Sadly the shop was empty when i went but the employees were absolutely amazing! i got shown their personal piece and shown cool merchandise! just wish it wasn’t empty :(

Some of the most iconic glass art of this generation sits in the shop. Whether you are a glass collector, or simply a smoker it is for sure a stopping point on a trip into Philadelphia. 5 stars all the way

Walked in and received below sub-par service for such a high quality product. Both employees were under dressed and under-classed. Bottom line is, if your going to sell a high quality product, be able to service the product at the same type of quality.

I absolutely LOVE coming into this gallery. Firstly the glass work is unlike anything I have ever seen before. It is absolutely beautiful and I personally have never seen anything to this caliber of perfection. Second, the customer service is amazing. All the of the people who work there are extremely knowledgeable about the art. Elijah is my favorite of the management staff. He is smart, helpful and always adds to my experience in the shop. You can tell that he is very passionate about the product. I have been to many other places throughout Philadelphia and this is BY FAR the best!

We had a great time visiting the gallery. Definitely stop in if your in the philly area. Front street was very cool and Ruckus gallery is close by go check them out!

This place has high end artsy glass. Its very expensive but its worth coming here just to browse, even if your not a smoker. The employees are very knowledgeable. Maybe one day I will be able to buy something from here but for now I come here for free drinks on first Fridays

Back to exchange item after a debate with the manager on the phone they were very unresponsive and passively aggressive stoned. Was not friendly for a loyal customer. Also theyre pricey

Every time I have been inside I have enjoyed both incredible products and customer service. The apparel is great, I wear my sweatshirt all the time and the salesman never put their finger prints on the glass using their gloves. Typically I deal with Eli but Nick and all of others are friendly and knowledgeable as well

AMAZING!!! The staff was so helpful and very knowledgeable. I have been to many glass galleries across the US and this was by far my best experience. I felt the young man who helped me knew the products so well. I cant wait to go back and purchase more!!!

Awesome art and a great selection of illadelphs. I was interested in a label that they didnt have and they offered a reserve program that would have it blown and then sent to the shop. The staff was very helpful, definitely coming back.

Never had a better experience at another glass shop. ive never been to another place with nicer or more experienced workers. The two guys behind the counter were great and could not have been more helpful or knowledgable. My visit to the gallery has totally changed my mind about visiting an illadelph retailer. Gallery over everything- dont bother wasting your time when you can buy from the guys who work for Illadelph themselves.

Mehh... Only illadelph glass obviously. So being mid range overpriced scientific glass, one can only expect so much. 2 guys at the counter, the older one was a cool dude, pretty straightforward. The younger dude was fairly cocky, but knew nothing about glass outside of illadelph. Anyone in the glass industry who can discredit R.A. Mickelson as a glassblowing legend should be working at Sunoco. This kid had to be 13 in 2005, when Mickelson was a legend lol. Like MJ isnt a legend since he doesnt play anymore. Lol ok dude. Spare yourself the time, Ruckus Gallery has much more to see and an overall better experience to offer.

This store blows. Theyre cigars are stale majority of the time. Im here cause I just got a 5 pack of Backwoods and all 5 breaking at the slightest touch. Not the first time.
