Michelle always is so willing to go out of her way to help make your project or order PERFECT no matter what. Thats why my mother in law and I keep coming back. Michelle and her staff are amazing and we cant get enough of this place!!!! Thank you for all that you do!

Everything about the team here at AR is amazing, it’s a great place to spend an afternoon or evening. Always accommodating any needs or questions and making things as easy as possible. I highly recommend it as a great stress reliever or place to have a small gathering.

Atmosphere and variety of projects to chose from, were both exceptional. Our class instructor was patient and attentive, with a cheery disposition! Staff was hands on & extremely helpful throughout the entire project, even when we went over in time!I LOVE my CLOCK! Go for the 26x26! It is NOT too big! In fact, it is perfect!We will be back!

What an awesome experience! It is so fun to learn new techniques and see all the incredible ideas. Im sure to become a regular. The craftinistas are very helpful and they have been receptive to my own ideas, as well. Who wants to go with me next time?!

What a great day! Im not that crafty but they made it fun

They were very friendly and helpful going through step by step over and over again. My project came amazing.

I was part of a group of 7 (so we booked our party well in advance). Despite taking the time to choose and pay for our designs, TWO of us received messed up designs! Mind you, in selecting your design, the process requires you to confirm that your selection is indeed what you want and thus you pay for what you EXPECT to receive. Mine was completely missing a word (in which they denied being the case) and the other persons design was missing specific detail pieces (to which the response was I guess youll have to free hand it)! I didnt have access to my confirmation email at the time to prove them wrong, plus I had selected my wording months in advance and the staff convinced me that what they had was accurate.....it wasnt! On top of that, the majority of the AR staff left around 5:30-6 which left us with ONE staff member to assist us in finishing our projects until 6:30. This particular staff member seemed overwhelmed as she was sloppy with stain (getting it on one of the girls pictures and then attempting to fix her mistake) AND broke a board off another girls project (and then had to re-secure it). Biggest complaint, if you know you have a group coming and youre making money then have the necessary amount of capable staff member to assist your customers. I wont be going back.

It is such a fun time to be with friends & family while creating such amazing crafts that you can actually use! It is great idea!!
