Chuck E. Cheese

This location is old school to me. Lots of fond memories. I can here as a kid I took nephews, nieces, small cousins and eventually my own children here. I would say this location is at least 30 years old. With that being said it has been modernized and the really cool features have been removed ( the coolest was the child sized entrance door and the mouse hole at the stage for kids to entire in that had strope lights). Customer service is consistent and good and the food as well. You will be pleased.

I love this place! There are so many games and the food is good. I ordered pizza and it was delicious

Its really fun. Food was great, (double stuffed pizza, desert) and even if you are not going to book a party here, you can still have very fun just by getting some pizza and a table. The games were fun, and the prizes were great.

We just miss going to Chuck e cheese my grandson is missing it and we love their pizza and their hot wings and we just had to have some so it was wonderful that they had these deals going on and you can call and order and go and pick it up thank you Chuck e cheese

Celebrating my granddaughters 5th birthday. Our experience was great! The employees were on point with the decor, food and drinks. My granddaughter had an amazing time!

I have not been to Pico Rivera’s Chuck E. Cheese since I was a young girl and wow how’s it changed! it’s so nice and clean !!!! I live in Huntington Beach and I go to the Chuck E. Cheese on harbor Blvd in Costa Mesa with me kids and let me tell you Pico riveras Chuck E. Cheese is so much nicer and cleaner!!!!!!! All the workers gave excellent customer service and the manager was walking around disinfecting all the game machines !! Like wow ! I stopped going to the Chuck E. Cheese in Costa Mesa because it smells like feet and the service sucks there! ...Thank you Pico Rivera Chuck E. Cheese for being nice and Clean!!!!!!!!!

This place is better than the Peck Roads one. Its bigger and newer. My kids love it. However, I hope it has slide or jumping for the kids

Fun had fun for my sons 4th birthday

My kids love the pizza and mi too

The pizza is really good! took grandson and my friends kid...they had a blast!we got there when they opened so it was practically empty...the people that work there are really nice! ️

I like my grand kids enjoyed it very much. You have come along way.

This is the 2nd year I celebrate my sons birthday! Workers do an absolutely great job to make sure the party is a success! Thank you Paulina and Paul!

It was fun. The pizza was really good. But, will this location be removing its animatronics anytime soon? I really liked how this one had all 5 of them..

My little nephew and his guests had an awesome time here. Best of all everyone gets to leave without cleaning up

Me n my family favorite place to go when is was open.

The kids had a blast but the crew need to learn more about costumer service I spend over 200 dollar but with I asked for a bag so one of my kids put his tickets they told me they werent allowed to give bags even the manager said sorry we cant give bags so I have to take my kids some were us I drove from long beach to have a bad experience Im a manager to and you do were ever make costumers happy.

Celebrated my sons birthday, Server was attentive to my party of approximately 40 guest. Kept my food coming as ordered and drinks stayed filled. I usually dislike this place but my Birthday experience was a good one!

Its a place where kids love to be all the time. Is perfect because they dont get hurt.

Very good food but very expensive to have a birthday party here.

A little too expensive for just 5 people.Really nice works, managers were polite also in training. Jackpot (for tickets) when workers were testing all the games.

Great place to your kids birthday party. Your kid will feel super special on his/ her day.

Great salad bar but a little smaller than other chuck e chesses

The pizza was good. The host was pleasant. The prices were Alittle high. But the kids did have fun

Great place for the kids to run around acting crazy as well as burn of energy. All the while the parents can rest and wont have to worry. Kids can not leave unless hand stamp matches adult.

Best Pizza Ive had in a while. So i didnt mind that the soda was flat

Great service and all. But the coordinator for my sons birthday party didnt let us know the unlimited game play wasnt added on to our bill, when we added it online.

Had a wonderful time with my grand daughters! Thank you all the staff and Chuck much love!

Fun for the kids, clean and good customer service for adults. We come at least once a month

Sensory sundays are the best. Thank you chuck e for implementing this.

