This was by far my partner and Is favorite place we lived in Phoenix. The people are incredibly friendly, Sandra from the office is absolute one of the kindest people I have ever met. The apartments are a fantastic use of space, the neighbors are friendly and the place is just very mellow and easy going. The neighborhood is a bohemian chic, and while it has its rough edges we felt safe and happy there.

Such a cool little community! Everybodys friendly and its small enough that you dont feel like just another face. Liz got me in FAST too! Its a live/work community, so if you have a little side hustle or a full time gig, your home can also be your base of operation. My little studio is perfect and I love the grey walls. The only thing this place is missing is card operated washers/dryers. Once those are installed, itll be a 5 star place!

This is a great place - layout is great- location is great - Sandra is amazing and does a wonderful job providing excellent management and help - love the feel of the place and the artistic outlets - very interesting location

Clearly ahead of the curve, I wonder if Phoenix is ready. Decent rents, nicely renovated.
