Not all fire arms Dealers are the same. C2 Tactical goes a step beyond. Being a resident of both Nevada and Arizona, I hold a Nevada Drivers License. When I was looking to acquire a handgun a few years ago most dealers told me that as a resident of Nevada I could buy a rifle but not a handgun in Arizona. Well C2 Tactical was able to help me.While I am not experienced in all the details, I found out that there are different levels of Firearms dealers.. C2 was able to help while many other dealers in the Valley could not.Past the purchase, the training I took there was excellent as was their range for firing a weapon.Highly Recommend....

I went in today to purchase another gun and I was greeted by Paul. He was extremely friendly and professional. I absentmindedly said that I felt a bit hungry, and the next thing I knew, Paul reached under the counter and pulled out a three course meal! WOW! I sat down to eat and he even started to give me a haircut! How did he know I was due for a trim! Awesome! By the time I left, I felt stuffed and my hair looked better than its ever looked! Paul goes above and beyond for customers! I’m going to C2 for all my firearms needs. Thanks, C2 Paul!!

Great place to hone your skills. The facility is always clean and pristine. The counter personnel and range officers are friendly, helpful and always maintain professional safety attitudes. I frequent the Scottsdale/Phoenix location.

In my opinion, C2 is the best indoor range in the Valley. All employees from front desk to sales to ROs are all so friendly and nice and more than willing to help you understand more about firearms and how to safely use them. I cant recommend them enough!

Loved my experience here. George (?) is great!! I was interested in purchasing my very first gun and he walked me through the entire process. After talking he took me to the back and set up a reenactment of World War II with authentic PTRD-41s and FOG-2s. He handed me a Soviet soldier’s uniform and turned off the lights. The next thing I knew, Государственный гимн СССР started playing on the loudspeaker! WOW! What an amazing experience! Then Lauren narrated the entire battle as if we were in a Ken Burns documentary! Pros: Excellent facilities and professional staff. Fair prices on renting guns to use on their premises. large selection for purchase of weapons, gear, accessories, etc... Con: The instructor may be gone now but I wasnt impressed with her; she did not want to be there and wasnt fully engaged.

Good place to shoot. The line was a bit long. I’m glad that they asked at one point if anyone had a reservation, because waiting in line had already taken like some of my time.I like the way the online reservation works. It makes it really convenient.The last 2 times I’ve scheduled using the app I’ve gotten lane 20 which is a bit quirky. The target system doesn’t always do what you’re telling it to do.I would recommend this place for people who want a place to shoot.

C2 Tactical is a great place to work and train. Air conditioned lanes are a must in the summer! What really stands out is the target system on the lanes. The ability to run programs on every lane stands out from any other range in Phoenix. The store is bight and well laid out. The instructors are the best!

Love C2. I have range membership, and have also made use of numerous private lessons for both Glock and AR. Excellent training and excellent facility. Worked a lot with Kyle for training and he is excellent. Will remain a member. Support 2A! Support your local gun shops especially C2.

Very nice range. Not much of a selection, but I guess things are tough all over these days. Lots of great Sig stuff, not much in the Glock category. Great classes for new shooters and more experienced shooters. Would recommend.

Great experience in the 200 class with my wife and son. TJ is an awesome instructor, makes you feel completely at ease and is super knowledgeable. If you could take a class with him I would highly recommend it. We will for sure be going back.

I became a member of C2 Tactical in Scottsdale several months ago and I am very happy I did. The staff at C2 Tactical make it the perfect place for my wife and I. They are friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable and always on point which makes us feel very safe. The range staff are always willing to answer questions and provide tips and hints. I feel very comfortable knowing they are focused on keeping the range safe while we are doing our best to focus on our targets. In addition to the staff, I am very impressed the many other amenities they have ... a very comprehensive training program, lots of ammo, good assortment of weapons to rent or buy, some quality gear and easy to use online reservations system. I have not used the simulator yet, but looking forward to doing that soon. I am aspiring to become an Area338 member some day.. :) Cheers

First time at C2 today with a pistol lane reservation. It was busy but didnt have to wait. Staff were very helpful. It was a very comfortable environment to shoot in. Will be back.

C2 Tactical is the best indoor range. The range has great sound baffling, a wide variety of pre-programmed drills and very friendly and helpful range officers. They also have a good selection of firearms and firearm related merchandise.

