Excellent place for a childs party. Reasonable price, great service, and good location. Their atmosphere, furniture, food, and rides are for children 7 and under only.

I found this place as the parent more enjoyable without the mildly lewd and very loud music.when we arrived their was music playing that in my mind was not appropriate for the children so I assume its for the parents. However, it was eventually turned off. ( I dont know why) and to me, everyone including the parents still seem to be enjoying the place. The young lady working was very pleasant and patient with the children. The facility is clean and bathrooms are very clean. My children want to come back so thats all that matters....

This was a wonderful gym! We dropped in from out of town and had a blast! Great layout and clean. It was a good workout and the people were friendly. Overall good time!

The kids had so much fun they didnt want to eat. It was for my great grandsons birthday party. Must wear socks. Reasonably priced

Great play place for the kids. Ball pit with several slides. Trampoline to get out that crazy toddler energy, and party/movie room.

I just want my 100.00 back from booking a party for April. No one never told me the return policy. They shut down because of the so called pandemic. I dont want to bring my grandbaby there just return my money.

Absolutely amazing place to bring the little ones and have watch them have fun. Super clean, very friendly and helpful stuff and I had a birthday party in June for my daughter and she still talks about it! Highly recommend and would give 10 stars if I can !

This place was ok for the price. We went while a birthday party was going on. The bigger kids knocked the younger ones down. The staff were just sitting at the desk. No supervision. At all!!When we first went in they offered 10% off If you write a GOOD review about the place. They don’t really have much for the bigger kids to do. Ages 8+Hope this helps

Small venue and limited seating for parents. Very few outlets to charge your phone, if needed. They do birthday parties here. Bathrooms were clean amd theres a water fountain. Good for a quick play (1 hour-ish). Definitely designed with toddlers amd young kids in mind...

Kids had a great time until it got too crowded. :( Small, but very engaging and entertaining. Minus one star for not appropriately capping the number of children playing at one time. Notwithstanding, I would definitely go again, though I would suggest going at a quiet time, and calling ahead to make sure no parties or large groups are at the facility.

Great place for the little ones to play

Pros: Location is accessible, in the middle of a plaza where most kids dont have anything similar nearby. Affordabl-ish, discount for multiple kids is nice. Safety, has a toddler gate to prevent escapes and safety foam everywhere. Hole in the wall also means its not terribly crowded.Cons: Hours, short and events that reserve the facility arent posted so call ahead. Dated, just has that worn in feeling like it needs fresh paint but you can tell they try to keep up. Supervision, this place has no employees watching kids play its up to the parents. Safety, the no employees also means an abduction could very easily take place.I do recommend this place for the occasional visit but on a nice day Id much rather just go to the local free park.

My girls loved it. Its a small place but it packed with lots of fun that your little ones would love. I love that you are able to bring your own food as long as it is not in the play space. What I didnt like that it is very popular meaning if its too crowded and over capacity you will not be allowed in.

The attendant was really nice. The kids had a ball. I had to hold my older kids back because it looked so fun. Very entertaining.

I was in MD for a family outing and I bump into this place by chance! The staff is very friendly and the price is so reasonable. My little one had a blast as he explores every single thing they had to offer; from the slides with the ball pit to the trampoline to this big slide in a shape of a dragon. Defiantly will go there again.

Great fun for my 2yr old. Place is clean and has good wifi. Plenty of play space for kids and a separate area to eat. Ive been twice already and plan to go again

They need to have the age limit be 4 and under. The big kids were climbing slides, etc while I am trying to teach my 2 year old not to do those things. Also, require parents to watch their kids. Several times, kids were not being watched and not making the best choices.

We are here now.My grandson loves it here.It has a ball area with slinding board,Merry go round with toddler rides.They have a trampoline area,Slinding board that lights up,and other things.You can use Groupon to get a discount for 2 kids.You were. Socks,they have cubbíes for shoes.They sell socks,and snacks.They have a room for birthday parties.Very colorful and play kid tunes.They have several bathrooms.Parents can sit play area but have socks on.After 2vhours,they are worn out.Ready for a nap.

Great experience! Not crowded today and it was very clean. My 18month old had lots of play options. The staff was nice. The patrons were nice too. They have 2 bathrooms and one w a changing station. Good value for the price. We will definitely return.

