We rented one of the slides for my siblings birthday and it went over so well with the kids that even the grown ups went on. They set it up very safely, keeping sanitation and cleanliness in mind. I couldn’t recommend them more!

AZ Bounce was really great company. I had order a shark tank water slide it was super fun and the customer service was great. When the guys came in to install they were nice and professional about where should we put the slide. We did have a little issue at the end where the guys came to pick up the slide and accidentally took our water hose. It was an accident so we where not mad, I talked to customer service and Mila took really cared of it. Within 5 days we got our water hose back.

I contacted Az Bounce Pro for last minute quotes on my sons first birthday and everything was a little under $700. I submitted Like 7 quotes over the weekend mixing up the bouncers to play with cost because I wasnt Looking to spend that kind of money.Mila called me on Monday (after reviewing my endless quotes) and was able to get me, more than what I wanted to get, and it was all way cheaper than the quote i got online because they were running a special. Talk about a blessing!!!She provided such great service and she honestly went above and beyond.On top of all that the guys that came to lay down the bouncers knew EXACTLY what they were doing. They were complete pros. I didnt Even have to open my mouth to say where I wanted It placed they just did it perfect.!!!Az Bounce Pro has earns a Life Time Customer ️

Highly Recommended! From the initial phone call so many years ago and for each Employee event weve hosted since, this has been our go-to source for Company outings. They are fun to work with, thorough and attentive!

Shady business practices. Instead of trying to explain why prices might be astronomical (for your 3 for 1 deal) compared to competitors they just block your comments. Roughly $370 for a 22 foot water slide then add on around $100 for taxes and delivery and it’s over $470 for 3 days. Now that wouldn’t be horrible if they weren’t running a 3 days for the price of one promotion.I called 3 other companies who were all around $360 for 3 days which is not unreasonable. And AZ Bounce Pros price is not unreasonable either if that wasn’t a promotion. But maybe try telling your customers and possible future customers that “Hey, yes our prices are higher because we have top of the line bounce houses and water slides, we make sure to check for needed repairs after every use, etc...” You know, something to give your future customers hope but instead you try to silence them, which seems super shady and that the 3 for 1 deal isn’t actually a deal.Maybe if you actually respond to people’s comments with information and not tell them to fill out the forms on your website you’ll get more responses.

They changed their policies and pricing this year without notification or anything mentioned on their site or even within the quote itself. Then someone reaches out later on with a canned response regarding their new policies, fees and minimums. We used to rent from this company every year but will be finding a more honest and upfront company to give our business to moving forward.

Man osha violations everywhere and the problem is they know about it. All who work here just complain but never say nothing about it. Not only is half the equipment old and run down but the refuse to fix them other than patching them like basically a band aid. It sucks to say this cause I actually liked most the people I worked with. But after the short month I been here and the way people talk to you is just unacceptable. I really hope they can get it together used to be really good place to work.

Excellent experience for our Employee Event in Tempe. They were very prompt with delivery and pick-up and Yazzie was very helpful with my questions about the generator we rented.

Great service! Our company hired AZ Bounce Pro for Casino, Photo Booth and Caricature and it was wonderful. They handled everything and made it easy and stress free for all. I didnt have to worry about anything. They took care of setup and take down. This process was the easiest thing, I couldnt believe it. We had connected with A New Leaf to host a Fun Fest for all residents of their community.We had a very humble budget to put on a spectacular experience for these individuals who could use it the most. For the last 7 years Ive used this company and Sir Bounce a Lot (found out today theyre both the same company) for my daughters birthday parties. We always had great service from them which is why I would always call them for my parties and refer them to friends. However, today when I called to book I was informed that they now require a $500 minimum for their rentals and or services. $500!!! Seriously, screw these guys. Apparently they dont care about their long time customers unless you want to pay through the nose. No thanks! It literally took me 30 seconds to find another inflatable vendor without a ridiculously high minimum price, and I look forward to working with them for many years to come. I will NEVER use or recommend Sir Bounce a Lot or AZ Bounce Pros again.