I purchased a handgun for home protection here, as well as have taken the Pistol 100 level course. I love this range. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful. I will always go here for the Ladies Night, a discounted range fee event.

Went to C2 tactical in Scottsdale to use the range and ended buying a gun Kevin was great he was fast and proficient and made sure I got everything I came for and needed.

Wait time was minimal. Everyone was wearing a face mask and was social distancing as much as possible. Ventilation was very good. Staff was very courteous and helpful.

Friendly staff. Paul was super helpful and efficient with helping me with my transfer.This is one of the bigger stores in the Phoenix area so has a decent selection of equipment and a rental range with all kinds of guns you wouldnt shoot otherwise.

I like the facility overall and shoot here weekly because of it. That being said, I really wish that membership would have its benefits when it comes to range check in and checkout. Waiting in a line on average for 15 minutes even though I have a reservation is unexceptionable. Waiting in line for a party of non members to fill out waivers, briefings etc. is not cool. Please fast track those of us that prepay a membership every year please.

Very professional staff. My boyfriend and I felt like everyone was our friend. We had a jam in our rifle and Zack spent time to educate us and help us out. Everyone was respectful and polite including Mason who was the face of the store when we walked in. He was very informative. Your staff and friendly environment is definitely bringing us back to C2 Tactical for another range day. We got to sight our gun, shoot it for the first time, and learn about it all in one trip. The store and range are good. The range is very well lit and the lanes are nice. They have range attendants readily available for any questions or issues.We did sign up for membership, but was disappointed that is wasnt exactly like we were told/or understood. On the other side, they were helpful in ordering and purchasing a new firearm.We will be using the range again, and depending on the membership, may join again.....membership was higher than other range options in the area.

Area 338! I spent just shy of $5,000.00 on a membership to C2 Tactical in hopes that it would be a good investment. Unfortunately I was just another sale. After they ran my card that was it. The next day I sat on hold for nearly an hour when I called to ask why my fob did not open the door. No welcome email, no welcome pack, no instructions, just two fobs. Before canceling I asked for a call from the GM, no such luck. Just an email saying someone would reach out. They charged me 5% to cancel the membership, money well spent as I will not visit them again, nor will anyone I am able to sway with my experience. I say Scottsdale Gun Club is the same price and they show the gratification when you spend $5,000.00 on a Platinum membership.

I shoot at C2 Scottsdale frequently. The staff is friendly and helpful. The range is super clean. The ventilation is excellent. The computerized range computers provide fun programs that are more interesting than just punching paper holes in static targets. I recommend C2!

We have had good days and bad days at this location. Depending on who’s working, will dictate the quality of service you will get. Today we had a lane reservation for 2:00. They called us in at 10 after, which was fine, but the people were still on that lane. Not a big deal (it happens), but we did have to go back to the front desk to let them know. They quickly called someone at the back and then they cleared the lane for us. We asked if they could adjust the time since we were now starting at 15 after and the guy said, “Yes, no problem.” Fast forward 45 min.. “Cody” came up to us and said that we had two minutes left. My stepdad politely told him that we didn’t start until 15 after. Cody replied something along the lines that he didn’t know and the front desk told him it was time. I then explained that the reason we didn’t start was because of the people right before us (he didn’t seem to care), but I wanted him to know that it wasn’t because WE were late. He threw up his hands and said, “I don’t know.” That’s when I said ok and that I would talk to the front desk. The manager was at the desk and I told him what was going on and that Cody had a little bit of an attitude - I really didn’t understand why he had to throw his hands up on the air? I didn’t have an attitude, but let me tell you I felt his frustration and I was shocked because we have been there before and have never had an a situation with him. Anyway, when I came back in, I was talking to my family and Cody decided to come back up and say some thing, “I’m just doing my job.” Not sure why he had to say that? I then said to him well you could have radioed the front desk and asked them. He said “No, I need to keep this line clear in case of emergencies” (cocky attitude) and I said OK. He walked away and then my husband asked what was going on because he had on double ear protection and could not hear, so I told him, but then here comes Cody again (he couldn’t leave it alone). He then had the audacity to say that I look frustrated and he was worried about me having a firearm? Really? Is that what you say to a customer? So at this place, it’s hit or miss. If my stepfather was not a member, I’m not sure if I would come back to tell you the truth. I have taken two classes with C2, one at Tempe which was a great experience with Chris and the one in Scottsdale with Kayla. I thoroughly enjoyed both classes and the instructors. Not looking forward to seeing Cody again.

