Edited:I forgot to upload pictures!!!! They had a blast. My son has special needs and he is definitely able to get some of his ENERGY out here. So many different obstacles to enjoy! I even noticed staff walking around to re- sanitize the equipment!!!!! Made me feel comfortable knowing and seeing that. 5stars for us!!!!!
Online made it seem as if things were sold out...and then trying to get someone on the phone is a joke! But drove up to check, not too many people here. Ended up having the last 45 minutes all to ourselves!!! Turned into a great night.. Cant wait to come back.
Theres alot cool stuff to do here. Not do not wear pants. I was really hot in pants. The obstacle course was fun and they have dodge ball.
It was a great time for the kids and the young men did a great job keeping the place clean and safe.
Fun family place! Fun for all ages!Very clean! A great place for a birthday party or get together!
Do not go to this place for a birthday I went here for my 13 birthday party it smelled like weed no one was wearing masks the registration was terrible the party room was not ready at all when we got there it was terrible I do not recommend this place it dose not deserve the one star I gave it
Kids had a great time not overly crowded. However I advise parents to pay attention to social distancing. Not enough Supervision making sure they sanitize @ stations after playing.
Lots of fun for the kids! Staff was constantly cleaning and keeping everything safe. Great way to burn off the quarantine energy.
Nice for the kids. Also made sure they were cleaning all areas of the common areas. Will take my grandson again. He loved it.
Great place to have fun and a work out at the same time . Great for a day of GETTING AIR
Fantastic place for all children to run, romp, jump, and flop to their hearts delight - not to mention swing, leap, etc! :) Hardest part was trying to chase my 4 yr old around and keep her off the big people jumping areas. They are not fenced off, walled off, etc, so if your little one runs out there, you had better have your own grippy socks on to chase them down and grab them or you get in trouble with management! LOL!
We practically live here. Enough things to keep a kid occupied for an hour or two. And it’s exercise disguised as fun!
My bff had a birthday party their and the staff was so awesome how old do you have to be to work here?
We come here often and the kids have a great time but recently they’ve been super obnoxious about making sure you only wear the “Get Air” brand of socks. So regardless if my kids have grip socks from another trampoline establishment, you’re still required to purchase socks that say “Get Air.” If you need to make an extra buck that bad, just raise your prices. Don’t pull my kid off the play floor to make them find their parents and buy new socks.
The facility is great and perfect for kids to let off some steam. My only complaints are that adults are not allowed to jump with children smaller than 46 and you have to purchase their brand of jump socks. Overall this is a clean, well put together, and safe place, especially compared to other nearby parks.
The Get Air trampoline park is an amazing place with a brilliant atmosphere. There is so much to do, and it will keep your kids occupied for hours. Have been many times and plan to go again.
Fun for the kids and great exercise for me
Fun place. Staff was nice and friendly. Took 3 boys (3,5,7) and they are all tired now...mission accomplished!!
Took my children 3 yo boy and 2 yo girl. I played for a wrist band so I could go on the trampolines after them as well. Price seemed ok, but not for the amount of space we were allowed to use. Let me.explain.There are large rooms for kids over I believe 42 inches tall and then a toddler one for the small kids. Understandable, however, there were so many small toddlers and parents crammed into this one room its almost unsafe.Meanwhile the rest of the facility which is huge has a handful of kids bouncing around. I understood safety, but Im also a father that can use common sense. I take my kids to an area where there are no kids bouncing. A safety comes over and says my 2yo had to move because of her height. I removed her but then pointed out all I have previously stated above and she did not have an answer. She was just following the rules. But management you really need to take a look at that. Because the size of small kids to big kids is 2=1
It was so amazing jumping on the trampolines and I loved going in the foam pit and I also liked the obstacle course.
Great birthday spot! The party room was very neat and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. Kids were more interested in jumping than eating pizza or cake. Also, pizza is ordered from local place and was better than many event party places.
We went to Big Air for the first time on a pretty busy day. It was totally packed on President’s Day, which makes sense because the kids didn’t have school. I felt like the place was really well staffed in the trampoline areas and I noticed that they do a good job of cracking down on big kids being in the toddler area, which I think really helps the little ones in there. My only criticisms are with the check in process and the sock policy. It takes forever to get checked in and pay. It seems like they could handle check in more like a grocery store, where if there is a huge line, they call for backup. We waited about 30 minutes to get through the line to pay. Also, the whole deal with the socks is a little annoying. I definitely understand the need for grip socks for safety but I feel like if you bring socks you bought at another trampoline park, that should be okay. Fortunately, they only charge a dollar if you’re trading in grip socks for theirs. Overall, I’d say this place is pretty great and we’ll go back for sure. Glad to see a location in Pickerington and they have pretty excellent hours compared to other trampoline parks in the area.
