Decent place with good play area for kids. The prices would be like u have to buy points like for $10 you would get 5500 points, they do have a chart which describes it but you do have to make sure that you know how much points its loaded over because at the front desk reception when you enter they give you a card with filled up with money but that is not converted to points so you would have to ask them for xyz ride, I need these many point so that can be tricky. they do have a nice space for birthday parties but you can book and easily it can accommodate like 50 people at a time for the dinning area and kids will play near to them which is excellent. kids would have a really really good time playing at the games which is not that expensive. excellent place in Phoenixville and I must visit.

We went for the pro kart race. First cart wouldnt go over 5 miles an hour. I was lapped twice. They finally decided to switch out my kart for another one at which point I got 1 full lap before the rang the buzzer and turned the governor on and as I was 20 ft from the entrance to the pit I was also the first off the track. Keep in mind this was 2 carts out of our group that were affected this way. We decided to go one more time and when we got in our carts about 5-7 minutes later the sat another group next to us.. instead of letting us race alone they flooded the track with about 14 of us. The other group were barely able to drive straight, blocked the lanes and spent more time in the walls than we had actual racing... it was a total waste of almost $250 for 2 rounds between us in our group and I highly recommend you save your money. The place is borderline at best and the Go-Karts are in need of extreme maintenance..

Definitely a place for Famkly entertainment best part is the GoKart Racing a lil pricey but i love the adrenaline!!!!

I have to say kudos to the staff they were cleaning all the equipment we felt safe and we were definitely be returning my son told me he had the best time ever the go-karts were so much fun we only wish we could have went rock climbing it was closed.

Laser tag is well run and lots of fun. Room could be bigger. To me it looks like about 6 people would be the ideal size for that room. The go-carts are so slow that its about as much fun as driving around one of those motorized shopping carts at Walmart. The arcade area is large and there are some great games there. Most look pretty new. One of the guns on Tomb Raider is broken so you are out of luck if thats where you swiped your card. The pizza is worse than Chuck E. Cheeses. The whitest of white dough; it is basically the consistency of a dinner roll. Sauce and cheese are similarly unimpressive. Lady at the bar seems nice; same with the lady who greeted us at entry.

Not my first time there but today my daughter and I had a blast! She’s 7 and old enough now to appreciate everything there, have to commend the workers there although they are all very young they are kind and attentive to the kids, from joking with them to being polite and treating them like customers - which we go to a lot of kids places like this and the workers are usually rude - great job to the owner on hiring friendly respectful workers!! Only complaint the games are very pricey, can run through $20 in 10 minutes!! Cut the game prices in half!! Go karts awesome!!

We had a great time! The all day wrist band for $42, gave the best value! Teens got to ride the go karts so many times! That alone was worth it! Later they went on to laser tag, glow mini golf, and they even tried the Rock wall!

I was there for a party and it was really fun! My daughter had a blast and you get a lot of points for a reasonable amount of money. Their prizes are cute as well. They have go karts, laser tag and a glow in the dark room. Everyone had a fantastic time.

Very cool fun center, especially for younger children. They have it all here, rides, bounce rooms and go carts. Many, many more activities also. I will be returning soon.

Took a group of 50+ adults with disabilities.. The staff were so kind..courteous and accommodating! We really had a great time. So much fun! We will be back!

Has great indoor games for kids. All in all good family fun. Bring your birthday cake and have a celebration. They will reserve a seating area for you and your guests. There is even a small dining area where you can purchase food. Food was a little pricey. Games include, arcade, go-karts, laser tag, bowling, and rock climbing. All in all, good family fun.

Continuously updated with better karts and better arcades. A great time for literally all ages, and this doesnt even include the laser tag and (black light) bowling. If you have a kid and youre like Where should I take this kid?, take them to Arnolds. Go. Now.

Great for the little ones (5 - 8) because they loved bouncing all day which only costed $8. but once they wander from the bouncing house be prepared to pay dearly if you dont check out the specials posted. The $20 special give you more bang for your money. My older (12 & 13) grandchildren only drove the go carts & laser tag then they worked around bored..probably because they werent plugged into a device. Overall a nice family day outting.

Nice place to go with kids of all ages! Many hours of fun to be had by all. Go karts, bowling, (fair)food, (very expensive)arcades, laser tag, etc... I consider 3 stars good. My reason for 3 stars is the cleanliness of the building (ok but not great), confusing attraction/price chart(so many price packages and options make it confusing for a newcomer), slow restaurant wait staff, and the arcade staff that could be a bit more helpful (they dont smile or greet you, they do not look happy in their jobs, and they cant help with basic questions). Despite these negatives, I would still recommend this place for once or twice a year.... maybe just not every week!