The best indoor range facility I have ever been to, most advanced rail and target systems i have ever seen and used. Gave me a wide range of target scenarios from tactical to IDPA infinite possibilities to support any shooter. Wide selection of accessories for handguns as well as rifle optics, best in the area. Thanks to the RSO today very observant and quick to act and managed the lanes and shooter perfect.

I have been coming to C2 Tactical since its beginning. I have now been to both locations, One in Tempe and the other in Scottsdale. I have also been using there Gunsmith as well. I would also like to include since going so much I have a membership as well. I hope one day to order a 375 Cheytac one of these days. I have only purchased handguns from them so far. One day ago, I signed up for a lane reservation when they didn’t have any available at the walk-in rate. I paid the 25 dollars down and went on my way. I scheduled my reservation for 9am, when they open. After they closed, I had a bill come through that limited my spending budget for the month.After checking the refund policy, I decided to cancel the lane reservation as I was well within the requirements for a refund. Unfortunately, there is no way to do so online. I booked my reservation at 11:30 and called as soon as they opened to cancel my appointment, thus ensuring I was not a no show. Only to be told there were no refunds. I looked again at the refund policy to see if I somehow was incorrect but that was not the case. I was well within the 24 hour cancellation requirement and was not a no show.I spoke to the employee again and when he said he couldn’t help me, I asked to speak to a manager, but he said no manager was there. I asked when they would be there and he said they should be in soon. I asked him if he would have them call me when they came in and he agreed. I asked him for an estimated time and he said 1-2 hours. He agreed, it’s now 5 hours later and I have heard nothing, so I decided to call myself spending an hour on hold, I was then transferred to the automated service because no one was available I guess.Anyway, what is the point of a refund policy if the company itself won’t adhere to it? Terrible customer service, will not be returning and urge you to find somewhere else as well.If management would like to contact me to correct this, I will happily accept the contact in an attempt to reach an actual resolution adhering to their policy.

Started as a .556 member and now upgraded to Area .338. Obviously my wife and I were very happy with our membership and now as Area.338 we are experiencing a membership like no other we have ever experienced. C2 Tactical makes your Range experience like no other. Come on Down; youll Love It!

I’ve been a member here for just over a year now. I don’t get to the club as much as I want to but then again who does? Be that as it may the team there is professional friendly and knowledgeable. All in all, dude’s just a simple Giant, with a gnarly yet nicely groomed beard, large hands, tshirt and a baseball cap on. The gentleman (wo a doubt) can do some serious damage if he feels like it, but instead he simply chooses to politely help others with their firearm needs, while grinning from ear to ear practically every time tht window slides wide open...

My wife took me here for my birthday, and I have to say it was the most enjoyable time Ive ever had at any shooting range!The entire staff was kind, friendly, and welcoming. Shooting ranges are often intimidating and scare people away from shooting or guns in general. Not here, if someone were on the fence about guns, they would walk out of C2 and become gun and shooting enthusiasts.The range officer, Cody, made the entire experience so much fun. Not only was he keeping it a safe environment, but he also felt like a close friend who was there spending time with us as well.We were lucky enough to be the last shooters at the range, where Cody turned off the lights and let us shoot in the dark with flashing police lights!Just as we couldnt imagine the night getting any more fun, the manager radioed to Cody that he wanted to give us a free fully automatic MP5 rental! Ive wanted to shoot a fully automatic rifle all my life and just out of their extreme kindness finally got the opportunity!Again, Cody made that experience so much fun! Its nice getting the nudge to do a full mag dump! =)I strongly recommend this place to everyone to go shooting or making firearm purchases; you will not be disappointed. C2 Tactical has our business and we look forward to going shooting there again soon!

A fantastic indoor shooting range that youll look forward to visiting. They have a well trained staff that is friendly and ready to answer all your questions. Came in to shoot my brand new gun today and they placed us in line to go into the range. Not only did they not call our names but the sent in over 3 people that came in after us. No they did not have reservations because they do not pick up their phone at all. After seeing 2 more members get a lane then 4 more non members we were getting displeased. After a whole hr of waiting they told us we were next they send yet ANOTHER non member ahead of us. We were given no apologies so we just left. Terrible customer service. And absolutely none of the associates are on the same page. This was the of worse experiences I have ever had at a gun range. Probably wont be back.

