The place is nice and stuff but really need to fix their hours on the web site said it’s open but I went and it was closed fix please

My family and I were very impressed with the DropZone Waterpark! The park was well staffed and very clean.Pros:>The admission price was very responsible.>The food was affordable.>Unlike others water parks, you dont have to rent and babysit (so you get your deposit back) an inner tube if you want to float the lazy river.>Friendly staff.Cons:>Not enough shady area (not a deal killer)Like Arnold Schwarzenegger in Terminator We will definitely be back.Kudos to the management team for making the experience memorable and enjoyable. This is such a fun place for kids and adults. Not too big, but big enough to enjoy yourself.

We had a great time at this waterpark. Its small but our favorite thing is the lazy river. There are 3 water slides which are pretty fun. The only suggestion I have is that they should let people into the park for free on their birthday. Other than that, we had a great time and will definately go back and will definately recommend others as well.

I just called and they said Were currently closed for the season. Isnt it summer time? Did they run out of money orr?

I purchased season passes this summer and I’ve had a great experience with my family. I totally got my money’s worth. Plus the park is clean and not crowded.

Enjoyed our day here but they definitely need more umbrellas and should also tell visitors to only change in the bathrooms not right where everyone can see, especially if they are stripping down to nothing.

It takes a very long time to get in if you are getting annual passes. Once in, good luck on finding a shaded spot to relax. The umbrella to chair ratio is like 1 to 10.

Been here a couple times its always fun the employees are always nice the food is reasonably priced it’s just and overall great place for kids and adults to beat the summer heat . One thing though if it is busy when you go it might be hard to find a place to eat that has shade but other than that I love it!

We had a really good time. My 4 year old loved the lazy river so much I couldnt get her out of it. The park is very clean and the staff is nice. The only thing I didnt like is the food is awful. And my personal (mom) opinion women shouldnt go to a family oriented place and wear swimsuits that dont cover certain areas of the body. It distracts lifeguards which puts peoples lives in danger and some parents dont want their young boys (like mine) staring.

Where to find awesome place I got to say especially the night swims beautiful and I have a full size of Olympic pool with diving boards and all the wonderful wonderful place I wish it was a tiny bit cheaper but its worth it

First time coming here its not the big and bad water parks you see around california. The staff is generally very young so some parents might feel a little off about that but its overall a great spot for summer time. Night park days are super empty, recommend coming on those days.

This park is a terrible park. They laid off 30 lifeguard last year because the person they hired to teach us how to get our credentials wasn’t certified to do so. Don’t bring your kids here u less you want the lifeguard there to not care about them

If you rent a cabana. Dont count on good customer service. Half the time you are unable to locate a waiter. When you finally do. It takes another 30mins to get a menu. Another 45mins to order. Food was brought separately in an untimely manner. Too overpriced for admission and food. The lazy river is very shallow. Not enough donuts for everyone. The slides I consider unsafe. They do not end in a pool they end like a regular slide. I felt it was unsafe. Will not ever be returning.

Went to Drop Zone today after purchasing season passes. They first didn’t want to refund my money for my sons swimming lessons that got cancelled due to no one else signing up for the class and so they wanted to refund my money as park credit. After going back and forth they finally refunded my money back. And now today the park was closed due to a private event. I understand they’re a small park but they didn’t send notifications out to annual pass members whom they have in their database. Workers giving the park a bad name. I’m not the one to say don’t ever go here cause it’s nice when it’s open but the pool for swimming lessons are extremely cold but the park itself is nice.. small but fun with the kids..very disappointed

Terrible customer service. I have contacted them numerous over the last three weeks and no one has contacted me back about my paid reservation. I have called and emailed but no one cares enough once you pay because there is no refund policy.

It is a very fun place it doesnt take 30 min to get in like some people said. The slides are fun the lazy and everything else. It is a fun place to take your kids during summer.

I love this place just as much as my kids...clean, safe & affordable. Food is also good & well priced. Despite how much I love this place I must admit I was extremely disappointed when they decided to close a hour early on the day I was having a party for my daughter. No one mentioned theyd close at 5pm unlike the website clearly indicates 6pm! Really!?! On a Saturday when its 100 degrees! However we did enjoy our time while we were there. I strongly suggest Drop Zone increase their hours. 5pm on a Saturday is TOO EARLY!

