Been there multiple times & I have enjoyed myself every time. The movies are crisp and the sound Sound System is tops. The Theater is clean the food court is great. I never felt in a uncomfortable situation. Great family experience!!!

So they had no pretzel bites. No nachos and it was gonna take 40 minutes to get a hotdog. But The new mutant movie was good

I had previously put 5 stars here. Today while waiting for a movie after a stressful few months I was surprised with a political commercial that was heavily one sided. It would be nice to take a break from the constant bombardment from the elections.

Few people there went early for 11 am show we were prepared to leave if to crowded or felt unsafe but it was great and we saw 42 about Jackie Robinson wonderful movie

I love the remodel. Yes I know it has been that way for a while but they do a good job of keeping the place clean. Not saying it is sterile or immaculate but i font stick to floor or crunch over popcorn when entering and the seats get wiped down often. The price is good. Concessions are good size if overpriced but what do you expect at a theater. I like the assigned seating, saves trouble and if you look online for seat availability do not leave your maybe selection on the ones you want if you are going soon because it can actually put a fake temp reserve on them if you buy at kiosk or ticket counter. They have some okay food choices and will deliver to you in the theater if you ask. Long live reclining theater seats!!!

If the snack bar was a little nicer I would give 5 stars. But the employee had about the same personality of a stone. Also there are no butter machines so you can add your own.However the seats are great !!! Full reclining and no need to get up when people need to pass you. Super spacious and comfortable

Nice place in the lobby, first time here. Saw a first show of the day, got to my seat and there was a bread crust in the cup holder on one side and some slimy used Kleenex in the other cup holder. Gross. No one available to clean the mess, the show was sold out so couldnt change seats.Prices are pretty steep, even Disney is cheaper.$6 for a bottle of water, small bag of popcorn another $6.

We love the rocker seats!! Really clean! Happy staff. Everyone is really sweet. I think I embarassed my son trying to set him up with a concessions girl but all in all it is always a joy to go to Regal Park Place.

Have been going there since it opened...many upgrades over the years ..love the comfy seats n snacks. Staff changes often, but they are all friendly. Gotta love it

One of my very favorite places to go. Regal does half price popcorn on Tuesday for regal members! 5$ movies on Tuesday.Thats 21$ for a date night. With popcorn and a drink! Refillable!But who can get up during a good movie lol

Honestly sad. There was only 4 ppl in a movie that just came out. It was a ghost town throughout the place.

Well, I would give it more stars if the theater played the correct movie. Went to see JoJo Rabbit and The Joker came on instead. The theater said they could not show movie and we could get a refund. It was the only showing for the day....who is managing the projectors?!? Loading the right film should be your number one goal.

This place continues to reinvent itself to make my movie watching experience that much more fun it seems like everyone I come back theres something new added. If you want to catch a great movie in a great theater this is where you need to come.

Without a doubt the best place to see a movie. Friendly people and great food. Dump the Cobb and go Regal. You will be happy you did.

This is a really nice theater. There is stadium seating which is very comfortable. The screen and the sound is perfect. The people that work there have smiling, friendly faces. Normally priced and great tasting concessions with lots of choices.

Great theater. But the lines at the snack counter are always incredibly long and move very slowly. Every single time, they are long and slow. It would be great if they could open up another register during slams.

The place is great. The price of movies is a bit cheaper than other theaters. I love the seats, very comfortable. Video quality is great, they only complain that I could hear the near room’s subwoofer while watching my movie, this happened multiple times while watching the movie. Beside that everything else was great

Good place to be if you like movies. Concession staff is friendly but a bit slow, so plan accordingly. Everyone is very friendly, place is decently clean, very low- key vibe.

Great seats and screens. By far worst concession stand of any theatre. I come once or twice a week and always 1 or if lucky 2 people working it. 20 minute wait everytime for a popcorn. Get there hour early if you expect to see any previews or start of your film.

Not enough ticket sellers but it was clean. The concession stand had something for everyone. The seats were very comfortable and the reclined smoothly.

You gotta love the reclining seats! We signed up for the Unlimited Movie package. Well worth it if you see more than 1 movie a month.

It’s not always the cleanest, and they don’t really have any specials like COBB’s $5 tuesday tickets, but the staff is what makes this place great. i have never had an issue here. I had to leave in the middle of a movie and a worker saw me and insisted on helping me get a refund. absolutely fantastic customer service.

My daughter treated me to the movies for my birthday...it was so much fun to be able to recline back in the chairs and watch one of the best movies...The Black Panther...it was an awesome day, especially spending it with my daughter

Best place to watch movies

Seen the movie no problem. Got some snacks but needs a upgrade. Went in to sit was not very clean but 5 mins before move they came in and swept the floor.