Best shooting facility Ive been to. Range Officers are great. Front desk staff is awesome. Knowledgeable Sales people. I feel safe here, which is important to me. And, they happen to have some multi-ethnic staff members, which I consider progressive for a range facility.

We enjoy the vendor days and have bought on those days after you get range time with any of the weapons offered by the vendor. If you havent been the new location in Scottsdale, it is a must see

I have been to several gun ranges in the metro Phoenix area and C2 is by far gives you the best bang for the buck. The lanes are clean and clear. They have staff handy to assist with any issues you may have, the cost is reasonable and the locations are in super areas with plenty to do before or after your shooting time. I only wish I could join one of their annual range time offers! Keep up the great job C2!!!

Great experience for our first time. Staff was helpful and friendly. The overall place looks great. We will definitely go back. They even have a simulator room Which we will try this weekend. Very happy overall.

Great store, great employees, great classes, great instructors. I have purchase my guns with you. I took my classes and training with Chip. I love chips methods. I have brought my son and got him shooting guns and rifles. Everyone takes their time and understanding of peoples disability. We are treated like family and I love it and come out to shoot and train when we can. Being a single mom Im limited with $ to train and practice.

Very little social distancing, which means I cant go here (health reasons). Typically a first class operation. Love the classes, the men and women attending the range, and the overall environment.

Friendly and helpful staff that provide a safe atmosphere! State of the art targets keep it interesting. You can program the targets to stop, twist, tease and even have the target charge at you. You can also have emergency lights flashing, which I have seen law enforcement do to practice for real life scenarios. All in all a great place to develop or practice your skills.

C2 has a beautiful store. Great displays and lots of inventory. Staff are friendly and welcoming. They have great customer service, and I have used them for several FFL transfers.

I practice quite a bit and didn’t know what to expect from a private lesson. All I can say is take a private lesson from Cody. I had plateaued with teaching myself, not completely happy with my skills. Within five minutes, Cody had me well past that plateau. I went in a week later to train on my own and improved even more.My game plan is to train until I’ve plateaued again and schedule another hour with Cody. I’d highly recommend those who wish to improve to do the same.

Awesome shooting range! And it is indoors, I usually dont shoot when it gets above 105. But now I can. The place is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Also Dealer Demo days are Great, you can shoot different models. Highly recommend!

Such a wonderful place to learn - at any level! I love that they are so customer service based here. Hubbs and I rented a lane on one of our first visits to C2 to practice where we met a range officer named Andrew Seamons - the nicest, most patient person you would want to learn from! I have been to other ranges in California but never had a comfortable learning experience like C2 (Thank you Andrew!) Previously I found most ranges to be militant and intimidating so never really enjoyed the range. If it werent for Andrew I never would have been so open to stepping into such a foreign world to me... I even ended up working for C2 part time because I loved it so much! I have since moved to Tucson but still have fond memories of working alongside an amazing crew. Vince is generous to all and takes care of his staff - so if you are interested in a great work environment - you would not be disappointed working here. I was lucky to work with Gena Wagoner assisting with events. She is such an energetic, fun and creative person. Everyone that visits C2 loves Gena - if you are interested in hosting an event at C2 - shes your girl! Best of all I walked away with some amazing friendships thanks to the time I spent at C2 - friends from work and also that I met in classes.Speaking of - I would like to comment on the classes offered for frequent shooters... There are so many levels of classes taught by some of the best professionals - I highly recommend looking into the classes if you would like to fine tune your range time. I took a few classes and found them to be extremely worthwhile (and again a comfortable learning experience).

Great place to get your Concealed Weapons Permit (CWP). Very knowledgeable instructors.

Always a fantastic experience at C2. I am a new member and usually visit on Tuesday or Wednesday night and have no problem getting a lane. RSO are always friendly and can help with any questions. I recommend C2 for new shooters as it’s a better environment to learn than at Ben Avery.

Professionally run, can use your own ammo with your own guns and reasonably priced. The facility was clean, modern, with no problems with equipment operations. Rental prices for guns were reasonable with a decent selection of the more common firearms. Help was available on the lanes for those unfamiliar with indoor shooting.

Went there yesterday for the first time. Way better than the other big indoor range company in Phoenix. Way cheaper to, far better lighting and better customer controlled range controls. Add that to the friendly, helpful staff...what more can you say?