Private swim instructor Lorie, is the best!She took her time with my 5 year old that is very afraid of the water, ans had her doing a starfish during the 1st session. Definitely reccomend Lorie if you are looking for 1 on 1 lessons.

We went on a Thursday and it was perfect. The prices of food and admission are very reasonable. Most of the lifeguards are friendly and nice. Some need to work on how to talk to adults with respect but besides that its a great place and we will definitely be going again.

Summer Season kicked off on the 28th of May (3 days ago). So I took my family of 6 down today to enjoy the water park! We stood in line, and got to the front just to find out that the park is closed for a private party. There are no signs, no information on the website, etc, that said that the park would be closed for a private event today. Well, no big deal because we were told we could still swim in the big pool until 3:15 (this was just before 1:30). So we filled out the paper for our season passes, proceeded to get all of our pictures taken for the passes, and then rounded up the kids to walk over to the big pool entrance. We arrived to the big pool entrance and we were asked to wait by the lady in the ticket booth. After we waited for a few minutes we handed over our passes... and then were quickly handed them back because...Im sorry, I was just informed we are closing in 10 minutes (it was only 1:45). Back home we go....We purchased season passes the last 2 summers. And we always have fun at the water park. But the disorganization and no notice changes today are making me feel like our experience wont be as bright this summer.

Fun..get there early...the food is terrible..hot hambuger cold cheese?? Really better off bringing your own sandwiches. Fun floating down the river.

I am only giving a one star rate because let me tell you I Paid A $16.50 Per meal 4 ten because on my Cabana reservation said I had so we get there on July 22 2018 I tell them we are ready for food and What do I get ten of the smallest hot dogs I have every seem ten bags of chips and ten sodas well the hot dogs was cold no paper plates I can tell you right now that wasnt $16.50 worth of food so I very unhappy about to this so not only am out the $80.00 I paid for the Cabana I am also out of the $165. That I paid for this meal

My niece takes toddler classes here through the city! I have only been on the public poolside here. It is new so its clean and really nice. The locker rooms are huge. They have bleachers that are covered and a drinking fountain that has a bottle filler that give cold filtered water. The staff was a bunch of young kids that could care less about answering questions, but her teacher was really great and knowledgeable!

Their website AND phone recording both said they were open today. Today is my sons birthday, so we drove from Banning to take him to have a fun day to celebrate. Got to the park, and theyre closed. The only explanation offered was The website is under construction. THAT is what the website should say, not open. And there was no explanation offered as to why the recording said they were open.

It is small but it still is very fun. It is also not like other water parks, we only had to wait in a line for 5 minutes at the most. It was very fun. It is also very cheap. It is usually $18 per person for single day general admission, but if you live in the zip code, you are $14. Season passes are also very cheap, you will have paid off your season pass but going only about 3 or 4 times. Great place to have fun with the family. Its great to finally have a place like this in this area.

I give it only four stars because it needs a lot more shade structures or umbrellas!! But the park is really nice to bring the kids to, its not super big which is good because you can keep track of the kids! Its not super crowded, its great for season passes!!

That was a GREAT DAY DAY AT DROPZONE WATER PARK. Interesting fact they let you bring food and drinks in as long as you bring it from home Not a fast food restaurant. Or at least youre not charged bring your food from HOME. WHICH IS AMAZING THESE WITH THE COST OF EVERYTHING!!!!!! Overall it was an AWESOME day thank you DropZone Water park well be back, have water passes for the Summer. FUN FUN FUN IN THIS HOT SUN.

A quaint and convenient water park with three large slides, a lazy river, small childrens pool with water features and mini slides as well as a large advanced swimmers pool providing lap swimming and diving boards.Lockers are available to rent. There are plenty of lounge seating available, with tents available for rent if needed. A small kitchen sells snacks and lunch foods, including burgers, pizza, and drinks. Drop zone has always been well maintained and clean the times I have visited.Pricing is moderate, but the entrance fee feels like it is more worthwhile, when its your first visit and everything is new. A season pass has better value if visiting more than a few times each year. Parking is free which is nice and the staff have always been friendly.

