The buying experience and customer service was very good, but one of the large box items (Amazing) malfunctioned in the middle of the display and blew out the side of the box, shooting fireworks in several hortizontal directions. I expected much more from a $40+ item.

Great selection with reasonable pricing. the knowledgeable staff will help you get the most bang for your buck. if you dont live nearby...make the travel. well worth it. best stand in Phoenix!

I have been getting my goodie @ 99th ave & McDowell twice a year for as long as these guys have been here. Always have a great selection & prices. These folks have great information and suggestions. The big crackling balls and Mama Mia are great @ a really good price. They have a bunch of 2for1 deals every year. Everyone there is so friendly welcoming.. Bring some patience because this place gets busy... But the line moves pretty fast.. Red Hot Fireworks please make sure you bring back the Big Fire Powder, this stuff makes your fire pit flame change colors. I will definitely buy some in the winter when I get my New Years goodies... Keep up the good work & see you in December!!!

What a wonderful experience! I originally met the couple at the bridal expo last year and just purchased 36 sparklers for my sisters wedding. Communication with the sellers was quick and easy and setting up a time to meet them to pick up the sparklers was effortless. The quality of the product is just as advertised and the sellers really go out of their way to help you decide what need for your special occasion and explaining how to properly work the fireworks. I highly recommend Red Hot Fireworks and will be using them again in the future!

Great tent on 99th Ave at the Fear Farm! Jo-Jo is my favorite person! I wish they had a year round store I could walk in and visit, but they do have excellent response time on what you order online. Very nice people, family owned!!!!!!!
