This Michaels location is nice. A bit smaller than others but still has a good selection. You must go when they have 50% off sales and always use a coupon for a % off any items not on sale. Always an enjoyable experience to browse for as much as an hour with few customers around to bother you, thats why I love Michaels.

I experienced a glitch trying to make a purchase on their website. I went to the store in person for purchase and cashier listened, was helpful and with help of her manager made it work. I like Michaels. While I shop periodically in store for a variety of things 99% of the time I am shopping for yarn. I dont know if its only in Florida or nationwide, but Michaels has decreased their offering of yarn selections greatly in their stores. While I still shop online with them for yarn from time to time when they have good sales there is no substitute for being able to see and touch the yarn in store. I am very disappointed they have decided to decrease their offerings in store. I hope they choose add back the isles they slowly took. Especially in areas that move higher volumes as the shelves are not restocked often enough.I was in last night with my best friend and we found a new yarn we had not seen before, and couldnt quit thinking about. We didnt purchase it, but we are coming back today for it! Lol.Im sure Ive seen it online many many times, but I did not take any notice.Some products, things like yarn are worth having in store because the consumer really needs to be able to see it up close and personal. Its such a personal item that being able to touch it makes the consumer more apt to walk out with multiple purchases.

My daughter and I were looking for a fun way to spend the afternoon so we popped into Michaels for inspiration! We walked the store and ended up choosing to decoupage flowerpots. The store had the idea, the supplies and helped us create a beautiful mother daughter day! Thank you

I like this Michaels, but its not the best. Most Michaels are pretty much the same. its not a huge Michaels. Theyre neat, clean, organized. The bathrooms are clean. They always have enough cashiers to handle the checkout line, which I love. Thats really a great feature. I choose Michaels over Joann any day. I also love that they accept competitor coupons. Thats great.

Besides the fact that if the apocalypse came I would want to be stuck inside Michaels (with food of course), they had the spring form cake pan I needed to make my sons birthday cheesecake, I couldnt find it at 3 other stores lol.

Well I was disappointed going here, although I know the pandemic scared everyone, when I asked a simple question about a zipper, I thought it could be used a different way so I had other questions. Well the one girl helping me wanted to give me an opinion that did not help. Either way I went somewhere else and found out the way I suggested to the associate here, could be done and her and 3 other girls laughed at the way I thought it could be used. Which what I thought could be done and she said no. I bought the same zipper elsewhere and did it the way I suggested and it works great.

Web says they are open, but sign on door says closed. Great, I drove here to purchase additional yarn. A web purchase will take days and incurr shipping costs. But wait it gets better. I then called a second store to see if they were open. Recording says check web page, OPEN, but no-one answering phone. Cant fool me twice with web page information being out of date.

This is a typical Michaels. Its clean and bright and well stocked with everything from yarn to woodworking products. The staff is nice and friendly. The things are easy to find although wandering the store can be fun. The prices are fair and there are a lot of sale items. This is at a strip mall so theres plenty of parking.

This is a small store, as Ive been told by several staff there. They often dont have items Im looking for/in need of and I end up ordering online (if I can wait) or going to the Michaels in St. Petersburg, if I need something immediately. The staff is friendly and helpful. If youre browsing, its a good store. If youre looking for something specific, Id call first to have them check to see if they have it.

I came here because I could not get 3 skeins of the same dyelot in another Michaels. I was impressed with the yarn selection and display. Every bin was full. In contrast with the other store, you can tell that yarn is a priority here. When a 3rd person came to the line, another cashier was called. Very pleasant experience

Love this place its my toy store! I always spend way to much here because they have so many sales you can get carried away but because so many items are on sale you get many things for your money. They have actual kid toys too. Its great to get them started on crafting and many fun kid orianted projects with everything you need in one box.

The store is great. I mean I live arts and crafts so I might be biased. I wish it were slightly cooler in the store. Its not as big as the one on 66th, but it has LOTS to offer! The staff was helpful.

Cashiers are always friendly, will help you stack coupons and work to get you the best deal possible on your purchase. Always well stocked! Sometimes it can be hard to find help on the floor, but its not that big of a place. Clean and bright.

