One of my kids favorite place to go and have fun. Kinda word at first because of Covid-19 but let me tell you that they did a great job with CDC guide lines wish I had taken pictures of the sanitation stations that were not only equipped with hand sanitizer, gloves, and maskes but they had these sanitation stations at every corner and in between the play areas. GREAT AND SAFE EXPERIENCE

The place looks immaculate. The staff eas very friendly and always ready to help. There was hand sanitizer every where. My kids had a great time and we look forward for next weekend. Photos, memories and laughs. Good place!

Its good to see Main Event taking every precaution during this time and allowing friends to have fun safely. Sanitizing stations found throughout the venue. Food is hot, fresh and made to order. Beers are cold!

The deals are great especially on Mondays. The video games are okay. It’s a good place to have fun. But anything that requires customer service is terrible. Every time that I have came I have been disappointed. At the bowling area, it is so difficult to get a server. By the time the food comes out the play time is over. Also the girl at the front desk is rude and made it seem like she had no idea what she was doing. All we were trying to do was get our bowling shoes and she was complicating everything even though we already had our lane and the amount of people that were going to be there.

I went with my boys... Monday a little bit cheaper, we had a blast!! Super fun and quality family time. Challenge evening! Looking to be back soonest we can.

Had lots of fun cant say that is not expensive cause our company had our companys party there so we had food and all games free it was great

Amazing place to have a fun filled night in! Very spacious inside, has virtual reality games, racing games, air hockey, pool, bowling, a rope harness course, and lounging areas. All of the games are accessed by card swiping them with a purchased card through a vending computer. $50 is plenty for you and maybe 3 others to play all the games but if you’re eating and drinking there as well then be ready to spend $150 or more, but the food and drinks are definitely worth it. Only reason I give them 4 starts is because some of the games we wanted to play were out of service or malfunctioning.

I can tell you that during the week are the best prices. Weekends are extremely crowded and expect wait times for activities. Prices are what you would expect. We ordered a few pizzas and it was 16.99 for a 16in pizza. The pizzeria has a combo deal with a standard pizza with 4 soft drinks from the fountain station for about $27. Which is the most reasonable family deal they had on food and drinks. Gravity robes, arcade, Lazer tag and bowling. Fun family place!

You’d better have some time to waste if you’re thinking of coming here. I’m a business owner myself and was underwhelmed and unimpressed within the first 15 minutes of my visit.I say 15 minutes because that’s the amount of time it took to get to the front of the line at the check-in station. 1 cashier. 1 gentleman fooling around with bowling shoes. 1 gentleman walking out of the restroom on his phone. And 4 so called “greeters” at the entrance (pictured below). If this location were under my management, it would be priority to get people out of line and onto the play floor.Additionally, many games were not working and a couple of them took our tokens without allowing us to play.Also, as we took our break from gameplay, we waited 10 minutes for a server to come to our table to take our drink order.As a first time visitor, I will not be returning. We’ve had much better service at Dave & Busters.

Friendly staff on top of sanitation! Was waiting for food order and was told to put mask on or leave. A little rude but acceptable during times like this. Rest of staff was friendly and visible constant sanitizing.

Fun atmosphere! Huge place, easy to get lost in fun for a few hours. Try the ropes, it was a great experience. If you are vegetarian they have options for you too! Have fun.

Main event is the best place to go to when you want to have fun but the not so fun part is that some of the food items can be a little expensive but trust me if i would wanna have fun i would go to main event

Celebrated my sons 10th Birthday here, everything and everyone was amazing. We had about 4 to 6 hosts at a time, they were all wonderful. The food was fantastic. . Best experience ever. . 5 stars no doubt.

Prices may vary depending upon how much you spend but sure was fun. I didnt buy much like maybe $20 in credits to play on. And barely used my my Points and still more to spend when returning again. This is what I got.

Its the best place to have fun playing arcade games, billiards, bowling, laser tag, and more. Ive spent hundreds there just because its addicting at times. The only thing is the prizes arent the best. My favorite game is the Mario kart game, which allows you to play versus a friend. Also, if you sign up to their email club they send you appealing offers and start you off with a $10 credit to a fun card.

I’ve never even heard of this place until I went back home to Texas in January and I have to say super impressed on how big the place is and the variety of games I would definitely go back when I’m back home.

This Place is Awesome!! There are so many games available and the food is delicious. Beer and drinks for the adults are available also. The Staff very friendly and give you what you ask for never had to wait long for service.

Its a fun place and good food. Only HUGE let down was that we earned 500+ tickets and they didnt record on the card. Management and employee didnt do anything but give us 20 credits back when we spend over 100+ credits. They told us they couldnt give us our ticket as stated my the manager. Very disappointed

This is a very good place to go when you want to have fun. The only thing is the price is a little high. Also some of the games will take your money and then not give you a turn. I know this because I was playing games then I came across one and I paid for it. It did not give me a turn and I was a little annoyed cause the money balance went lower for a game I did not playOver all it was a pretty fun experience there is bowling an arcade a obstacle course and laser tag. I recommend the laser tag if you brang friends with you.