Great place to jump! Lots of trampolines plus basketball, dodgeball, foam pits and ninja course. Separate kids play area is really nice. Call about toddler times. Party rooms are nicely set up. Everything was clean and well maintained. Fun for all ages.
Very nice place, thought It might smell like feet but I got fresh air... very great prices and very easy to fill out the waiver...recommended if you like jumping
While attending the park yesterday with my children and other family members we had a very terrible experience. While watching my youngest child and his cousin play in the toddler area another child was left unattended in the area with no parent or guardian supervising him for quite some time. During this time the child was in the foam pit at the slide he proceded to scream and throw a tantrum in the middle of it with no adult coming to check on him, he then proceeded to take the squares out of the pit stacking them and when other kids would come down the slide to get out they would fall he would then scream in their face leading him to hit a little girl which her mother removed her immediatly shortly after he proceeded to then hit another little boy which his dad did not see happen. At this time one of our party members notified an employee of his behavior and that he was left unattended she told the little boy he had to keep the squares in the pit which led to another explosive tantrum still no parent for him. When the employee radioed for help the parent had finally noticed there was an issue she portrayed she had been watching him the whole time and that other kids were kicking the blocks in while he was stacking them which was far from the truth she then called the employee a derogatory word so a member from our party stepped in to say thats not what happened and that he should have been getting supervision which led to the woman yelling nose to nose in his face pushing her chest into his as a result the escalation went even further as she was told to leave she got into his face again walking out as well as 4 other members of our party at this point the police were called and eventually led to all of us being aksed to leave as well. The fact we were asked to leave when we notified the employee immediately seemed unfair to our children as they got their time to jump lost because of someone elses incapability to parent and supervise their child. The place is not monitored very well at all and the staff is not trained to handle these situations. Not once did management come to assess the incident. For the future this place needs to increase the amount of employess supervising all jump areas not one time did an employee supervise the toddler area, they have cameras but clearly they are not watched and they have zero interest in reviewing what is happening. These places are not made for free babysitting you also still need to be watching your own children and controlling their behavior because what I saw yesterday is a clear view in the lack of parenting and the problem with parents in society today sadly.
Fantastic birthday party experience. The staff were wonderful and helpful. The kids had a great time. This was definitely worth it!
A great place for people of all ages! Also, have discounts/deals on almost everyday of the week and are constantly updating the park with new renovations to keep costumers interested and happy. Definitely recommend!
Great activity fun and fitness!
Get Air was a great place to host my sons birthday! Reagan was a great hostess and worked with us to meet dietary needs. Everyone had a great time - would definitely consider hosting a party here again.
Good place to take kids to burn off their energy. Lots of fun
Kinda big but they could have more to do there
Im very disappointed with this experience because of the dramatic level of authority and rules. When my family and I went, we found ourselves to be more focused on not getting scorned by one of the Lifeguards rather than having a fun night. I hope Get Air Pickerington quickly learns to take the appropriate steps necessary for them to redeem this potentially successful business, and turn it into an enjoyable and stress-free environment for families and friends.
Awesome place for kids to come burn some energy! LOVE that they have toddler time and allow parents to jump with their kiddos, fun family time. :) I hope they introduce a value punch card or something for frequent visitors, that would be my only suggestion.
Our party host checked on us frequently making sure we had everything or to see if we needed anything. The workers made sure the smaller ones were out of harms way as well. My kids enjoyed everything and we will be back!
Kids had a good time alot for them to do
We hosted our daughters 3rd birthday party here! She had a blast. Our assigned party helper (Marissa) was amazing, kind and generous with her patience. We had a wonderful experience!!
My children and their friends have been several times, and we’ve spent quite a bit of money here. Today was the first day there was a problem. When looking online at the website and the waiver, it does not state that the jumping sock must only say Get Air. My kids were wearing trampoline socks and jumped for 40 minutes of their hour session when they were made to get off the trampolines. The person was quite rude with them. When I called to speak with the manager, she stated there were signs posted at the facility, though not online. My kids understood those signs to be that they needed the special socks, which they had, not regular socks. It was poor business practice to treat your paying customers in the manner in which they did, over a policy that is missing from the website and waiver, and is written unclearly in the facility. We will not be back, and will tell others about the poor experience. These were good kids that were treated so poorly. They learned a lesson on how businesses and employees act.