The stuffed crust was definitely worth the 2 extra dollars. Salad bar was ok kinda gross that there was ice in ranch and when I told the employee she just put on a glove and fished it out with a spoon it, when she should have switched it. It was all watery and gross! But besides that had a great time.

Not as noisy as it use to be, but still noisy. Grand son had a great time. Although it was is a bit expensive.

Our only good experience was meeting Chris Ortiz hes one of the managers there. Really super guy, great customer service. But we will not be coming back here.

Booked one of my kids birthdays there for the first time. The whole party enjoyed themselves! Staff was great!

Always nice to come here. My daughters favorite place

Great Staff and a great selection of games for children of all ages! Probably the top 2 chukee cheese locations Ive been to and location is very well kept and clean

Its really fun. Food was great, (double stuffed pizza, desert) and even if you are not going to book a party here, you can still have very fun just by getting some pizza and a table. The games were fun, and the prizes were great.

My kids love it and thats all that matters.

GREAT FOR KIDS TO HAVE A BIRTHDAY PARTY

The best place!! My kids enjoy it. I enjoy it too, maybe a bit more than they do!! Love love love it!!

All the rides are broken so expensive for the minimum amount of activities and games and rides that have there but for the kids at work the one in Lakewood is much better but my baby is gorgeous and she left her one little ride the bus

Its great for kids, lots of games also very economical!!

Barbecue pizza delicious and the mozzarella sticks too...

My kids love this place but price on the food

Place is always dirty, smells like cheese and the service is horrible. Chucky was out once as I left. Hes suppose to appear every hour spent 2 there and alot of money. Waste and the food isnt good when you wait so long for it.

Very busy. But always great for kids and parties.

I give it 4 stars because of the attention they put into entertaining the kids. As far as the pizza? Its just okay. But everyone else seemed to enjoy it.

Its a fun time for my kiddo. We made the mistake of going on a weekend,it gets super insane and loud. BUT we usually go on weekdays which are calm. We like the new cards they use rather than the old tokens.

Had a cousins bday party here. Staff and family were great. They had some good games. One game was a giraffe ride.

Its ok because people barley go there.and thats a good thing.but you have to wait for your pizza that you order for like 20 or 30 mins

Great food .. good for small children

Not gonna lie. I was scared to go this Chuck E. Cheese considering some idiot opened fire inside some time ago, but I was pleasantly surprised. Went for an early birthday party at 10 a.m. It was clean, attentive staff and had decent pizza. But Im pretty sure the only way Ill go back is if I go early again.

For my daughters first time awesome place for first-time experience very good love this place

Location is great always lots of fun with the kids only thing thats is the tickets eater there not working most of the time takes for ever. Besides thats its a fun place

Good and fun for kids...

Love that new card thing lol

Nice place to spend time with family

Service was unresponsive and lacked passion. Most associates just seemed to be just going through the motions. Just enough to get by. The pizza was tomato sauce on cardboard.

Kids had a great time

Kid friendly! kids every where, Pizza ok salad bar good. All you can drink. They have a new way of playing games. Tokens outdated they now use a card with unlimited games however you pay by the minute. $10 for unlimited games for thirty minutes and they have a machine too pause your card.

Great place for kids...although their tokens updated...better yet no more tokens but a playcard

My son loves this place, and I can have a beer while hes having a blast. Glad they changed some old games for new ones. Just wish they had a ball pit for my niece. Waiting time is ridiculous. Over an hour just to get our food. Not including the 20 min we waited in line just so they can take our order. They only have 1 person taking orders no matter how many ppl are waiting in line, if theyre under age and you want a beer. You need to wait for another person to come and take your order just for the beer. Very disappointed

I had my daughters 4th Birthday here. It was awesome. On another note, they forgot to give me something that I paid for at her party and I spoke to the manager, he was able to compensate me by giving me an eat & play voucher ( I had my receipt from the party and he also checked the cameras). We always have such a great time here. My daughter loves being here and this chuck e cheese is always clean too. Definitely recommend for kids and overall families that love to spend time with kiddos :)

It was great! My son had a lot of fun!

Pizza is decent. Need more staff when busy, but a great deal on weekdays. For kids... Would never go on a date here. Strictly speaking for the kiddos.

