Once you figure out how to get here, its sorta perfect for people of all ages and activities to come out and enjoy.BMX, Skateboarding, Rollerblade, Scooters, all are welcome with a few grassy areas and covered benches for people to sit and watch.Plenty of parking, signs posted for rules and park times, restrooms & water fountains, and while its not a manned park there are plenty of parks people wiring and driving around where if you need help or have a question someone is nearby.@ianofaustin approved
First time at this amazing park, it’s perfect for beginners and skaters of all skill levels . So clean and such a friendly environment, I love this place .
This park is amazing and I would say one of the best in texas but the only complaint I will always have has nothing to do with the park. Its that parents in the area think its a FREAKING DAYCARE FOR THEIR KIDS. Its not.Ps. Parents quit bringing young kids that dont know how to watch out and use the park properly.
The walking path is perfect to get outside with your kids. My boys love taking the hills on their scooters. Weve taken a picnic lunch with us and there is a restroom with soap and running water, so thats a big plus. My dog liked splashing in the creek that runs along the trail.
Love love love this park! Awesome location and great for families with young children. The splash pad was great my little ones couldn’t get enough of the fun. Next to the splash pad there’s a really cool skate park. The area is full of areas with tables for a nice afternoon pick-nick. Absolutely fabulous place to visit I would highly recommend it!
Awesome for such a small town park. So many snake runs it felt like a mini-Kona.
This place is amazing huge with bleacher seats to watch and covering shade all over
Crowded most the time but some great skaters and people give kids a chance to do there thing
Ive biked through the park around 400 times and still enjoy it. Saw a skunk, a coral snake once, rattle snake twice, botched water snake, a Billy goat, and some wild skate boarders at the skate park. Either baseball or a number of soccer games frequently in progress, with a cricket field back in the wooded area. Nice place for family picnics or just a walk on the concrete path that cuts through the woods.
We came for the splash pad, which is next to the skate park. Theres sand and digging toys, a rock wall and covered picnic tables. Restrooms with changing tables and water fountains. Trashcans and recycling bins as well. Theres a hike and bike trail too. The splash pad has a button to operate it, no specific hours listed. My son loved it.
Top notch park with all sports fields and skate park. Very well maintained with clean facilities.
Nice park - just could use a little more shade :)
Beautiful place for the family to have good time. Alot of facilities here for the whole family
Great place to take the kids, playground and splash pad was a lot of fun. Beautiful park tucked away
GREAT, LOTS OF SPACE AND A WALKING PATH TO A BEAUTIFUL FEILD IN THE BACK OF THE PARK
There is a lot to do here and many options for everyone. Skatepark, hiking, biking, athletic fields, playgrounds etc. Great place to take the family or friends. I play soccer here in the saturday league and for the most part the fields are well maintained. If you are playing in a league be prepared for the game to be cancelled even if there was a hint of rain. They seem to rainout games left and right even if it rained two days before. Kind of a bummer.
This park has many areas to enjoy different athletic activities, from the expected soccer and baseball, to basketball, a really nice skate/bike park and a splash pad. There is even an adjacent area with pro-level BMX track and a cricket field!Since Im not particularly athletic, I enjoy walking my dog on the long trails. The restrooms are usually well cared for and have water fountains. One of the few things Travis County hasnt wasted money on or done poorly.
Best park in the Austin area! Tons of flow and something for every level of skater.
They have a wonderful skatepark for all levels
There is so much to do here. You can spend an entire day barbequeing, walking the world trail, playing soccer, tennis or basketball. There is even a skate park and a water/wet fountain where you can run through the water.
Splash pad, rock wall, pavilions, and walking trail make this a great park.
Our go to park. Skate park is awesome our sons love it. Its pretty crowded on weekends, so beginners may wanna try week days at first. The park area is beautiful, equipped with swings, rock climbing, sand pit, and water sprinklers when is warm. Always clean and well kept. Bike and running trails are nice. Theres something for everyone to do. Oh and tennis/ basketball courts also. Theres grill stations just about everywhere for BBQ.
I love coming to this park. This is one of the best parks thats closest to my home. Its nice and not crowded even if there are sports events happening, you can still walk on trails and be away from the crowd.
Best skatepark in the Austin area, by far.
Fun skatepark here
This is a nice park but it is right next to the water treatment plant and the sun goes down the smell is toxic
I wish there were more interesting play structure, otherwise its a great park, even in a hot day. Love all the shade structures.
Great skate park, the best one I have been to in central TX, very kid friendly.
Good skatepark for a variety of skill levels.
Place is great! Nuff said.
Wall to wall
Really is a great park. Trails, and an awesome grilling picnic area deep in the back that is awesome.
Cool little park for birthdays etc. Plenty of room to run around!
Grab your bike, skateboard, or scooter and hangout. Great place!
Take the kids here all the time. Highly recommend
This park is a great place to go with a family and ride bikes take a walk have a barbecue watch a soccer game write a skateboard Hangout watch paragliders and just have a good day out it also happens to have Domino hot spots so you can order a pizza and soda and have it delivered right to the park
Lot of variety-playgrounds, skate/BMX park, baseball/soccer fields, large grassy spaces, walking/bike trails
It was super fun for the kids at the skate and bike park.
I came here with my toddler for the splash pad. The fountains turn on sporadically in the three different sections so the kid was constantly on the move. There was a YUGE sandbox right next to the fountains so be prepared for the kids to be battered after they get dipped. There is also swings nearby that helps them dry off. There is plenty of free parking. This place was hard for me to find because the wells branch entrance is closed weekdays. I went around and entered from pecan st. There is a lot of road construction in this area but it was worth visiting. The kid had a blast!