Fun for kids big and small! Very clean and separate area do littles. Will definitely be back!
Im moving fast got three on the dash
Super easy! We literally showed up! There’s no cake or treat included which I didn’t realize so be sure to bring something! We left with sweaty, happy kids! Clean! Fun!
Such a fun party and our party host was very nice and helpful! The party room was clean, had everything we needed and comfortable for everyone. Had a great time!
This place was a whole lot of fun for my family! It was nice and clean. I hope that it stays this way because a lot of the other trampoline parks have a bad smell, understaffed& they are not clean.
Fun for the whole family. They have greasy peat packages at a really fair and decent price.
Love this place! Kids of all ages, plenty of supervision to keep everyone safe, great dodgeball room, fun play courses. Well worth coming to many times!!
Im exhausted
Kids love it, adults love it. A must for indoor activity on bad weather days.
Took a mess of kids there for a birthday, did Tuesday night buy an hour, get an hour free!! We had a great time!!!!!
I was so excited to have a get air closer to us, however check in lines were very long, then my daughter was taken off trampoline by the fun police and brought over to me because she had trampoline socks on from another park and was made to purchase their socks.
The staff is friendly and the facility is super clean and much better then trampoline Xtreme. But it’s not convenient for parents with two kids ages apart. You have to be over 46 inches to jump in the big area, otherwise you have to be in the kids area. So you can’t watch both your kids at the same time. There’s no security, so someone can snatch your kid if you’re not looking. Definitely not convenient if you’re going by yourself with kids in different height groups.
The kids love it! Friendly young staff members!
Fun place for the family. My toddler enjoyed it.
Good place for kids of all ages. Well managed and supervised. Clean. Well worth a try.
Great place. Kids had a great time.
It was so amazing had a fun time definitely recommend it
Things were broken
Loved it had many fun things too do.Great place to spend time.
Everyone had a great time!! Check in went smooth, pizza great, & service was great!! Our little girls birthday went amazing!
Nice place, pretty big. Will go back, just kinda far from me
Its amazing fun place we enjoyed
My first experience here for my nephews birthday party I had a blast and the kids did too
My son had an amazing time with his friends celebrating his birthday at Get Air. the staff was great and very attentive.
Check in process as others have stated is ridiculous, same with the got to have their grip socks policy. Trampolines are better than Grove City for the most part but they have Groupon deals so Ill keep taking kids there, easier for me and cheaper, yet not closer.
We had a great time at this location. This location had great staff and all of the kids had a great time.
The kids had a great time
Toddler Tuesday is an awesome distraction for our little one. Free roam of the place with no big kids.
Great place many activities
Huge area with tons of different things to do, only complaint is check-in can be and needs to be much faster, especially for repeat customers that already have signed waivers and have socks, etc... There should be some sort of self check-in station. Spending 15 mins of the toddler jump hour standing in a line is frustrating.
Fun place to take the family of all ages.
Was cool, didnt know it was in old sears, will go back
Perfect location for a birthday party. Staff was friendly and everyone had a blast!
The reason I love it is because the games are amazing.
Great indoor recreation for all ages
Pretty nice trampoline park. Fun for the kids and adults
Really expensive and no online discounts like the other trampoline places. I like the space it provides and my children had a great time.
The guy at the dodge ball arena is too strict he wasted over 15 mins of our 1 hour. He wants all the balls in the middle and everyone at the end of the trampoline touching it. He would do this every game we start. And would not blow the stupid whistle.
Our first time coming to this place and very disappointed ️ Unorganized and the staff done even know what they doing. It took us 30 minutes to register due to the computers messing up and they didn’t even put out of order so other parents didn’t waste their time.
After visiting this place 4 times since they opened, I’m disappointed to write this review. First off staff members are very rude. Second they don’t enforce the same rules for everyone. Third the toddler area was so packed my child was unable to jump. We ask if we could come back later and finish our jump when it was less busy and were told no. My child is a short 4.5 year old who has been to many trampoline parks. He wasn’t able to jump in an area that no one was in because he’s not 46 inches however many other kids under 46 inches where jumping feet away. If your going to have rules enforce them for all not just for a select few. Lastly it would be nice if you monitor how many toddlers are jumping at said time before you take someone’s money to jump when it’s virtually impossible. We went 2/17 at 5pm
Lots of kids great place to keep kids busy but only complaint is the smell of rubber and feet but I guess you cant help that
Great experience. Regan was a very helpful host.
