Excellent place. My 4 year old loved it. The place is so nice and clean. My little one did not want to go anywhere without me so for 3 hours I played with him climed everywhere and it wore me out, great workout for parents lol. I love the place. I would go there again today if my whole body was not hurting. It has a huge variety to play and I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Forgot to add, the staff is amazing, everyone was super nice.

We originally had a party scheduled in March for my 2yo. Unfortunately the day before her party, is when the lock-down order came because of COVID.We came back in September to reschedule, and they graciously let me add my 5yo son as another bday guest without any issues(his bday was during quarantine also)!We had Cesar as our bday leader, and I have nothing but great things to say about him!! He was very attentive, informative, and super nice! My son (who is speech & socially delayed) had a great time with him!Definitely could not thank Cesar enough! Great guy and we hope to see him again next time we come!!!! Thank you so much for the fun time! A bit pricey, but it was worth every penny :)

Great place love the privacy and service along with the great staff. This playroom was so spacious and has a great facility to play with and learn as well. My son really loves playing in this playroom. He can get along with other kids and play with them. The staff was so attentive upon watching over of the kids to ensure that nothing would happen. Highly recommended to all moms.

Great place. It’s kinda undiscovered when we went so we almost had the place to ourselves. The pricing is way better than uptown jungle and you can go and leave as you please thru the day. It’s a much nicer experience

A friend of mine from work recommended I do my sons 1st bday party here and we were not disappointed. There was one minor glitch with my decorations but they definitely made up for it. My baby and all my family had such a great time! The energy was awesome. I do recommend tho when u have a family party have everyone come a little earlier to get the waivers complete to get everyone in quicker

It was such a fun place for the kids. Medium sized play area with a soccer field,slides different obstacle courses and some ride on cars. The kids didnt want to leave!! I do suggest having a plan for food as they only provide snack items such as chips, soda, personal pizzas and other stuff. Bring clean socks aswell!

Last time here. It used to be a place where we really go and have fun but not anymore. Staff extremely rude and unprofessional. They watch you like police officers. No safety at all. No mask enforcement, no hand sanitizer and people eating while riding the motorcycles. Old management treated me like family and they used to play with my son. Today I felt very uncomfortable and I won’t come back. All the reviews about how horrible staff is absolutely correct. I was there and I experienced it.

We just had a birthday party here for my 3 year old. The staff was extremely helpful and made our party great! We had kids from ages 2-15 and they all had so much fun. The slides are super fast and there are several other activities to keep the kids busy. Very affordable! Thank you so much, we look forward to coming here again!

The place was clean and fun for my kid, however the woman who helped us was extremely rude. Her actions set the tone for the beginning of our time and kind of brought us all down. Thankfully for her my kid was so excited it was contagious. The place itself is great and super fun, however the staff is lacking kindness and positivity. For that I only give 3 stars

I really liked the staff also for shes always ready to assist us. For me, this is the perfect place for kids! Nice to find a place in the city where the kids can be safe and have fun!

This use to be my kids favorite indoor park I brought them at least once a week but their customer service is horrible now! They had a few younger kids working and they were amazing, they would play with my kids and treat them with respect. The new people are so rude and they follow all the kids like hawks to see what they do wrong. Safe to say I will not be coming back!

Im not even sure where to start, we had such a great experience!The manager, Lexi, went out of her way and as far as I am concerned above and beyond to make my sons birthday party extra special.. It was a very tough day for this Mamma and she was really there, even though it was super busy and she had many things pulling her in different directions. FANTASTIC manager and person, they are lucky to have her!Every employee we encountered was kind and professional, but our party planner, Stephanie, was really a gem! She was an angel the entire time and help me keep everything on schedule and even took the time to play with my son and his friends making it even more special for them all!I feel like they did a fantastic job keeping everybody safe with all of the new considerations we all must face during these difficult times, everything was very clean.. If youre looking for a place to host a birthday party for your little one, or even just somewhere they can blow off steam for a few hours and get active, I highly recommend kids Empire.. Thank you guys truly, we cant wait to come back and play!

We loved this place before. It was a great place to bring our very energetic toddler to help her expend some of her energy, so when we heard they reopened and the Covid numbers came down we decided to try it again. It looks like there are only 3 people working, and absolutely no mask enforcement is happening. When we asked, we were told there weren’t enough people to enforce a mask policy. I also only saw 2 hand sanitizing stations in the whole place, neither of them near the play equipment (one near the bathroom, one near the entrance). We wound up leaving after 15 minutes and requesting a refund, which we were given. I just wanted to warn all of you who were thinking of coming here that we didn’t consider it safe, so you might not either. I’m so disappointed :(

This place went from 5 stars to 1 in a matter of minutes. They do not have any food available for kids or adults. And yet they still dont allow outside food. Obviously anyone working here doesnt have kids. If you want to eat, they expect you to gather up everything and take your 2 toddlers elsewhere to eat and then come back. You get that? No food available but youre expected to get everything together to leave just to eat. Pure BS if you ask me.