0 stars I absolutely can’t believe how unorganized they are I show up expecting them to be open and see around 20 people getting refunds for there water park season pass because they aren’t open for whatever stupid reason and I waited 30 min in line for them to tell me that the park isn’t open today and that if I paid for a ticket online I could get a refund such bs don’t go here chances are they won’t be open.

My daughter had a swimming meet at the DropZone Waterpark last weekend. This is a wonderful facility with great parking spaces. My family had a good time here at the park. I also had an opportunity to meet the parks remarkable lifeguard staff. They are kind and willing to offer assistance to anyone who needs their help in the park. My special thanks to Sage, who volunteered his help to us when anybody could look the other way. Thank you!

Hated how they close the entire park for lunch instead of organizing a rotation. They made me take off my earrings for the surf machine which is understandable, but the employee attempted to hand them back to me and dropped them down the gutter, turned away and pretended nothing happened. Line to get in has 1 slow cashier.

Super fun for the kids. We stay the whole day. The food is good too, but the lines are way too long, so its a bit of a pain. Other than that, its a great place to have a family fun day !

We really enjoyed the place had lots of fun. Loved the yellow slide especially, my kids had a great time at tge kiddie area 2. But was a bummer the power went off at the end

This year was alot better i love coming here just a couple suggestions.. when they break for the potty break I might suggest that they spray down the bathrooms after so they dont smell as bad the other day the smelt so bad you can smell as you were walking to the lazy river but overall B++

My daughter met us here at 3:45 and they still charged her $18 to get in. They also charged for my 1 year old to get in but wouldnt let her on any slides even the baby ones she had to take her vest off for the kid slides. She cant swim Im not going to let her without a vest even in three feet of water. I think thats ridiculous! Then they closed the kid structure for forever. Waist of money for sure!

Its a small park but has what a small family needs to have fun. we had a great time and its not expensive at all. They only have one food shop but its pretty good. :)

We have a great time every time we go. So much fun for the little one. Great time for the adults. Too much fun!

Went their on 7/10/16 my 2 year old and 4 year old had a blast. what i hated was how people kept their things on the tables as they were having fun. longest wait time for food after we got our food, no place to sit because of peoples things on the tables. i wanted to take things of the table so i can sit down with my kids and eat thought to myself how rude. if you are playing not sitting down keep your things off the tables so hungry kids can sit.. come on people that,s not cool

Its a small water park...it can get a little crowded but overall its good for the kids. Adults can try to relax in the lazy river or hang out in the medium sized pool with the kiddos. There are a couple of slides too so a little of everything for everyone :)

Can we bring our own food in?

Extremely disappointed. We have a family who is diabetic and have to bring special food for them and they just charged us $20 for a lunch box not a cooler. With apples and cheese sticks. Not lunch for everyone.

7/12/2016 This place was okay, not the best experience today. We cooled off in the lazy river the majority of the time, but that was it. They had the childrens water zone area closed (no explanation either) So that left us the slides & lazy river. About 80% of the lockers dont work. & when I asked the crew how they work. they literally tell you insert quarters & follow the directions. Which I did, & it wasnt working. A mom there showed me how it was supposed to work. (which it still wasnt working) & its sad the employees there should be the ones showing us how they work especially since the directions are not right. All of the lockers in the womens restroom do not work at all. The line to get in this place was so long. No sense of organization, seem a bit understaffed. I wont be going back.

They have a 30min break when they shut down all access to the attractions around 2pm but then the fun keeps going after lunch... Only sour part about the day was the $20 cooler fee, I guess they got to make there money though.