I like the place, it has a Lot of what the artist need, but a little overpriced for my taste, discounts and stuff like that, are only to get just a little closer to Amazon prices, so, you cant find better bargains here... Anyway, if online shopping is not your thing, youll find this place to have almost everything you may need. I suggest to try AOE art supplies as well.

They have a nice selection a products and they also offer coupons. But they are double the price so when you add the coupon youre actually getting it for the retail price. Also you cant use the coupons on any product thats on sale

This location is pretty big but houses a small bead/jewelry section. Their seasonal section is usually the focal point and carries a significant amount of items. The staff did struggle helping me complete a custom order; it seemed as if they werent up to date with the promotions corporate was emailing out to the public.

One of my favorite stores! I could spend hours in here! They always have good deals and sales. If you need anything crafty, this is your one stop shop!

Staff could use more training in finding things at the store. I asked for an aluminum tin and she said she didn’t have any, next thing you know I turn around to the next isle and there are dozens. Just saying it’s not that hard to double check when a customer asks you.

This is my local Michaels, but Ive had some really good interactions here. The staff are polite, knowledgeable, and have gone out of their way to help me. In particular the members of the framing department have taken time to help me figure out their craft; I really think you cant go wrong here.

Love Michaels! You can always pull up coupons on you phone. Sometimes lines are long and doesnt move as fast but they had a great and fast system during the holidays.

My experience was terrible. I could not find the item I needed, couldn’t find any employee to help! There was a cashier wearing a T shirt “Breaking News....Nobody cares” and that matched her attitude precisely! She said the item was probably locked up with the spray paints, so how do I buy it if there’s nobody to unlock the cabinet? I drove quite a distance to Micheal’s after verifying the item was available. The entire Fine Art Dept was barren, no employee in site. I waited 5 min while the cashier looked bored and unconcerned. I will not be shopping at Micheal’s in the future!

Any time you need materials for your personal craft I highly suggest you go to Michaels because they have such a wide variety of items and the staff does a great job at what they do would totally recommend to anyone who is interested in making slime or building stuff

This is my favorite craft store around. They carry a WIDE variety of products. Pretty much anything you want, they have it, and usually at a good price. The staff is helpful at checkout and will scan any applicable coupons when available. They provide an enjoyable shopping experience. Its my fault that I shop too long and spend too much money. Personal flaw. Its a very good store.

I went into Michaels to get 2 prints framed. The man behind the counter was very knowledgeable and made good suggestions. He even checked another store to see if their prices were better so he could use those prices instead of Michaels. The only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars, is the turn around period...I have to wait 2 weeks for the prints to be framed.

We lucked out several weeks ago and hit a 70% off sale and went crazy buying tons of paints and canvas. My husband has been painting ever since and we didnt even start before this! The store is tons of fun just to shop and browse, they have everything from beginners to expert level equipment and material. Tons of mediums for crafts of all kinds, your imagination is the limit!

OMG, its kinda paradise for me

This is the go to craft store that has everything you need for almost any project. They seem to do a good job at keeping up on their stock of regular merchandise....shelves were full, well maintained and tidy. Beyond this, the staff were very helpful and gave me the impression that they were happy I was there.

Pretty large and has a couple items my store didnt have but I feel Michaels as a company doesnt rotate their products enough to keep it interesting so it can be pretty boring if youre just popping in. Also the prices when compared to Joaans fabrics and walmart/target are slowly getting higher and higher :^/

If you are crafty, this is the place! I usually go along with my wife as she is the creative one in our family. But, I always find interesting things while there with her.

Michaels can be an addictive store. All the beautiful items and good pricing. If I let myself I could spend a fortune there.

Went to get my lithograph framed last month, the store was 70% off so it cost about $200 (its doable). The staff was really helpful with deciding the mats to use for framing, and they even extended my completion date for my ridiculous shipping on said lithograph. I didnt even see the damn thing before I tossed it their way and when I went in to see it; I was blown away. The mats they used complimented the print perfectly, and the distressed outer frame a wonderful touch. I would certainly recommend it when on sale, but I believe it is well worth the wait.
