Lovely old bridge & the homes/building surrounding it are very old. Cute little spot to visit & the bridge staff are so friendly.
Its great watching the tractor trailers being turned around lol
I liked going over this bridge . Ummm... yea it was smooth, it was not scary and it was above ground, so theres that. I like turtles
Its Free, its for me !!!So is Riverton Bridge !My scenic route to New Jersey and back to Pennsylvania .
Beautiful bridge. Not sure what else there is to do here besides look at it and drive across. Love driving river road though.
It was wet and narrow tonight. Its always narrow. However, it is not always wet. It is always green. I love this bridge. I would recommend it to anyone. Go there you wont be disappointed. Best way to cross the Delaware River that I know. Check it out.
At times this structure is like a bridge over troubled waters; at other times, a bridge over calm waters. Really, regardless of the turbulence or lack thereof within the water below, I can say that this absolutely is a bridge. But is it a bridge too far?No! I can also say with confidence that this bridge is a bridge far enough. Spanning the entire width of the Delaware river at the location it was constructed, this is neither a bridge too far, nor a bridge not quite far enough, but rather, truly, a bridge far enough.
Very pretty old bridge that is nice to walk across
Its a free bridge with nice views up and down the Delaware river. The canal path runs along it on the Pennsylvania side. It is a bit narrow,.
Awesome spot for fishing
Part of growing up in Riegelsville. My father always took me for walks across the bridge,. Now I do it with my son. He loves it!
Such a cute bridge over the canal.
Beautiful sights, cute town, very inviting!
I absolutely love this town!
Its a nice bridge. Two lanes, passenger-vehicle-only weight capacity, 15 MPH and toll-free. Wait... Can I really rate a bridge on Google? Should I have done a structural analysis or something? The paint is nice, but maybe itd look better in purple? Some drapes, perhaps? In summary: Its a bridge.
One of the wider free bridges into NJ, tight if you have large vehicle. Has pedestrian walkway.
Cute bridge.
Narrow, if you have a full sized truck make sure you pull your mirrors in.
Its the only bridge between Lambertville and Easton on River Road where you can cross the Delaware River in an RV or truck. And its the only free bridge that you can cross with an RV or truck.
Good smallmouth fishing
Fun fact built by the Roebling brothers who also built the Golden gate bridge.
Fishing poor and very creepy
Great fishing every time I go without a doubt, just have to know what to use and where to cast to get a good size fish but we have never left without pulling out at least one small mouth bass
If u drive a big truck pull your mirrors in
Trucks Beware!
The free bridge between Riegelsville, New Jersey and Riegelsville, Pennsylvania is narrow and beautiful. The Pennsylvania side has stores, amenities, and a restaurant/hotel. The New Jersey side, however, is far more modest with no amenities and a railroad crossing over the road to Carpentersville. The deck of the bridge itself is grate. The two pedestrian paths – one on the north side and one on the south side – have concrete decking. Its suitable for bicycles or for animals on leashes.Of note to bicyclists: there is a simple connection between the Delaware and Lehigh Canal towpath and the bridge. Note that bicycles must be walked across the bridge.Significant motor vehicle weight and height restrictions on this bridge and it is policed 24x7 on both sides of the river.
Landmark bridge