Its a shame, it has nice facilities but its managed horribly. THE WAIT WILL BE SO LONG TO GET IN, we waited 30 minutes. So incompetent are they that half way through check in at the ticket booth the lady switches with another employee to do god know what else and after theyve gotten my name, address, phone number, DL, mothers maiden name, will and testiment and birth dates of everyone in my family, I have to give them my information ALL OVER AGAIN with zero apologises The line itself was long and extremely slow moving and no wonder they clearly have no method for efficiency.Be warned, they have a sign that says they are subject to close early without notice. For lunch they will close down every pool, splash pad and wave simulator, etc instead of having a rotation to cover employees lunches like every other business in this country. Yes, thats right they will COMPLETELY CLOSE DOWN EVERYTHING and your forced to melt until they come back or you could buy their food and eat lunch yourself. Its dugusting by the way, they dont even bother to microwave it long enough so youll be left with cold nachos or whatever other overpriced garbage they serve there.Rest assured they have a mile long list of things you cant do and they will strategically place a NAZI gaurd evey 10 feet disguised as a life gaurd to insure you and your family are NOT HAVING FUN. We WERE planning on upgrading to an annual pass at the end of the day but after the trip we just had we wont be back any time soon. Such a disappointment

Small park, however perfect for toddlers and young kids. Park contains lazy river, swimming pool, splash pad, large jungle gym (in water), water slides, and concession area.Seating can be tricky, get there early to grab some chairs and an umbrella.

Great place for an outing & swim time for all ages, clean, quality place. safety is a priority for the staff, & life guards are every few yards,

Its a nice park, but they really needs to post when the park would actually be closed on the days there not open and as well they needs to have a live person to talk on the phone when calling, the recoding just gets to stressful and confusing when they say an operator will be with you and then it hangs up...other then that its a decent family park.

I went by myself. Im overweight (not the only one) I felt very comfortable. I swam laps in the pool. Layed in Sun for awhile. Then went into dont know what its called. Felt like a slow flowing river. Love this place :-)

Not enough parking to accomodate lots of patrons for the short 3 hour period discounted price. 15 minutes before i decided on a dirt street parking, already 40 minutes into the first hour and ive been in line for almost 30 minutes. Been here last year, so i know what to expect, but did not expect the line after a long commute from work.

Its a small park but a super fun one sitting in the lazy river was fun but racing with my friends down the water slides was even better they even have a water slide that you can race on !!! its a awesome place to take friends or just the family to relax or go crazy fun ️️️.

The food is food but last year they had big funnel cakes and this year they had french frie size of the funnel cake and now you have to pay for the strawberries.But everything else is good

Order season passes. Website and phone message say open until 6 pm on Sat and Sunday. My son and I decide to go for about an hour and a half on Sat. We wait in line for 20 mins before a lady comes out and says you know we close in about 15 mins. By this time theres a line behind us. They changed their hours to close at 5 pm. She did let us all in for 15 mins. So then today Mon my son and I try again. Their website says theyre open. We get there and are told they dont open during the week until next Monday. Really disappointed. Very disappointing for my son.

Its a small waterpark perfect for older kids to go off and do their own thing. We also enjoyed the lazy river its only 3 feet great for kids that cannot swim fully.

This summer, Im TOLD they are under new management, anyways since opening day may 27, this place was so freaking disorganized, took forever, and I mean for ever to get in even if u had ur online tickets, it was useless, still had to wait in line. Instead of having a different line for people who had tickets, anyways so that was no good, as for the fill station, they have 4 windows, but will use like 2 windows most of the time, the line there also, takes for ever, cmon dropzone get ur shut togther, be prepared, its summer time, expect a lot of people to be here trying to have some fun with family, GET MORE STAFF, MOVE YOUR LINES FASTER, AND OPEN ALL WINDOWS AT THE FILL, ONE OTHER THING $$$ 20 BUCKS TO BRING IN A COOLER, $ 10 WOULD OF BEEN BETTER, SINCE IT TAKES FOR EVER TO EVEN GET FOOD FROM THE FILL STATION, DROPZONE, STOP BEING SUCH RIPOFFS...NO WONDER I NOTICE A LOT LESS PEOPLE THIS SUMMER HERE.....NOT WORTH THE SEASON PASSES NO LONGER.....

This place is perfect for summer! We love it!

So disorganized this summer, theres no organization with entrance, everyones just in a big crowd by the gate. Theres no actual line. So frustrating . When you have a season pass the season pass booth should be open before the general admission booth. Hope they get it together soon.