Great, affordable place to come. 2 Adults free with 1 purchase of a kids admission, and you can leave and return anytime you like. Enough space within most of the playground area to stand as an adult, so you can play with your kid(s) without feeling cramped. They even have a infant/toddler section so no rowdy, overjoyed kids knock over your child. Truly would recommend its worth the money. I do wish they would put extra padding under the slides so you dont have a little lip when you come down

Oversized play fixtures allowed me and my bad back to accompany my toddler grandson through the mazes of fun. Very enjoyable environment.

Went here on a Sunday. It wasnt too crowded and all our little ones had a great time. Its very clean and has a variety and f activities for our toddler on up to our 8 year old.

Just found this place yesterday thanks to Groupon. It was fantastic! My 6 and 8 yo sons loved it as well as my 4 & 2 yo niece and nephew. The play structure is awesome... Very big and maze-like. Plenty big enough for adults to enjoy. The slides were fast and fun. The motorized cars were neat, but you have to pay extra for them. Other great features were the giant Lego area, a small soccer field in the playground, a dancing room complete with a disco ball, and a separate baby area (for kids with diapers only). It was clean with plenty of seating and a snack bar. It was not busy when we went on a Friday night, but I imagine that will change once people start hearing about it. Will definitely be back!Edited to add: a month later and we are still huge fans! Have been back at least 3 more times. We love the simplicity, cleanliness, and openness. You dont feel claustrophobic like in many kids indoor play places (and weve been to lots).

If you leave it up to the kids to decide though, you’d probably end up spending the whole day there because there’s so much to do. I’ll try to list the different play areas available based on what I can remember; there’s a huge ball pit with 2 separate sets of slides, one for toddlers and another more advanced one for older children; there a bouncing castle also, there’s an area where you build Lego and other building-related toys. An exciting place for kids!

First and foremost, the staff here is very rude. I understand it’s a kids place, but if you’re rude and short with parents how can they want to have their kids come back? The place is very small, my kids were bored here after 30 minutes. If you’re looking for an indoor park I would recommend Jake’s Unlikited or even Big AirbUrban park. My kids had more fun there and the staff actually looks like they enjoy working there lol

This place was so much fun. I was impressed by how clean it was and how much fun I was having with my boy. I laughed harder than I have in a long time. I will say, they have a waiver for a reason! Those slides are steep and you get air! Great memories. We didn’t want to leave. Four star only because of its price! $15 per kid is expensive compared to the other play areas. No sibling discount? No year pass? Can’t bring in outside food? Hope they make those changes!

This place is truly an epic indoor playground. They arent extremely huge but keeps my son completely entertained for hours and hours. They have mazes, obstacles course, riding motorcycles you can race, jumbo Lego cave, and Dodge ball area upstairs! Its amazing. We love it! The price you pay is completely worth it. Just remember to bring your own socks... They cost extra! This is sure to become our new escape from the summer heat!Thanks for the fun away from the sun!! See you soon!

Took my kid here once, and I will never go back. The place was completely unsafe. There were actually nails sticking out of the floor on one part of the play area. When I alerted the staff, the young women was extremely rude and the others I could find were dismissive and took no action. You have got to be kidding me!!!!

Horrible policies and customer service. We got there an hour before they closed and they made my family feel unwanted.

Awesome place. It’s clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. My daughter had a blast and definitely wants to go back. Lots of different areas of play, which could keep kids busy all day. And with re-entry being allowed they literally could be kept busy all day.I do wish the padding under the pink slide was thicker. I had to go down it with my daughter. It is a fun slide but 9 days later my tail bone is still sore from the impact at the bottom. I know it’s meant for kids, but lots of adults end up going down with their kids. Either for support or simple fun. So that would be helpful.But overall it’s a great place and I will be taking my daughter back!