Best skate park on the North Side and probably in all of Austin! Good smooth surfaces, plenty of bowls, rails, ledges and more. You cant say you skated Austin until you skate this park! Highly recommended! Team Twisted Fate approved!
I like how open it is, gives plenty of room to move around, and as a BMXer, I love that its labeled as a bike park and that there are two bowls to ride
A good park
This is a great please for kids and young people, better if I say for a brave people haha it was our first time there and my 5 year-old son was so happy and then so I.
Often very busy on the weekends both kids and adult Leagues play soccer and baseball comma but there is a very nice hike and bike path that runs along the edge of the park and connects two trails that lead all the way into Pflugerville.
This is a very large park right off the toll road. Ive played soccer there and they have tons of soccer fields. They also have walking trails and baseball diamonds. There is also a playground for kids. Plenty of parking.
Really good skatepark and amazing peaple some are rude but its all there is 2 bowls in the back amzing
I brought my little cousin here and he had a wonderful time!
Came here to meet Indy Jamma Jones Great park clean and perfect for any skill level well lit stayed here pretty late
Awesome skate park, great equipment. Never too crowded when I go.
The countys free spay neuter provider holds events here a coulpe of times a month. The park is huge, close to 300 acres. Staff has been very helpful and easy to work with. We get there very early in tje morningUnfortunately the park has very little lighting complicateing things for Emancipets clients but its hard to justify the expense of installing and maintaining lighting just to use it a few hours a month
Well worth the drive up from Atx
AMAZING skate park and its almost practically empty every time I go.
The park design here is pretty abysmal: its a giant wind tunnel. The facilities are nice enough, and the fields are massive, but the lack of forethought means that the wind is often strong enough to rip a kite to shreds. Pflugerville needs to plant some trees as a windbreak.
Best skate park in Austin. Really big, everyones friendly, its a really good park. Often times not too packed
Home of the Austin Coed Soccer Association, this place is huge. It has ~18 fields with lights and is almost always completely packed. Dont go there looking to practice because chances are you wont be able to. The drawbacks are the fields are extremely uneven (no roller, seriously?) and the park is far from everywhere (even pflugerville). If you join a league that plays there dont fret but dont be expecting a top notch experience either.
Great Park that is spread out enough to reduce the crash-up-derby factor. Lots of transition here as well. Lacks a good flat bar but other than that its fun.
Best skate park ever!
Outstanding park! Plenty of places to just hang out and spectate. Boards and bikes welcome.
️big playground, butter smooth surface, shaded areas with bleachers, well kept and clean
Skaters shred here man. I try to go on a weekly basis at least. Skate ATX.
This is a large park with many activities for the family. There is a huge skate park that has various hills and such for any type of skater. There are different trails for hiking as well courts for basketball and tennis. There are also BMX trails to enjoy. There are many bbq pits with picnic tables scattered throughout the park to enjoy a nice day out. There is also a playscape for the kiddos which is rather nice. You can rent out a field for sports as well hereThere are many things to enjoy while outdoors at this park! Of course dogs are welcome with a leash. Our doggie loved it here. We will include this in our list of Go To parks for sure.
First of all, this is a huuuuge park that has all kind of courts and fields, but of course, the best part of it is the skatepark area, it is big and it has a very fun and fluid street course as well as 2 big bowls. The street area has all kinds of things, from stairs, to rails, to benches, to banks, and it also have a very awesome snake run. The bowls are great as well, the only thing I think it lacks is the concrete pool coping as both have the steel pipe coping, but both bowls are big and fun to ride. The whole area has benches (stadium style) with shade which makes it a big win as Texas has a crazy hot weather. Clean bathrooms with water fountains and just next to it is a very big and cool playground for kids with water splash, swings and else, so little kids will stay there and not get in your way while youre skating. My favorite skatepark in the Austin area so far!
Austin SCC soccer games are hosted here. The fields are good, playing after sunset is never an issue since they have good lighting.
Ultra cool skate park. Tons of fun.
Its nice and safe
This place of its straight awesome. The skate park amazing!!
This skatepark is Amazing! Its so big and has a lot of variation. If you skate or bmx in the Austin area, you owe it to yourself to check it out. There is plenty of space for everyone. There is a couple of bowls, lots of transition and unique obstacles. There is plenty of parking and a restroom with water. There is even a splash pad by it, so on hot summer days you can run through it and cool down #12DaysofChristmasATX
Nice large park with plenty of attractions- tennis courts, a skate park, and barbecue pits for a few
This is a great local facility with baseball fields, soccer fields, walking trails, playgrounds, skate park, BMX track, community garden.
So much fun well maintained bmx/skate park and sports fields basketball court and etc
Great Park. Huge open areas. Skate board Park, basketball, baseball fields, soccer fields, well maintained.
I love this park. The bike and walking trails are designed very well
Skate park rules!
This park has a really nice nature trail for a good walk.
Fantastic space with lots of different fields
Its one of my favorite skateparks but the kids get in the way and when you tell them to watch out their parents get pissed
Great for the serious and the novice. Awesome park.
Great skate park.
Great place to take the kids and the dogs.
Great place
Great time!
Lot of spots to grill and chill! You can switch it up and exercise here too!
To many flowers and not enough nuclear plants
Big scoots
Woah!
Simple, fun, usually empty/quiet.
Fantastic park
