I enjoy living here. I feel safe, and management is good. I just moved in 6 months ago, but I already know this is the place for me. I never had any problems, and I hope to be here for a long time, maybe forever.
Space rent very high and some structures looked okay but ridiculous over priced. A lot of my units for sale. Close to freeway shopping all ages welcome background check before moving in. Like anywhere.
Did a job here and the neighbors filled my clients dumpster to the top with their trash and she had to pay for it.... trailer trash living up to the name!
Parking severely restricted making it difficult to visit anyone!
A very nice place to live in...it is a gated community...and the office is very helpful...
DO NOT RENT OR BUY ANY HOMES... Fair warning..
You have to go and see it for yourself some of the homes are just not kept up
They tried to hold a meeting with over a hundred people know social distancing no masks over a hundred people no one could hear anyting

No parking need to reserve one for 30 dollars they dont fix the fance
We lived her 16+ years and the current management is the best so far. Weve seen many improvements over the last couple of years. We never had any problems with noise and security. Felt very safe and secure. Its a nice quiet family park. Could be better if the front and rear gates worked as intended and more lighting on streets at night.
We bought are first home here, and I have been living here close to 4 yrs and i like it. I have never had any problems here. I love that are home has a garage, that there is a park for my kids, and a pool for those hot days! Managers are so helpful and nice and always there to answer questions or concerns.The only thing i would love is for the the gates to be fixed and then the park would get the 5 stars!
This place stinks

Ive lived here for the past 7 years. At first, the park was a hot bed of criminal activity. Now, thanks to the current manager team, my kids are far safer. They have poured a lot of hard work into getting rid of crime and cleaning up the park in general. My kids can play outside and at the community park/pool.
Been here for almost two years and have not had any issues. Management has always been great! Would definitely recommend this mobile home park
Pool not heated and often not clean. Rent increases every year. Lots of loud vehicles, and loud mexican music. Changes in policy, that cost owners significant amounts. Several changes in mngmnt.
I was visiting my friend who lives here and he is very satisfied with the park and he says that the staff is very accommodating
I used to really enjoy living here before the most recent managers took over. Yes it is gated however the gates remain open all day all night no security so what is the point of listing as a gated community. The managers seem to enforce rules for certain homes and not others for instance fences are not allowed however the community has several but they harass people to remove them. We used to have horseshoe nights and other activities prior to new management now nothing. There is no parking for any guest due to 90-95 percent of parking spots are paid reserved spots now. When they have raffles or contests managements friends seem to be the winners. They never answer their phone and will not return calls in a timely fashion.My family and I have lived here now for 7 years and we have seen 5 different management teams. Park owners really need to find a team that will take care of the property not their friends and family.Pros, its pretty quite, great location very close to schools, shopping, and lake.

I went into office to speak to management about my rental unit, and the way that I was treated and is always treated prompted me to write this review. My concerns and or questions are always addressed immediately, although it’s their job I feel its important to give accommodations when warranted. Where I feel, they deserve accommodation is the way management perform their job. Management gives that extra touch that make me feel that we all here are family and looked out for each other. The whole team at park place have and has always been professional and helpful. I lived in the community before and moved for business and now have returned. It would be great if the pool was open year around so I could cancel my gym membership LOL LOL

Its a great family park ..my kids like it here .. they enjoy the swimming pool the basket ball court ..its a save environment for my kids its also a quiet and secure neighborhood.management keep the park clean and they take care of residents..
I have experienced good relationship with Managers and neighbors as well. Good place to live and Enjoy the Pool, activities hosted by the management, pot luck on 4th of july,ruffles Etc.
I bought my home 16 years ago here. 4 bedroom, 3 full bath. When i first moved in it was much better than living in my cramped apartment, but the were a lot of undesirable people living here whom made poor judgements; park managers are not that engaged with the residences. Over the last 5 years, the management team, under the expert tutelage and guidance of Joe and Elaina Fernandez, have taken a multifaceted approach to improving this community. They have even taken money out of their own pocket,on occasion, to help improve this site. People like this are rare, few and far between. If you have an issue, they will not only help you solve it, but they have even been known to donate their time and resources to help with it if needed. Owning your own home, free and clear, makes me responsible for any and all repairs to my home. Not once have i ever come to them with an issue and was denied a solution that everyone was not happy with; because they are responsible for keeping up with the standards within the park and they are fanominal people who care about other people. I work closely with this team to provide resources to people within this community to improve residences quality of living.When i first moved in crime was an issue, now i dont even need to lock my door. Thank you Joe and Elaina, for seeing the potential of this community and making it flourish. That is what true heros look like!
I recently went to this mobile home park to inquire about the pricing for buying or renting a home the female manager there was very rude to me. She refused to answer my questions directly, and acted as if she was to busy to answer questions, and was not knowlegable of mobile home financing or financial options. I would have appreciated a little guidance instead of a snobby attitude. Overall i had a horrible experiance. I would never go back here again.

Never any parking and when you park in front of a mobile home to drop something or to visit then your car gets towed away. Too many people here complain about their cars getting towed and having to pay $300 ahs some change to get their cars back. And space rent goes up twice a year on a lease.