We had such a blast here today! My kids loved it and played for 5 hours! I would say it is for smaller kids under the age of 8. The playground was huge and maze-like. Great place open til 10pm on the weekends you can see inside the entire play land pretty much so wont have your little one lost looking for you. kids had a blast i highly recommend for kids under 10

This place is pretty epic because of the design and durability of the play house thing... As an adult you can get up inside of it and it weaves many different ways, circling back on itself and little under passes eventually coming out to either 2 huge slides thats are waxed and you fly down them or about 5-6 different stacks that have different designed drop downs to come up or down into different parts of it.The first time I came here it was with an infant in the kid area and I thought meh - coming back when it was damn near empty and letting my kids run through the whole thing and go with them really opened my eyes.This place was designed by someone that truly loves forts and childhood - its fun :)

Wouldnt sell me water because I didnt have exact change!! After spending$30 to get in..kinda sad

First time was a great experience. For very active family the hours are great and the prices are completely fair IMO.The snack bar is pretty limited and currently only offer small kids pizzas and packaged treats. They have a variety of activities from a dance room, giant-lego room, turf room with goals, electric trikes track, and more.It’s only a few weeks old and a great new addition to the area. Selfishly I hope the my take a while to get popular but the service, staff, and fun were outstanding!

First time here. Absolutely no supervision from these kids parents or employees to be found. Had to drag employees out behind the counter. My son whos driving kept running them over and one finally ran out crying because he ran him over really bad. Felt bad because I really didnt want them to get hurt but their parents signed a waiver and were mia so oh well if they break a leg. After yelling at the kids hoping they dont die and yelling at the employee for being lazy it was time to go. Didnt feel safe at all some poor kid will die got a very strange unsafe vibe here and it will eventually get shut down.

My kid loves this place. Shes 5 1/2 years old. Its $15 bucks per kid (all day pass). Parents are free. Each kid you pay for needs to be registered. You have to sign their disclaimer (takes 5 min to fill out). DONT FORGET TO BRING YOUR SOCKS. If you forget your socks, theyll sell you a cool neon pair. You can bring in your own bottles of water, but no outside food allowed. They have a few snacks there at the snack bar, such as chips (eg. Doritos, popcorn, lays), candy, Gatorade, lemonade. Tip: buy a gallon of the apple juice. Its only $4.50. While a small Gatorade is $4.oo. My kid loves the slides, giant lego blocks, rolly slide, & race cars. Bring a few extra bucks (cash) for the coins. They dont have an atm, nor do they give cash at the register. Coins pay for the claw machine, race cars, and a few other machines. Very clean facilities.

So much fun, my kids (5 and 3) play for hours when we go. We got the punch card for my daughter as a birthday present, regular admission is a bit more expensive than I would prefer. It would also be nice if they turned the music down just a little, its almost impossible to hear people talking right next to you.

My kids love it (6 and 3)! Great place for kids to burn some energy. Would of gave it 5 stars if it were just a few bucks cheaper, although once you pay to get in you can leave and return later for free.

Neat place to take the kids

1st time here and I loved it. It was clean, the people were friendly, kids and the adults had a blast. Pricey but worth it seeing that they allow re-entry.

What a fun place! There’s a lot to do there, and so much to explore. I brought my two year old, and she enjoyed both the smaller playground, and the giant one. It smelled and felt really clean, even with so many little kids. The staff was so friendly and seemed to enjoy their workplace. We will definitely be back. What a great and inexpensive way to spend some time.

The best place to bring your kids affordable price for no time limit is better then sky zone, jump street and so much more. Everything is so clean the staff comes out constantly cleaning the tables and picking trash up from families. I would definitely be coming back.

The price is fair and the kids had fun.We booked a birthday party for a 3 year old. I guess I had high expectations, I was disappointed in the overall experience based on what we were promised when we booked the birthday party.There is no PA system so no announcement is made like Happy Birthday to kid can all of kids friends please come to table (#) for pizza and cake. It was like herding cats trying to get everyone round up on our own for the party time.One of our friends did get hurt while playing - there are not enough employees to police the equipment. At one point of time, kids were crawling up dangerous slides and running into each other.Despite all this - everyone went home tired, sugared up, and happy. I would absolutely do it again and go again.Book your party early. Or go early before the crowd.

My family absolutely loves going to kids empire. Staff is always cleaning through out the day and is attentive to everyone when it comes to answering questions and controlling the floor when kids and parent aren’t following the rules with the play ground (good thing for waivers). $15 all day per kid and adults free and you can come back beats any other kids places that you have pay more and be timed to play but have to also pay for myself when I go to other places. Birthday parties are worth it saved me a lot of time compared to doing it myself but also saved me almost $150 if I was to go somewhere else i was able to stay after the party was over which is a plus considering kids never want to leave when they are having so much fun. Kids empire is honestly the best place to bring your kids I wouldn’t chose anywhere else.

We visited on Saturday morning and there wasn’t many people at 11am. My two year old daughter played for three hours, she really enjoyed Kids Empire since there was many things for her to do. There’s also a baby/toddler section that’s perfect for the little ones so they won’t get knock over by the older kids . I also saw a staff member kick some older kids from the baby area.

