Perfect loop for lazy days hike. It’s easy and long enough to burn those lazy calories. Bonus part is sunsets are gorgeous from top The water canal makes it even more beautiful. If you are lucky enough, when you reach the top you can see sunset and moonrise on each side.

Did the Circumference Trail (~6 miles) Overall decent trail. Has it’s has rocky, flat, and inclined sections. Paved roads all the way to the trail head. LOTS of parking, however a playground, and a dog park share the same parking lot, so if you go on the weekend, I would imagine it’ll fill up fast. There are also restroom facilities at the start of the traihead, as well as half way through.