I had my daughters 6th birthday party here Sunday. I have 5 children and have had many birthday parties at different places. This party had zero structure, which was not really a huge issue at first. When we went to do our cake, our cutting knife they supplied had someone else’s cake left over on it as it had not been washed. Then, 10 mins until our party was over, while I was helping my daughter open gifts, the party host came in to give me a 10 min notice and told me to come to the front for final payment when we were finished with presents. At the end time if our party, we were cleaning up and gathering our things. An employee walked in and got in between me and a parent of one of our party guests demanding me to come up front and pay. I explained we were on our way up and she told me no, to come right now. I have never felt so insulted, and to have that type of behavior in front of my party guests was ridiculous. Once up front to pay, the “shift lead” who was very careless in her behavior, said that “typically guests pay 30 mins before the party ends and most of my hosts know this”. I told her that her host did not ever express that. Every party I have ever booked, I have paid the balance at the end. Not only did this employee act completely rude, but she showed zero remorse for her behavior. Had she apologized for it, I didn’t wouldn’t be writing this review. She made for a terrible and embarrassing ending to my daughters birthday and we will not be booking any more parties here.
Really fun place for the kiddos, different stuff to do.
This trampoline park is the worst place I have ever been to. I paid $17 of my hard earned money to jump on these mildly fun trampolines. It costs $14 to jump for an hour and $3 for some pointless socks just to wax me of my money. I came in with my sky zone socks, which happens to be another trampoline park of the same concept and same style socks, of course in order to make their money they told me I was not able to use them and that I had to purchase THEIR socks that were equally the same, if not worse. After being flustered from this incident, I continued to buy my items deemed necessary and proceeded in the line. When I received my wrist band, it was way too tight and started to make my hand turn a slight shade of purple. A worker named Jade, I believe, told rudely me in order to get one that fit my needs and comfort I had to wait in the long line for a second time. I decided to just keep it on and play through the pain because I was not going to wait in an even longer line for a subpar experience. When I finally got through the whole ordeal and it was almost time to jump, I had to put my stuff down. The walk over to the cubbies was strange because the floor was oddly wet and I did not want my feet to get wet in these socks I was just forced to pay for, so I had to jump around the puddles. I arrived to the cubbies, but there is no way to ensure security of any of my items such as a purse, keys, and my phone, which are all very expensive. I walked to the trampolines after putting my things away and started to bounce with my friend. We then decided to explore the park and went to the surfboard. We both got on and the lifeguard in our section did not say a word. Then after 10 min of us both balancing on this, she came in and yelled at us for both being on it. I don’t understand why she could not have said it in the beginning, we would have complied more positively if she would have. After our hour of a kind of underwhelming experience, we went to leave and I was so tired of all of the negative aspects of the park that I wish I would not have gone. 0/5 stars if I could!!!!
Clean and very spacious
We were very excited to go to this location as we had always went to the Hilliard location & we absolutely love the OTHER location. We went for our friend’s birthday on Friday, February 8th. We are all mature 17-21 year old kids, there were about 9 of us. The sign-in process was the first problem. The employees were standing around talking to each other with a line ready to check in, until one finally helped. As for my friends, there was an issue with their tickets but the employees & “manager” didn’t know how to fix it & weren’t willing to help. The shift lead, Jade, was incredibly rude to my friends. When politely asked if she could call the other location to help solve the issue, she said “this is not my problem, this is your problem.” I understand my friends should have paid better attention when purchasing the tickets, but my friends were nice & patient & hopeful to jump, while Jade was rude & unwilling to provide customer service. Then when my friends left, they stood & gossiped about my two friends the whole time. Aside from this incident, even though they didn’t let our friends in, we were already in so we continued to jump. At 35 minutes into our jump, at 10:35pm exact, Jade (the shift supervisor) walkie-talkied all of the associates to “politely ask everyone to leave.” We paid for an hour, 10-11pm, & Jade tried to make us leave with 25 minutes left of our jump time. After she finally realized that we weren’t leaving yet bc we paid for an hour, they turned on the lights & turned off the music & cleaned the whole place around us & the one other group that they also tried to force to leave. This was an awful, awful experience & we won’t be back. Hilliard location is worth the drive. Not to mention, when my friend told the Hilliard location about her predicament, they were super nice to her & gave her the money back. THAT is good customer service.
Good facility, bathrooms need improvements*and regular cleaning.Zipline broken for more than a month? Country music really?Variety pls. Could use dodge ball leagues .
Really love this place! Total fun for the kids!!
Never went there
Amazing for the kids to burn some energy
Kids loved it.
Such a great time for the kids!
This place is smelly and a majority of the workers are confused or come off as rude. Wont be coming back! Yuck!