Great place for the family! They have a section of game activities that even a toddler can play! My son had a blast.

Theres not enough staff if need help with something need to be looking around to find a staff. Need to improve in the cleaning a little more especially on the soda machine. But overall kids second favorite place.

The workers here are amazing! Super nice and really friendly. The only think I disliked about this chuck e cheese is that its a little too dirty. Pepperoni on the floor, wobbly tables, and the machines running out of tickets.

I just wish chuck E. Cheeses would improve there pizza. Other than that its great fun for kids and family.

Great place to bring the family.

The food is WAY overpriced, but paying to play games by time as opposed to by dollar amount is genius and far less stressful on dad & mom!

The supervisor was extremely helpful and nice. One of the nicest experiences I have ever had at this location.

Fun place lot for the kids to do . And pizza has gotten better

Beer pizza and games! Cant go wrong!

They took over an hour to make a single pepperoni pizza, then giving us 4 different storeys that why are pizza came out late and still gave us an antittude when we asked where are pizza was at, I was humble about it not to make a seen with kids but when you see a table with a number on it for over an hour without food they ordered dont you think a MANAGER make it priority

Its chucky cheese what do you expect

Good place for kids to play and have fun. Also, the pizza is really good here.. its like they put a whole lot of butter to make it taste bomb..

Individual pizza was the size of a corn tortilla but was verry tasty. Wings were nasty.

You guys recycle pizzas wow you likes the public this was my childhood restaurant and now Im never coming back never!!!?!

Surprisingly clean for how busy it was. Employees keeping the tables and dining area clean for new customers. All games and attractions were working properly. Food is also a lot better then I remembered.

Great games, got a bunch of tickets, make sure you use coupon(s) to get better deal for games, brought my girl for the first time, she had a blast!

The place is huge! Brought my nephew here for his birthday, he loved it! I did too, the pizza is the bomb! The staff was honestly really nice!

Bummed out about the fact that they removed some of the kiddie ride games but kids still had a great time. Their pizza is great!

Good salad bar

Great customer service yet pizza needs work.

NICE PLACE FOR KIDS AND ADULTS

One of the better Chuck E. Cheeses Ive been to at least this one Chuck E. Comes out. The food is good

My kids love this place, I enjoyed it too- just wish they would have better deals...!Love their stuffed crust pizza and hot wings!

PICO RIVERA HAS THE BEST GAMES AND FOOD LACKS SERVICE THOUGH SO THATS HOW IT GOT A 3 STARS

Always great fun with the Family!!!

They have alot of new games for the kids to play the pictures from some of the games come out WAY BETTER the tables were dirty with food dirty napkins ranch spills and soda no one sense to really care about the tables being dirty they didnt offer to clean the tables either cashiers were friendly and polite pizza crust was burned on one whole side around it the other side was fine which was weird to me they probably threw it in the oven and did nit move it around to get it perfect took 30 mins to receive the pizza I payed almost 60 for 1 medium pizza (pepperoni/2drink 1 was a upgrade to kids drink chucky cup/ 1 salad bar/with the 60min game card and 1 bracelet) abit expensive but ok my daughters had fun

Place keeps changing...upgrading. Relatively clean...never really crowded. Fun for the kids. Salad bar was way too expensive for limited choice.

Had a great time as always great place for the kids. Not bad for this old frat to.

Great customer service and friendly staff will definitely ne coming back.

The carpet needs to be changed, It smells.

Very clean and organized. Food is delicious, great customer service. And the employees are very friendly. Will definitely come here again and will recommend friends and family.

Looks like they remodeled. Clean and fun for the kids. (Went on a Mon night. )

The place was amazing.. he food has gotten so much better... The games are much better n are extreme!!! I really recommend this place...

Too busy not enough staff but warm food good

Pizza wasnt cut well. Goodthing they gave us a plastic knife, which leads me to believe they knowingly dont cut it correctly lol. But my kids had so much fun!

Its the spot for all kids an partys all about our lil ones first! Come an have fun be a kid