I love coming here. The Unlimited pass was the best thing ever!

Great cinematic experience in the RPX theater and great assistance from the staff helping me bring my snacks to my seat. A huge help to those with physical challenges.

First and likely only visit. Expensive!! Price for a Monday 3:45 show was over $11 with tax. Ordered a cheeseburger, since it was same price as a small popcorn. One person working the concession stand. That left nobody at the counter to wait on customers while she went to either cook or check on burger. Folks walked away. The seats were comfortable. You could hear the loud parts of the adjoining theatre. It sometimes drowned out the dialogue for the movie we were watching.

I took the kids out to have a movie night and really enjoyed the movie. It was a little wait at concession due to it being busy but food prices are reasonable. Seats are nice and comfy, the movie screen and audio was perfect. Well definitely be back as usual.

One of the more visually appealing theaters i have been to. Stood out immediately when i walked through the doors. My one issue was with the new seats that vibrate/shake witj the movie. They are far too sensitive and go crazy with slightest thing in the movie. Quite annoying. Everything else was great.

Like the movies and there food boxes but I wish they add like vegan burger or something else aside to chicken.theu do have onion rings and an drinks.cheese stick are good too. Wish the food wasnt so expensive but you download the app you get free food .with unlimited movies pass.

Great screens and has all the recent movies (as a theater should) but no reclining seats and youll spend your life savings on snacks. What makes it better is if you go to the Dollar tree right next door, which is well aware that youre going to a movie afterwards, and buy snacks there. Other than the theater it is in a really cool plaza and the surrounding area has some really great restaurants like Olive garden and Cheddars.

Very open and easy to navigate. This theater is always clean. They also have security guards so you feel safe.

The worst experience with my family! We bought 7 tickets for Jumanji Next Level the movie itself was great but the service and the organization of the theater was the worst! They over sell the seats, so we have a couple problems to get our seats because they didnt registered them correctly! And we finally changed our movie to late one! The manager was rude with no intentions to help! Finally our last visit!

I love this place it even has a bar for the adults but bring your ID five stars all the way reclining seats and all!

Beautiful theater kept surprisingly clean (kudos to the hardworking staff for doing a great job dealing with the mostly slovenly movie-going public).Great sound, seats, screens, etc. Spacious seating. Usual snacks. Regal insists on the bizarre policy of keeping free-flowing salt away from customers and using old school soda fountains, but admittedly, it probably helps with the cleanliness.They also have a nice little arcade to pass the time here, too. All around nice theater.

Do not trust their prices. They say on line that their matinee times are until 4 pm then when you get there they charge you the full price. Then when you question them on it they tell you that it is your mistake and say that you shouldnt wait until the last minute. I WILL NOT RETURN TO REGAL!!!! Cobb is just a few minutes down the road. They now get my money. I also find it funny that they only respond to the good reviews and could care less about the people that give them poor reviews.

Not happy about the switch to Pepsi products and no refills, have to buy another drink or popcorn.

They have booze! Which makes the long lines with poorly trained and horribly understaffed employees tolerable. But hats off to the 3 young ladies that tried to appease everyone & who where also seen cleaning the lobby h bathrooms after the show. Jay & silent bob reboot was great! Sadly our seats werent one was sticky & one was broken (a recliner stuck open). After the show got a refund for the seat they already new about the problem but didnt have time to fix it before the showing. Over all a good night

Okay just let me know when the Movie is actually going to be starting...25 minutes past the advertised starting time and the movie hasnt started. Better to stay home and watch commercial after commercial than to pay extra for them and waste your money and time.

One of the nicest theaters I have ever been in. They had relaxing reclining seats, and had a place for the kids to go run around and play in the arcade room, it has the old time bubble gum machines which brought back great memories, they had a very well-stocked gandy and drink area and they serve food on a tray that attach to the seats in the theater.The theater was clean and smelled pleasantly like popcorn not like dirt and the staff was extremely pleasant and easy to get along with. The one time I did have a problem with the movie they instantly gave me free passes to come back any other time I wanted and watch a different movie. My only discontent is the cost of the food and drinks. I think if they were more reasonable more people would buy them. Other than that they rate a plus in my mind.

Someday the price of popcorn and soft drinks at movie theaters has got to come down. Today the concession area was filthy and there was one person serving. 4:30

Good clean theater with easy parking. My only complaint is I tried to order tickets online and they charge an extra $1.50 convince fee Per Ticket. If anything ordering online should be discounted since you arent using one of the employees. In this day and age using online services to purchase should not cost extra and if anything should be discounted. Your business model should be moving everyone online so you dont have to pay some pot head teenager minimum wages to click buttons.Another note the line for tickets was super long when they have touch screen machines right there to order tickets. Just use those and skip the line.

