I’m so glad this place is back open and especially thankful for the wonderful lady who helped me. I wish I had her name but she’s awesome. She gave me fantastic recommendations for a product I would’ve never known about and it didn’t under deliver. :) always great service here but she’s helped me consistently and with a smile each time.

Everything is pretty PRICEY but its a nice atmosphere and fun to shop here. Staff is always professional and helpful.

Staff will come up ask if you need help and hover around, it’s very creepy. Asking if I need help is one thing but when you tell them you’re fine they should not stand around. Way to many male associates also.

I’ve always thought that an adult shop like Castle was going to be a place where I felt unjudged and comfortable with employees. Apparently, I was WRONG!I’ve been to several adult stores and I have never felt so personally off-put by a worker before. Being asked “that’s what you want?” followed by a scoff, is not a proper way to engage a costumer about their personal sex life. I don’t know if he lacked self awareness or if he just didn’t care enough to realize it was rude and invasive to say. Another employee was nice enough- but did absolutely nothing when they witnessed all of this.Regardless of that comment, I didn’t enjoy feeling watched/followed every time I move. Something about being unrelenting stared at while browsing plugs makes me shiver... And I couldn’t even buy my products without being bombarded by requests trying to up-sell me. Doesn’t matter when their garbage product breaks a few days after using it! And don’t bother trying to get a refund- it’s not happening!So, I definitely will not he coming back to this location, since I don’t enjoy coming home scathing and empty handed. I’ve spent money here before and their more luxurious products are adequate (albeit; overpriced). But the cheaper products are literal trash, and the employees make me extremely uncomfortable. Maybe if this location can pull their act together and run their business like professionals do- it’d get better reviews.

Overpriced stuff that can usually be purchased online for much less. They dont let you take photos of the stuff either, so sending pictures to your SO gets difficult, although its definitely a store to go to together. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)All in all, a fun store to visit once in a while, but definitely not a place to buy all of your stuff at due to the doubled and sometimes tripled prices.

Best variety and fair prices

First time in, looking for something for the wife, staff was very helpful, and have alot of knowledge of the products they sell.

Great place! Selection was awesome. Lingerie was on the low side but I can see its because they were selling like crazy. No big.It was my first time there and Nina was very helpful, she made sure all questions were answered and advised us in a few things, no pressure, just being helpful. Even gave us a short tutorial on how to take care of our products.It was super fun, well be back for sure.

One of the worst stores I’ve been to! I was looking for a specific product & the employee tried to up-sell me a different product that I did not want. When I tried returning it and getting another product, the employee did not allow me to do so. Was very displeased with my experience and will no longer be returning to this establishment. The employee was very unprofessional and immature, not well suited for his position. I expected to have a good time but my night was ruined and now I have a product I don’t want with no other options.

So I went in looking for a specific butt plug that vibrates and he said it would dumb to get it and was disrespecting me the whole time and ended up convincing me to get a different type of butt plug that doesn’t vibrate and wasn’t what I wanted. I tried to go back right after I left the store to trade it in and they wouldn’t let me even though it was still brand new

The atmosphere is far better than the black canyon store. I think the prices are slightly more than the others, but I feel at ease shopping here. The staff is great and not pushy.... Its a good place to get what you need and then some.

The most horrific customer experience I’ve had yet to date and I’ve been working in hospitality for over three years. Sadly I didn’t get the employees name but as of April 28th I went into the megastore castle at this location to purchase toys for my lady, first of all when I entered the store I wasn’t greeted, I hardly knew there was an employee there, until I realized that EVERYWHERE I went a creepy spikey haired man watched my every move. Now this typically wouldn’t bother me but as I was about to check out I realized this seemingly hostile man was actually the person who would be checking me out, so reluctantly I went to purchase my items, but I instantly met one of the most abrasive young men I’ve yet to encounter, as he was bold enough to say ‘well why would you want to buy those items for your lady when they won’t even do a thing for her how about you get one of these items that is four times the price, unless your just cheap’ if I wasn’t in such a rush for a last minute gift I would’ve left on the spot but I didn’t; so as I was purchasing my product the man instantly held me up at the cash register. Bombarding me with questions, trying to get me to buy better and more expensive items. This went on for about five to ten minutes, I kept telling him no until I was fed up, and told the man to just give me my items or I want nothing at all. You know sometimes it’s nice to upsell things but not to the point where the item is literally being forced upon me, needless to say I won’t be recommending this place to any of my friends nor will I personally be coming back unless some type of change is going to be made.

