This bar is a good time. They have dart competition’s. So bring your own part of still tip darts. A great way to meet all locals and listen to live bands. The drinks are well-made and are generous on the liquor. I would recommend this for any day you want to have fun with your friends.Or to meet new people.

This was the 1st time Ive been to the Blooze in over 2 years,and its gotten better! Only beef if your not going to give free refills on soda serve it in a lot taller cups please thanks! In the past used to get soda refills here,but not Saturday night nope! Like my friend Joel says not broke dont fix it! Also try to get the Blooze bar website back thanks! Overall this place has gotten better will be back!

The bar was nice and clean. There was plenty of parking. Good place for regulars and they have a stage for concerts. Prices were fair.

Hosted a tribute show here for my music partner who passed away. They were so kind and understanding and willing to help us with what we needed. The sound system was great, drinks reasonably priced and service was great.

This was a neat bar. I went for an event and the staff seemed over whelmed and slightly confused. It was just a little obvious that they dont usually have a full house. Would definitely go back on an easy going night

Its a cool little hole in the wall spot i guess if you dont want to eat with the alcohol you drink. Its super small, and nobody there even attempted to dance all night. I was there for the coast to coast live event they held, and the microphones were distorted. On a busy night they had 1 bartender, so it took forever to get a drink.

Bartender was the best thing about this dive bar. Atmosphere just wasnt doing it for us. They do have two pool tables. Their drinks had a decent pour and were not overpriced.

My brother and I went here on a whim. We just had a death in the family and my brother had reached out to some friends to let them know about the death. Our friends said that they were going to stop in at The Blooze, so since we were in the same area we decided to go there also. We got there and it was a great time, and we had excellent service as well. I had been here before and wasnt that impressed with the establishment, but since that was such a wonderful experience Im definitely going to be going back again. As a matter of fact Im going to be going there this Friday to meet with those friends and few other friends. My brother and I are really excited about returning to The Blooze. Good people, good music, good friends, good beverages and good times, what more can you ask for!!P. S. Really cold beers here, plus a happy hour. Awesome place.

I’d like to give them more stars coz the place has potential but it’s been hit or miss in terms of service. Sometimes it’s great and other times it’s missing.

We found this little gem on a whim and it was awesome! My out of state friends and I had a blast. The bartender was great and I loved the one man band, especially when he played a little Johnny cash for my friends and I. Ill be back!

I enjoy the variety of music at this venue. Only 3 miles from where I live. I get a good vibe there.

It had been a couple years since I last went into this place. Went in late on a Saturday afternoon. They were setting up for 4 metal bands and getting ready for the onslaught of bikers expected from bike week that evening. The friendly red head bar tender - I dont remember her name, apologized for being so busy and not being able to take the time to chat. Too bad, she seemed to be a good soul. I will be back.

Good place for live music and to hang out. Drinks are reasonably priced and well made. Not fancy and no food, but comfortable. And the pool tables were free!

Batender is awesome. Stopped in cause i was doing laundry next door and became thirsty. Great patrons, fun times with Waylon Jennings look alike. His meat is delicious, he is the Jerky Man.

Sound was terrible; didnt do the bands justice. Air inside was warm and muggy.

Very friendly and fun place. Lots of space to dance or whatever your there for. Non Alcoholic drings available too. The libe bands did an amazing job! And last, smoke free. Left smelling not like a cigarette. We will go back. Our date night was a success.

Place use to be fun. Last time I was there they charged me 10 bucks with no band. Another time they told me to leave for no reason. Your tabs will be high if you like to drink.......There are better places for fun. I am surprised the place is still in business for they way they treat customers.

Great bar to see local bands. Some are very young and doing it very well. Its a bit dark and the food is decent. But the atmosphere during live music is awesome.

It was ok younger crowd..fight broke out. So I left no time for drama. Its hotter than catfish grease in that spot. Small selection at the bar!! Will not recommend!

Place used to be fun when under different ownership. Now it is a dank grungy place, in disrepair. The regulars are treated well and a number of them are creepy and/or sloppy racist drunks... charming. There used to be some fun open mics and those are now gone. I know a few bands that played there that didn’t get paid until days after the gig, if at all. I won’t be returning there as I can catch anyone who plays there at a better venue. Beware...

I have been to The Blooze a handful of times (The Snooze?) and I can honestly say that it is a depressing experience every time. Weird crowd, rude staff, good luck getting a beer if you arent a creepy regular. The older long haired lady behind the bar is just miserable, sorry. I go here solely to support local bands and she treats the bands/their crews like garbage. Gave me grief the entire night about where to set up the merch table (there was literally maybe 7 people in the bar and she was worried about me blocking tables ) and stormed around the bar slamming beer bottles into the garbage can right behind me when she has two of them at the bar top. Nooooo thanks. I will spend my money somewhere else.

First time at this place last night, have to say the owner and everyone else who works there including the door man are just as cool and chill as can be. Everyone makes you feel welcomed and at home. They had a couple of rockabilly bands playing which were very good as well Reckless Ones and The Limit Club. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for good music and nice crowd. Dont mind the tough look of classic cars and motorcycles out front, the people seem to be there to enjoy a good beer and a good time. Speaking of beer they have very good prices, $2.50/domestic tap and $6.50 pitchers. (not sure if that was just the special for Thurs) Definitely worth it.

Band was awesome, however, the long haired blonde female bartender was anything but friendly. She walked around with a scowl on her face and acted like her customers were all just pains in her a**! She was downright rude. She said she was the owner of the place. That might explain the lack of ppl there on a night they had the most awesome band there, it should have been packed, but there were empty tables. She really put a damper on our good time, but we still had fun with the band and dancing.

Been there many times and seen some decent bands. But, they must be under new ownership because they hired a new band called Unchained. This band is off the charts. # rockedthisjointwithunchained. Will go back when I see that band there.

Went here for the live music and I cant say Id go for any other reason. Its a watering hole with a pretty good sound stage.

I went to the Blooze for the first time for the Sunday Blues dancing lessons. The teachers are patient, kind and excellent dancers themselves. You can go by yourself because the teachers ask everyone to rotate partners for each song. It was fun to watch and I finally participated at the end. The live music afterwards was amazing.It felt like being in a blues bar on Halsted Street in Chicago in the 70s.What a find!