This place is amazing! My son is obsessed with going to play here. He wakes up every morning asking if he can go to the dragon house after school every day. $15 dollars all day that’s a steal with free entry all day! Only place to be at with kids.

My 2.5 yo son loves this place! Its a giant indoor playground with two huge slides and a separate party area for toddlers/babies. Its similar to a lot of other play places but unlike some others its only $15 per kid for the whole day, free for 2 adults per kid, and you can leave and come back if you want. Its clean and the equipment is all in really good condition.

Went for the first time my kids loved it. My 9yr, 6yr and even my 1yr had a blast.

Tall enough for a 6’4” adult to run through without issue. Great for ages 2-10 in the main area and under 2 in the toddler zone. Well designed and not a horrible hit in the wallet.

Absolutely loved this place! This was our first visit and I can say well for sure be back. 2 free adults with every kid admission and all day entry is a stellar deal considering other places charge for adults and time.

Love this place! Great place for toddlers to let all that built up energy out. Parents can participate in everything! If you go on the slides, just go do not try to slow yourself down Also I strongly recommend pants for a more satisfying sliding experience.

My 2 year old was able to enjoy every aspect of this facility! Its very clean and well organized. The staff are friendly and attentive. We spent about 2 1/2 hours here before having a snack and heading home for a nap. We will be back with friends! Thank you kids empire!

This place is wonderful! Incredibly clean, fantastic staff, and most importantly our kids loved it. Its also large enough that parents can easily go with their child if they are young but want to climb around too. We have a 4 and 2 year old and there were plenty of fun things for them to do.Another great features is the security. They have manual magnetic locks that prevent any wandering child from leaving without their parent/guardian.This is one of our new favorite places and will be returning often!

I seriously loved this place!!! I took my lady and boys for a little birthday party through a friend, an honestly it was a blast the whole entire time we were there. The place is very very big and nicely put together and organized, it gave you a very upbeat and exciting vibe. The packages are decently priced and Id say is worth it in the long run, who can put a price on a great time with family right?! But seriously I would recommend this place to any and all friends and family as well as familys with little ones, as well as older kids too!!! They have alot to do for all ages and I guarantee youll love the experience!!! The staff is very helpful and professional too!!! Although the place is a good place for kids to get out some energy and be pretty safe doing it...5 stars!!!!

The playground at Kids Empire is quite impressive, but the visit quickly becomes frustrating. Bigger school aged kids enter the toddler area and rough house in the ball pit. I had to take my toddler out of the area due to it being unsafe because of this reason. The young employees hang out and chat behind the counter and allow this to happen. The most disgusting part of this place was the no outside food policy. I would understand this policy if they had a grill or even more food options, but all they have is small personal microwave pizza, bags of chips, and candy bars. There are rows and rows of empty tables and when we happened to bring in food the employees asked us to eat it in the lobby where everyone sits and takes off their shoes. Disgusting!! Sure you can leave and eat and come back, but with a car load of kids in the 100 degree plus weather that can become a hassle. We dont live to far from this place and would like to come back but some changes would need to take place before we do. I know the place is new and it looks great but you need to take a step back from those shiny clean floors and colorful playground and have a heart for the parents who are your paying customers.

Great place for the kids to play at a reasonable price. It is geared more for ages 7-8 and younger. Feels more secure than some other indoor playgrounds weve visited since the playground is located on the back wall with one alarmed emergency exit and the main entrance and exit gates at the front are magnetically controlled by staff. Two parents entry fees are included with 1 childs entry fee and play is all day not by the hour as others charge. You do have to wear socks inside even if you arent playing, which they do sell for 2.50 but do not have grip on the bottom.

My girlfriend and I took our baby girl whos 3 and she absolutely loved it. I think we had more fun than her, and for the price you cant go wrong. If you need a place to get the kids tired take them here and i guarantee they will get worn out. Highly recommend this place.

Everything was so clean and the staff were incredibly helpful. Unfortunately their card machine was down not sure if that happens often but bring cash just in case, or they have a circle k right across from them. Kids under a year are free which I didn’t know so it was great getting my 9m in for free while big sis played. We will be back for sure

Good part is that you may also get to play with kids. $15 fee is reasonable for a whole day of fun. But kids get tired easily and bored in less than 2 hours of play as you would have covered all of the play areas.

I took my 5 year old granddaughter to a friends birthday party at Kids Empire and she really had a great time climbing on the padded jungle gym and playing with the giant Legos as well as sliding down the slides and riding the scooters too. At 2pm on a Saturday it really wasnt super crowded so no long lines to wait in. The birthday party helper was really nice. I would have given it 5 stars if they had a bit more for the parents to do as well like laser tag or maybe had a couple more carnival type rides but all in all we had a fun time.