Its unfortunate that I had to leave a 1 star review for Main Event to contact me so soon. On January 3, 2019 I visited this location to enjoy a drink and sports game right before closing. As I was about to finish my beer I noticed something clear at the bottom of the glass and assumed that it was ice that had been created due to the temperature of the beer. As Im drinking my last gulp, I went ahead and decided that I would drink the ice as well, which I then quickly realized was broken glass and not ice. I only noticed that it was glass due to the sharp edges almost cutting my tongue, which thankfully did not cut enough for me to start bleeding but I did feel a sharp edge rub against it.I discretely asked for a manager and showed him what was at the bottom of my mug. I then asked how this could of happened and questioned the quality control and quality assurance their employees are performing prior to pouring a beverage into a glass. He explained and commented that this was a honest mistake. How someone can miss that size of glass at the bottom of a mug, which they are pouring a beverage into, is beyond me.The manager did take my information down and assured me that he would be filing an incident report that same day. I have called twice, since the incident, to follow up on and asked when I should be expecting a call from the General Manager or corporate to discuss the incident. Both times a manager has stated that they are unaware of when someone would be calling but assured me that it should be soon.It has been almost two weeks and I have yet to receive a call for any type of follow up.I hope this review is able to shed some light for the next customer who decides to order a beverage in a glass mug. Since that incident I now have to think twice about ordering a drink that will be served in glass. Once again Im sorry for having to post this review but I feel that the next customer should be aware and take a second look at the bottom of their glass before drinking.Im hoping Main Event, being the establishment I assume they are, reaches out to me in the same timely manner as the did to comment on my 1 star review.

Totally recommend for a birthday party

Good for family entertainment

Ive gone a couple of times but it isnt my favorite place for entertainment and for a couple of basic reasons. It has a variety of games/entertainment but not enough for you to get the ultimate package. After youve tried them all, youre left with not much but the arcade games. For that, you need to add a good $50 to $100 to the reloadable play card if you want to really enjoy yourself and maybe earn a prize. By the way, the prizes arent the greatest. Thats the biggest disappointment of all. The amount of points for some of the items is ridiculous. But if you play for the experience, then its okay. I would recommend playing and leaving without checking out the prizes because theyll just upset you. We did notice there were a few new arcade games and they were awesome. They have plenty variety for kids and adults. The food is delicious and service is alright but it could be great. The last time we went, March 4 2020, it was fairly slow but we werent immediately serviced. We did not get upset over that but I hope a manager reads this so a little nudge can be given to the employees. Ive worked in the service industry before. I know it can be hectic but if you dont like the job or know it, make a change. Overall, expect to spend a good amount of money and hours of entertainment. We will continue being returning customers.

Well be careful they tell you one thing at the front dest about purchasing a funcard then you get charges incorrectly and the manager not only refused to help but acted like you were bothering him. Will never return waste of money

Fun place to go with family, friends or a date. A bit pricey if youre going only for bowling. Mondays are recommended for reduced prices. The bowling is my favorite part. Well kept lanes.

I cant believe I spent so much money to be yelled at and given attitude. From the lady at the gravity rope, ice cream shop, and the cafeteria for not eating fast enough. These employees need an attitude adjustment, especially in a place where children are supposed to be having fun. Never coming back here until I see some new employees.

The staff was friendly and the food was to be expected for an arcade/activities place. If youre looking for gourmet food, go somewhere else. The activities are extremely fun! I recommend wearing closed toe shoes with socks and no skirts/dresses if you plan to get the all access pass. Warning: at the door youre quoted one price for the all access pass but then they neglect to tell you theres an ADDITIONAL fee for the bowling shoes. The price goes up considerably. For this reason, I gave this place 4 stars. Get there early for best access to bowling and the laser tag.

Fun place to eat n hangout ...can get lost here for hours

This place is very fun. I came here for a birthday party, and the service was excellent. The Lazer Tag at Arena 51 was fun, and the food, especially the gelato was tasty. I fully recommend this place for any event.

It’s only really worth the price on special events. Other than that it’s about 2.00-3.75 for a 30-45 second games

All kinds of games the food is good

My event will be April 21. When we were setting up the event, the party planner mentioned there would be free refills on beverages and I said something like oh great! Free refills on pop. She did not correct me, to advise the beverages would be, COFFEE, TEA and WATER. This party is for someone that turns 21 on Sunday. Nobody that is invited drinks coffee or tea. It is too late to cancel the event so Im giving it one star because we were not advised during the planning of the beverages that would be served.

I had alota fun here, there is quite a bit to do. We got the summer fun pass so we got to play pool bowling laser tag and the gravity ropes for a really great price. Service was great the attendants were really helpful. no matter what we were doing there was someone there to answer questions if we had any. Great for kids and adults we had alota of fun!