Kids have so much fun every time

Visited for a birthday party and the kids had a blast. The pizza was yummy. Im not sure what all the bad food reviews are about but we all enjoyed the pizza. The place is huge and easy to forget how to get back from the restrooms first time around but theres a lot of fun stuff to do packed into that building. I highly recommend for family fun.

Staff was very friendly on our visit. Nice variety of attractions for most every age. Arcade had a good variety of games. Pricing was reasonable, though some of the games seemed a bit higher priced compared to other fun centers. Biggest negative was that some areas of the facility needed some upkeep, but nothing appeared to be unsafe.

So much to do. Me personally I would get the all day fun pas for 49.99. I includes most of the rides but gives your 4000 tickets on your card to play games. Most games cost 100-300 tickets. So its a bit pricey but its fun.

We had a great experience at Arnold’s Fun center. Faith, our party host, was very attentive to the boys Arnold’s Fun Center needs. I highly recommend Faith as your host and Arnold’s as your next party venue!

This might be one of the lowest, most awful places I have ever been for family fun. The arcade was sub-par and the laser tag was haphazardly constructed, but the children running the go karts were far from appropriate as far as one of them calling me names to other riders who were part of my group, I suppose he was unaware. It was so poorly run, they didnt know which lane was up next. When I asked to speak to someone that was in charge I was confronted with one of the kids boys which resulted in nothing but me just leaving defeated. For the amount of money I spent there I believe I deserved to be treated at least like a human.

Yo 90 dollars and only got 2 ride go carts 4 10 min top

Is a nice place for kids to have fun now don’t get me wrong when you go places with kids you expect to spend some money, for a package for a a child to ride go karts and 2,000 points to play the arcade for $51 a piece sounds nice now when you go in the arcade and see how many points each game costs your mind will be surprised as I was 100-400 for simple arcade games, Arnold’s is a place designed for you to spend An average of $65 per child for go karts and games not including food so in my opinion it is disgusting

What a great time with my son!!! Not only were we able to race together in a 2-seater on the big track, he was able to go over to a slightly smaller track and drive himself. He had such a blast. This place has most definitely found its way onto our list of go-to places for our man-days!!!

This is a great place. I had my daughters birthday party here. Very good go karting and other activities for kids. We parents had fun in the high speed go karts. The bar is awesome and drinks are great. But the food is very bad. We ordered $120 worth of food (pizza, cheese nachos, sandwiches), which was so bad we could not eat them. We had so much fun with go kart and beer, we totally forgot about the bad food. This place has to improve a lot on the food.

Great place for family fun indeed. Only 4 stars though due to excessive wait for go carts. Given the amount of money paid for the birthday package we chose. I feel like it could have been timed better. We wasted time sitting in the carts waiting for our turn.

Has a wide variety of entertainment and dining options for the whole family - from kids to grandparents. Therere video games for kids, karts for kids and adults, bowling, and a few other attractions. We went for bowling. Prices are decent. Saturday nights are really crowded, so avoid if possible. There even a lesser price from Monday to Thursday.

Just moved to the area and I love this place. Think Dave and Busters but way nicer and so much more to offer. Plus no drunk idiots (although they sell alcohol), fun for all ages, bring your kids if ya want cause they have a whole section for your little ones. Been here twice, once for laser tag, another time for bowling. This place is massive. The bowling alley is really well put together and very modern. Laser tag was fun. Prices are reasonable. I bought my ticket for there New years party and cant wait to go back.

Awesome place. We were there for a school field trip. Everyone enjoyed the facility. This is a huge place with race carts, arcade games, laser tag, bowling, mini golf. Great place for juveniles, young adults and adults alike. Come here with your school, family or friends and enjoy the day away!

Had so much fun! They have absolutely everything you can think of to do. Go carts for everyone ages 3 and up. Bumper cars. A carousel. Childrens rides. Games for every age. Bowling for adults and kids. A HUGE inflatable bounce area for the toddlers & young children. Glow in the dark mini golf. A cafe as well as restaurant/bar area. My only complaint was not being able to find an employee. I had to search & search some more for help. Most employees were very friendly & helpful!

I attended a 60th birthday party. Kids enjoyed the rides and games, some men played pool while most of us enjoyed refreshments in a private room so we could celebrate the birthday girl as she opened her gifts.The food was surprisingly good.

Took my little guys. They had a blast. Karts are always a winner. A little pricey... package # 7 $30.00 for 1000credits video games, from what I seen ; were between 100 and 300 credits a piece for the boys. We did the two seat karts. RJ and Rocky are too short to reach the pedals. So we drove. They did not mind riding shot gun they had a blast. All in all it was a fun evening.

