My friend moved into a new trailer. Nothing works has roaches and the property manager will do nothing. O ya and the water smells so bad u can barley stand to use it

I do not recommend Woodland Hills trailer park to anyone for any reason. And no I never rented there but I PERSONALLY know several who have and the response is the same from each. Plus in my own personal experience trailer parks are a breeding ground for drama and hate. Who really has time for that especially with how 2020 has been thus far.

Its a quiet clean place to live. We love it here so much that family from Florida moved here too. Ms. Brandi in the office is friendly and easy to talk to. Mr. Gene keeps the property repaired. I had problems only once and it was fixed the same day. Good family place to live.

The lady in the office changes the rules all the time and does not inform us at all and expects us to know. Can not have any yard furniture on are deck and God forbid you have a gril in less your on of her buddies that live out here. The new trailers half of them are not hooked up to the water lines and there still renting them out for 650 plus a month. The owners are just as bad from Ohio thinking we should go by Ohio health codes when we live in Indiana. They say they read the water meter but never do you will always end up paying more then what you should. And cant even get ahold of anyone in the office when you need to talk to someone she always has the door locked and when you try to call she dont answer and you might get lucky to get a call back. I would rate this negative stats if I could. And for the price you pay here might as well move out to the base and get a house with a garage. If you are thinking about moving in STAY AWAY THIS PLAY WILL DRAIN THE LIFE OUT OF YOU.

Easy layout to navigate. But there were some areas that needed cleaned up and had damaged trailer homes in some areas.

Worst service I have ever received and Ive lived on the east side of indy! 3 months still no fix on a leaking issue 3 weeks on a door shock arm. This place is a joke, the office lady is only here 2 times a week.cant get anything addressed remotely close to timely. I have to say if you can go to the other parks nearby I might check and make sure this guy doesnt own that one as well. Maintenance !haha really dont expect anything to get done.

Under new management making improvement

This is a mobile home court, not a house! As with any place you have your problems with people. But as for this being a trashy place, not by a long shot. You can go into Peru and find trashy places as well. They have been upgrading this place and bringing in new homes. Maintenance is finally getting a handle on taking care of the grounds. Its an affordable way to live when your raising a family, so your not house poor!

Change the rules all the time and they now go up in your yard tell you to put chairs table in shed or under trailer if you dont have shed

There is NEVER anyone at the office. The Landlords are not professional and only show up to collect rent, they even forget to give you a billing statement and then claim that you paid late.

Dogs dogs and more dogs. Many run loose. Some are extremely aggressive. Im afraid to walk down the street or even be in my yard

Been trying to get a hold of you guys to look into buying a trailer there. Ive called several times during your work hours, but nobody answers the phone. Even went to check out the place and there wasnt anybody at the office either. How am I supposed to get a trailer there if I cant even get a hold of you?

Under new management so it is improving...taking out unnecessary speed bumps and fixing potholes was step in right direction.