Maybe you can add a rule of not allowing sick kids to enter like other indoor playgrounds. I bring my children and pay entree fee only to stay there for 15 minutes, because a careless parent decided to bring her very sick kid to play, knowing that other kids will get sick! but she didn’t care! The kid kept coughing and sneezing, so we decided to leave right away! Waste of money!

Great place for young kids! The age limit is 7 and the whole place is kid proofed even up to the walls. Everyone was very friendly and the prices are more than reasonable, only complaint is I wish the seating area (outside of the play area) can get crowded because its so small. Will definitely be returning with our son!

Just had my sons birthday party here. Everything was perfect. The staff members Nicole and Victoria were extremely nice, professional and accommodating. All the kids had a great time. They did a wonderful job setting up the decorations prior to the party and taking the decorations down after the party. The party ran a little over but they did not give me a hard time. I highly recommend this place for parties or just to stop in for a day of play.

Great place to take the kids on a rainy day. Get there early and enjoy!

Bubalas is very good for really young children. I am talking like no older than 3 or 4. Its just very small and the older ones get bored. Also since its so small the older kids run all over the smaller ones. So i would definitely recommend for up to 3 maybe four years old

Loved it but it could have more options for older siblings who may have to tag along.

Was not pleased at all too many children at one time, no supervision from staff all they did was sit at the desk. The place smelled like a gym locker. I dont think that I would come back here on a weekend.

I gave this place 1 star because the juice box is 1.50, the bathroom wasn’t clean. It smells very bad as soon as you walk in & not enough space.

We love this place! Clean, fun, and great for kids 2-6. Ball pit, but not so deep stuff can be lost in it. Slides, rides, and a trampoline bunch house. Play all day, cant beat that! Hoping they open one in Laurel soon!

I had my daughters birthday. I couldnt breath inside because A/C was broken. Kids were running my daughter was soaking wet. When party was over i asked for a discount i was told it wasnt their problem that A/C was broken. Even if they gave me something off that would show that you guys care about your customers but no. Thats why such a low rating

This place is amazing, the staff is super friendly and professional, and the manager Nicole is AMAZING she is extremely helpful and sweet . My daughter enjoyed her time playing there and keeps begging me to go back ! The prices are great and you have the option to stay all day which is great! I defiantly recommend this place to anyone with kids that are 7 years old an under :)

I was underwhelmed. My 4 year old was too big in my opinion for the features. She was there with friends, which made it enjoyable. Also byowater, because a little bottle of water was $4!!!!! Too bad the weather wasnt better to just go to a playground. *Edit after they replied to my review, I paid cash for the water there, so if it should have been $1 your worker pocketed $3.

My son loves this place! I feel comfortable letting him discover the equipment pretty independently. He’s three.

We went here for a play date and had a blast. My sons brand new white socks turned almost black. When I posted it out to the gal working the register, she did not care. Ewww

If your kid is up for a multi hour session its a fantastic deal. Good food and drink can be had right next door in the beats between play.

Its a great little place for small kids to place in a nice safe seemingly clean environment but my only problem is they need to put a limit on how many kids can come at one time because it is very small and they need to put an age limit on the kids that are able to come play there because this place is clearly meant for small kids and there are kids there as young as 1that can play among 4and 5year olds and be safe and have a great time but it makes no sense to let kids 7or older come to a place like this because they run wild and have very little regard for the small children that are meant to be there

Nice indoor playground for toddlers and kids located in the heart of Pikesville. Conveniently located right next to Mama Leahs Pizza and Goldbergs Bagels Restaurants. There is a seating area on the side for parents to watch their kids. Bubalas is relatively new so everything is clean and shiny and hopefully it will stay that way. The prices are a little expensive but its the only indoor playground of its type in the area. My kids love going there and stay for hours each time without getting bored.

Packed with children but only one attendant/cashier working. The facility itself was pretty clean amd well kept, but there was definitely a lack of parental or employee supervision which would make me leery of going back with small children

It was crowded and not safe. The age limit needs to be lowered and enforced. Age limit is 7 but there were kids who were at least 10 playing and being ridiculous. They were swinging on the merry go rounds, kicking around in the ball pit, running around not paying attention, etc. I saw only two staff on duty.