I have been coming here for 15 years and I generally do not get to experience the customer service and help as much as Id like. However there is someone by the name of Anthony who works here now and hes fantastic! From the moment I walked in the building, I was greeted right away and offered LOTS of help. He also was personable and honest about helping me select dance wear. I give this guy 5 stars but the store itself a 3 due to lack of inventory. Ive always been able to find basic thongs here and this trip, there was little selection. There were also not many size S and M in the dance wear. Mostly L and XL. Thank you Anthony for the great experience!

I’m updating a 1 star review! I have been in a few times since my one star review but felt I needed to update the negative review. A salesman by the name of Kalib helped us out. We looked online and knew what we wanted but he took the time to show us how our money would be better spent. We got exactly what we wanted and I know we will be a lot happier with our purchase. Thank you for explaining the products you sell!

Best experience I’ve ever had! Lex approached my boyfriend and I asking what we were looking for and we weren’t sure, just wanted to have fun and look around and I have never met someone so open, knowledgeable and easy to talk to about things we were interested in. She made us feel comfortable and taught us so much, in such a short amount of time. I will only go back to this location because of Lex! Thank you for everything, Lex! You’re a master at what you do!

I am a regular at your store and I was absolutely disappointed on Friday 11/30/18 when I came in around 11:45pm. There were 2 girls and a guy working. One of the girls is new. What disappointed me was that she and the other girl made a nasty comment about what I am assuming is another employee something along the lines of “awww she didn’t even say goodbye to us before she clocked out guess we are too clicky for her” and started laughing It wasn’t said very loud but loud enough for me to hear it as I walked by them. I don’t find this very funny. I actually find this as a form of bulliness in the workplace.

Went to get a cute skirt my boy had seen in an email. First off, no one even acknowledged me coming in and from what I could see I was the only customer. Even the manager didnt say anything. Whatever. I see they have a big table of undies, on sale and everything and theyre super cute so I start picking some out, spend about five minutes before asking someone if they have more sizes of a color I like in the back. The lady turned to ask her manager who was at the counter, he didnt hear her, and she didnt even BOTHER to ask him louder and instead told me thats all they had. THEN when i started putting things back she went up to ask him face to face, he pointed to the table where they had unopened product sitting in plain sight and she went, turned the bag over, and then told me I could come back Wednesday cause thats when they get new stuff. I put the skirt back too and left. Not about to spend money with that kind of service.

Love the store and the products but I was there with a friend of mine and it was her first time. An older gentleman that worked there would not leave us alone and followed us through the store and made the whole experience uncomfortable. He was asking inappropriate questions about our sex life and thats when we decided to leave. Probably wont be going back soon.

So I love this store and location and my boyfriend and I have gone lots of times. I decided to try on some of their bottoms the other day (trying any of their clothes on for the first time) and ended up with ringworm on my leg haha. Love the place, could use more product, and organize the clothes more..that part is a mess. The ringworm turned me away for a bit. Just watch out with their clothes.Update: just read further down and saw a girl post about a creepy worker following them around asking uncomfortable questions. Same happened to my boyfriend and I four months ago. Dude followed us from the paddles through the videos, asking what were into and what we want to try. He finally got the hint and left us alone but super creepy.

The associate who helped me also has a out of state boyfriend who she Skypes with and was very helpful in finding me the best of the stock products. Best way to keep a long distance relationship alive.

Was a regular customer. But the staff is to stupid to recognise that Im far older than the employee requiring an ID. So Ill shop at hustler, a store a quarter of the size with three times the inventory and hires staff that can use common sense.

Too much staff I feel so, but very helpful and informative- Need a bigger clearance section but decent prices and can find a lot of things definitely more big than fascinations