Regal is an awesome place to see a movie! The reclining seats are so good! Reserved seating can be nice if you plan things out. And sometimes its a pain if you go on a whim, especially with friends. Their seats are super comfy and theyre usually kept pretty clean. If anyone is wondering theyre a Coke purveyor. They have your standard movie theater fare as far as food goes, popcorn, sodas, nachos, pretzels, ice cream, etc. From the selection Ive had its all pretty tasty but its just SO expensive! The mark up is ludicrous! But if you have the app sometimes you can get coupons/ discounts that are a bit more reasonable. (Im sorry guys I still sneak in a box of candy.) I believe they now also have alcoholic beverage options as well. No complaints as far as the quality of the movies either.

Person at refreshment stand wasnt very friendly and you couldnt hear him. Otherwise not bad. Price for refreshments was high.

Ive been going to this place for a while and have always loved the staff. Whether its an issue with seating or something wrong with the cinema there always understanding and always have great service. Well definitely go here for all my theater needs.

If I could make a suggestion, clean tybee urinal traps in the bathrooms. They REEK. also periodically check them so customers are not subjected to floating brown logs due to other customers laziness. Lastly, 2 people working concessions on a Saturday? Really? . Theatre itself is good, seats are comfortable and the picture was clear. I picked the RPX theatre but could tell mo difference in sound.

The recliner was great very clean popcorn can not be beat and by the way the movie was great too.

The theater is still in good condition the concessions were horrible they only had two people on duty and the lines were so long incredibly long. yet at the same time their bar had a bar man who is serving nobody. The seats were comfortable and the screen was beautiful. The bathrooms were basically maintained but there was still a bad smell.All in all its an aging theater that is still not doing too bad

Omg! Sunday and big line, only one person for sale the tickets. Need put more attention for customers dont wait long time. Special when the hour for start the movie is close.

Went to an AARP preview movie and the theatre was very comfortable. Snacks are expensive and I had no idea how much normal tickets cost. Very expensive but the comfort made it all worth the free show we saw....even though the movie was not real good.

The time online and the actual movie time were different, but that’s the least of our concerns. When we first got to the ticket booth, we encountered Martha who seemed a little short and snappy with us but we figured it was late and she probably just wanted to go home. So we sat down in the theater seats and waited for half an hour and nothing but loud evevator music was playing. After the movie should’ve started, or even the previews, we went out to the lobby and asked the man checking tickets what was going on. He said he would fix it. We sat there another ten minutes and nothing happened. So we walked back out there and they got the manager. The manager was very nice and told us that he would skip all of the previews for us since we were running short on time for our sitter. We went back to the theater and the movie started for us but there was no sound, only the loud elevator music from before. So we went out to the lobby for a third time and we were completely out of time for our sitter by the time the movie would play. We just wanted our money back by that point. The manager said “of course” and brought us around to the ticket booth and told Martha to refund us and told us we would get free movie tickets. Martha didn’t want to give us our refund and said we had to have all of our movie tickets in order to get the refund. She still denied giving us the money refund and instead the manager had to come straighten it all out. We’ve never had problems at this theater, it’s been one of our favorites. But employees seem to be the problem, as the manager was very nice and willing to take care of the problem.

Best theatre Ive been to. Very clean, recliner seats are soft and comfortable. Movie and snack prices are steep but all in all a very enjoyable experience.

Wow bought tickets online and they sell the seats to 3 diferent people after 30 mins of trying to solve the problem they give me tickets to see movie another day.i try that same night different hour and they said they were sold out only first row was available and we took it and it was us and 5 more person in there. will never go there again.the service to buy a popcorn and soda was lousy the guy treat us like he didnt want us there its was more like we were spanish and they are racist thats what i feel like when they treat us that way and this is a group of 8 people spending money and we are all US citizens.

My daughter & I have a little tradition with going to the movies late Sunday morning. Very nice theater. One thing though....I purchased tickets, for my daughter & I, to see the last Tyler Perry movie. Featuring Madea. We had a VERY small selection of seats to choose from. We were entirely TOO close to the screen. My daughter happened to look behide us and the theater was practically empty. Ill never understand why were we subjected to that kind off treatment. Happy to say.....it only happened once.

Certainly one of the worst Regal Theaters. Some staff very snarky with attitude (black woman at ticket counter) and management just going through the motionsThere are so many better choices - Cobb is an A, where this Regal is a D.Theater is nice, movie selection good - need to replace management and some employees who can’t spell customer service - let alone provide it.
