s because she doesn’t allow anyone to do separate transactions. I told her I didn’t like it and I felt targeted because she kept starring at me and nobody else. She even paged her cashier asking if she was using the coupon twice. I was just appalled. I felt terrible and also did not like how she kept observing me and her cashier. The cashier looked as if she was scared of her and well, I could see why. Michaels shouldn’t have a overbearingly controlling manager. They shouldn’t let someone with a terrible attitude work customer service.

My favorite craft store! Lots of choices and the coupons are a big help.

The cashiers are always nice

Very nice people, helped a lot. Will go back again.

My daughter always finds her crafty needs at this store, plenty of parking friendly staff.

Carroll was awesome and super helpful

I like the floral selection, nice and clean. Friendly service.

Hard to find customer service to ask questions about products. Didnt see many employees until store was closing. No one asked us if we needed help until 5 minutes before the store closed.

Went with friends to hang out after a meal and the people there were very nice and the cashier was super friendly. Came from Antioch/Ronhert Park/San Bruno so it was nice seeing that no matter the Michaels, the service is great.

Great selection. Good quality. Inconsistent staff

I like this store its nice and its easy to find what you want.

Luv this store, so much fun, lots of great projects to do and soome of them they offer classes for . great to keep kids of all ages busy . Christine

Fantastic place for project supplies hope it never closes down

Its my go to store for crafts. Always have what I need and much more.

A little of everything here, for all types of hobbies. Its well stocked, and staffed, always clean & organized. Frame dept. Is another plus, with helpful people. It isnt an art store its an arts, crafts & hobby store.

Excellent customer service. I ordered a custom frame and the service was outstanding

Nice Birthday Party. Happy birthday Jade

Staff helpful and friendly

Had my Granddaughters birthday party there, it was awesome. Thanjs Julie, Danny and Lawrence

Shelves were pretty empty today, probably because its so close to Christmas. It did not look like it usually does.

Went here for Happy Planner items and unfortunately their selection was small/limited. The part that I really disliked was that everything was a mess! Everything in the planner section was torn through, misplaced, and unorganized.

Good supply of spring and easter items at 50% off

Great deals and customer service.

Helpful pleasant staff. Great sales

Didnt have the selection I was expecting

Great for ideas and browsing

Great place for artist

There are always good deals here especially if you get the coupons online

I wish Michaels caries fabric too. They store was clean and well staffed, but you have to find an employee get access to the restroom

I like this Michael store and location. It has easy access from the freeway, ample parking and carries products I use that other hobby shops dont carry.Michaels also has very friendly staff.