BT Bounce Pro was awesome. They arrive before scheduled and set up quickly. They were professional and courtesy, they explained how everything worked. Our guest extremely enjoyed the bouncy and cotton candy machine. Their equipment was clean and in great condition. We definitely will use them again and highly recommend their company! I worked with Tye and his crew at AZ Bounce Pro for a holiday party for work. I had approximately 580+ people and all I can say is Tye and crew were absolutely AMAZING! Tye really worked with me on all issues and concerns provided superb service leading up to and on the day of the event. All of their staff was friendly and professional. They handled all the clean up. This event will go down as one of the best parties I have planned at work and I must say I owe a lot of the kuddos to Tye and team at AZ Bounce Pro. This company was wonderful! We used them for our companys annual Christmas Party. It was my first time trying to coordinate the bounce house people, and I called back several times with many questions and the woman never showed any frustrations. They were very accommodating with our schedule, Christmas party started at 6pm-9pm we asked for drop off to be about 4:30 and pick up to be 10pm. They were here right at 4:30! and they even helped set up the tables! the Party was wrapped up at about 8:45pm so I called to see if there was anyway they could pick up sooner then 10pm and the man said Ill be there in about 15min PERFECT!!!! Absolutely the most awesome company to work with. We would recommend them to anyone! Thank you AZ bounce pro!

I ordered a water slide for my daughters 6th birthday party. The kids loved it! The representative who set up was very nice and managed to squeeze the gigantic inflatable through our gate and into our back yard. He did all of the set up and tear down in a timely manner and was very professional. We had a great experience with AZ Bounce Pro and would absolutely recommend them if you are looking for a bounce house or water slide rental.

Do yourself a huge favor and hire this amazing company! I am the coordinator for a large church who had to plan our annual fall festival in a very short period of time. Tamara at AZ Bounce Pro customized our event according to our budget, kept in touch with me throughout the process, and helped me adjust as needed. They were an easy one stop shopping place where I got everything I needed for our event instead of trying to piece it together. The day of our event went so smoothly thanks to their staff, who were friendly and professional. Nathan even came to rescue us when we couldnt figure out how to operate the cotton candy machine! We got AZ bounce pros Hello kitty bounce and that thing is awesome looking! My daughter and her friends had a blast. Super easy to deal with. I literally ordered online, paid, they called a few days before to confirm they got to my house set it up in like 10 minutes signed papers and didnt see them until they picked it up. We will DEFINITELY be using AZ Bounce Pro again! Probably going to get a water combo one in May for my sons party!

AZ Bounce Pro was friendly from the first phone call I made to them to the minute they picked up the bouncer. They made my daughters party so much more enjoyable and I believe they are reasonably priced. They were great because they let me use my own generator and other places wouldnt. Thank you!

I have always been happy with AZ Bounce Pro and have used them annually in October, but I just called to arrange my event for October and was told that I had to have a minimum order of $500. I asked why there was this change since I have been a loyal customer and never had this issue before and I was told because October it is their busy month they are charging more.I will NEVER work with them again - they are price gouging because they are busy and taking advantage of their customers. This is a disgusting practice and refuse to ever use this company again.

We have used this company multiple times over the last three years. We have rented concession machines and inflatable water slides/bounce houses for birthday parties for the kids and also use them for our formal Christmas party. They bring out and set up bar tables, heaters, high top chairs and an all black portable bar, that actually looks very classy when set up. They have never disappointed and are always willing to help when we need their expert service! I am a very happy repeat customer.

We loved the bungee trampoline at our school carnival! The kids and teachers had a great time on it. We especially liked how early you were to set it up. Next year we will get the inflatables through you too.

My wife planned a casino night for my 50th and it was the best birthday party that I have ever attended. The three man crew was led by a great young man named Nathan and we were absolutely impressed. I have been to similar parties in the past and was never impressed by the quality of the tables. Many times throughout the night I heard people talk about the fact that you could not tell the difference between these tables and casino tables. This was also a great experience for players that have always been too intimidated to play in a casino as the dealers were great teachers. I have already made recommendations and will continue to do so with great confidence. Thanks for a great party!

Great value, great service, great options. Found these guys when we attended an event at my sons school and they had so many different inflatables. We ordered last minute and they delivered 4 hours early (with my permission of course) and still left it till the end time we requested so we had it twice as long for the same price. These guys are awesome!

I have use AZ Bounce Pro several times over the past few years and the service is top-notch: they reply to email requests quickly, follow up with phone calls if necessary, and they are always on time, courteous.