Great place for kids and dad to have fun. Nice selection of arcade games and skill games. Inflatable section for kids to play, climb and slide. Plus the go karts, and other little rides. Only thing negative I can say is there never seems to be enough staff there. They have one guy handling three different rides and you have to wait for someone to come assist you sometimes.

My children had fun...We went to enjoy my grandsons 8th birthday..My 3yr old son had fun too...He didnt like the Dragon ride at all so I made the attendant stop it....I did enjoy the MaxFlight so much, my daughter and I got in it twice...!!!

The food was terrible. We sat at the bar and after 10/15 minutes we had to go up to the server bc neither bartender waited on us. Then we decided we wanted food and the bartender said we could grab a table, the entire time not one waiter came to our table, we went to take out and ordered. The mozz sticks were over cooked and no marinara, the buffalo taco salad forgot the sour cream, celery and salsa. The line for go carts with us being next was still 45 minutes long. Never coming back.

My son at 3 and now 4yrs old has enjoyed going to Arnolds and playing the many games, as well as riding the rides. The staff has always been friendly and willing to help us at any and all rides and the front desk staff has helped us determine the best bang for our buck. Paying approximately $20 for my son to play a bunch of games and ride rides was perfect . He had fun and it didnt break the bank. The most recent time we went, a ride that we had two credits for was broken and when I went to the front desk to see what they could do, they were apologetic and gave us the credits for both rides to use as game playing credits instead and then even credited us a few more as an apology for the inconveniences. My son was ecstatic. I highly recommend Arnolds for a game and ride loving kid like mine. You wont be disappointed.

My kids love it and its not too expensive for the experience. Parties have good activities and they definite pay good attention to safety. Younger kids will appreciate the bouncy castle area and the older ones will like the zombie alien shooter thing and the faster gocarts. There is a good variety of activities which will engage all ages of kids.

I had a fun experience! There were deals going on and the package my husband and I got covered a whole lot of rides and play points. Im picky about sanitation in a public space, and the toilets and overall environment was clean.

My kids love it here and its good for events and parties especially with preteen and teenage kids however the staff here is pretty much worthless when it comes to the safety and concern of small kids. The only person who has been super helpful has been the guy who runs the prize shop. I think that the guys and girls who run the bumper cars and other things dont pay attention and are too busy trying to impress themselves and other people to keep my kids safe so I feel like I have to be on top of everything as well.

Not an inexpensive afternoon, but lots fun! Lots of arcade games for the kids to choose from! Nice bar and restaurant area! The gocarts were a big hit!

Amazing fun for the whole family. Kids will love this place. We booked a party for a Sunday at 11 ish. It was great. The party host was friendly and very attentive. The go karts were a big hit with all the kids. Laser tag wore all the adults out lol. 7 minutes of laser tag is intense! Lol. Bathrooms were spotless. The arcade was pretty cool too. Rock climbing and bumper cars also. Just a really good time. We will definitely be back.

My daughter was invited to a birthday party there. The place is incredible. If youve never been there, youll be surprised at how big the place is.If youre like me, and always read negative reviews of places first, rest assured that whatever issues they may have had in the past have been resolved (take note of the date of those negative reviews). The staff was friendly and attentive. The scheduled events all occurred in a timely manner. My daughter did Go Kart racing for the first time, which she loved. Then we did carnival-style rides (for young children), then a large soft-play (read: bounce house/slide) areas, a carousel, then pizza and cake, more Kart racing, and finally a little time in the arcade. Everything went great, except for these MINOR gripes:Some of the equipment and/or games could be maintained better. For example, some of the buttons on the arcade machines are missing and theres just an exposed lightbulb where the P1 Start button should be. Another example is that one of the crane games claw did not open. So basically I paid a dollar to watch the claw drop down and bonk the prize my daughter wanted, then hastily retract. My daughter was dead set on that Pokemon plush.Also for whatever reason, out of the only two machines available to use to put more points onto your play card, one of them absolutely would not accept credit or debit. As if the magnetic card reader was broken.My daughter is watching me type this, and insists that I type the word FLAMINGO. So there.I would absolutely come here again. Fantastic experience, especially for small kids.

Great choice for a mixed age group. Go-kart track with several kart options, enormous arcade, mini golf, and even a totally adult-acceptable bowling alley with attached restaurant and bar that does great looking catered events (as we saw another group having one while we were there). They offer package deals for activities, too. Surprisingly fun!

What a great place to spend the whole day with the family this place is great for kids and adults to go in and have a good childish fun day they have bowling laser tag race cars and a whole bunch more I would strongly recommend this place for a really on a hot summer day rainy days or just a day to spend with the family they do birthday parties and special events the staff there is extremely friendly helpful and the place is very clean excellent place yeah have to check it out

We visited Arnolds forbthe first time 2 weeks ago for a friends 30th. My husband and I brought our 3 year old daughter with us. We had dinner at the hub, best salad I have had in a long time! The waitress was friendly but took a while to get the check. This place is huge with lots of things to do. The arcade was great for my daughters age and the gentleman working the ticket counter was super friendly and helpful. Had a great time and plan to be back!

This complex has everything.. literally. Go carts, big arcade, rides, bounce houses, mini golf, bowling, concerts, laser tag, 2 food spots a meeting center, and a full bar. Everything works too!Great place for a birthday or a company team building event

An indoor jersey shore boardwalk and thats about it.Laser tag gun didnt work, go kart was painfully slow compared to everyone else racing with me.You can spend a small fortune here getting very little entertainment in return.

Young employees are pleasant, but more interested in their phones and chatting then watching for the poor behaviors. A lot of rides are in need of repair and the arcade is expensive. Was told going during the week is less crowded, but no unlimited ride pass available. I would consider going again... but I would like to see the type of kids/parents are there first!

A definite must visit. They have go-karts for every member of the family from tots to teens. The arcade is incredible. It puts Dave & Busters to shame. They have a bowling alley and mini bowling alley. Black light mini golf is short but enjoyable. Laser tag is excellent with two different types. Food was a real surprise as it was high quality. They even have a bar!

Definitely a fantastic place for kids to enjoy themselves. For anyone over 13, the duck bowling, mini golf, and go-karts are pretty fun. Only complaints are that some of the arcade games, like the claw game for example, are rigged to lose; and the majority of the games seem a little over priced. Not a bad place to have the family enjoy themselves for $50.

This place is falling apart, it looks like they invest no money back into their games. The mini golf is self service and had no balls anywhere in sight. Everything employee I saw was sitting around on their phone. Definitely recommend another place like The Works instead

This was our first time at this facility. We had our 6 year olds birthday party & got the junior racer package. It was amazing!!! The size of the place is really impressive & just seemed to keep going & going! Our party host was friendly & very helpful. The kids all enjoyed all the different things to do, & the most important part was my son said at the end, this was the best birthday party EVER!

Horrible experience!!!! Got there by 9pm, one hour before closing time. We chose Arnold’s because the weather was questionable and our daughter wanted to go mini golfing, so we figured we’d try out the black light mini golf experience. We get to hole #5, and they completely shut all lights off in the building and make an announcement that they’re closing in 10mins! My daughter tripped over a prop on the course due to being startled due to sudden black out. We finally exit course and make our way up to the front counter and ask for a refund and all the employees on duty looked to be between ages of 16-19 no manager was on duty at all, I question them about who decided to turn off the lights while you have patrons on the mini golf course and several employees laugh and think it’s a joke. I make them aware our daughter tripped over a prop on the course during the blackout and one employee decided to make a racial remark in regards to my fiancé. This is not a family friendly place and their employees don’t seem to have any customer service skills. Please rethink visiting this establishment, it’s not a good idea at all. I will be contacting the owner first thing tomorrow morning.

This is the second time that have come to Arnold’s. The staff is amazing, nice and they make sure to give you a great time.

The family loved arnolds it was our first time and we enjoyed everything that they had. Also the staff were great and helpful. We will be coming back alot and we are planning on having our sons party there.

Expensive in my option. We recently went to iplay America and was able to do more for the same price. The games were priced crazy in the arcade with very little ticket winning.

This place is crazy fun and good for all ages. My kids range from 9-19 so it isnt very easy to find a place where everyone is happy. We all had a great time and hope to go back soon. It was well attended, but not insanely crowded which was nice because I didnt feel like I needed to constantly hover over my younger kids and was actually able to have some fun myself!

Just left this place with my Son for his birthday . Staff are amazing !! Very Respectful and Attentive to everything . Food is good! This time around the employees went above and beyond to help me I was truly amazed . To drive as far as I did for this kind of experience I would do it all over again !!

Was there for my nephews birthday party, our host was awesome. The kids had a great time. It wasnt crowded at all probably because of the rain which was definitely a bonus. They have plenty to do. They have gocarts for kids as young as 6, laser tag, rock wall, bouncers, bowling, pool, bar, restaurant and a section for small kids, games, rides. They have it all. I will be taking the kids again soon.
